Thank you so much for the kind words. We’re thrilled to hear the home was a great fit for your family and that the pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids.

Hi Kirk, we're so glad you enjoyed the pool and the home's great location. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your review, and they wanted to share the following:– The property is a classic Florida bungalow from the 1960s that's been renovated to blend comfort with vintage charm. We used a professional photographer so we can be sure the listing accurately portrays the character of the home.– The beds in the second bedroom are just two years old, and there’s a brand-new mattress on the pull-out couch to offer guests more flexibility. We understand mattress comfort is a personal preference, and we’re always looking for ways to accommodate a variety of sleep styles. The bathroom vanities have also been recently updated. One was just replaced this spring, and the other features a modern undermount sink with a granite countertop.– Thanks for noting the ice maker and drain. Maintenance will be taking a closer look to ensure everything is functioning well. The homeowner takes great pride in creating a welcoming environment for guests. Thank you for your feedback, and we’ll continue working together to ensure a positive experience for all future visitors.
