Seminole Vacation

My family recently stayed at this lovely property in Seminole FL. The house was clean and ready for us. Crib and high chair set up as we asked for. Bedding was comfortable and the pool was a great amenity. Our contact person was responsive and allowed us to enter a little bit earlier. Would definitely recommend this home

March Break

The house was perfect. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a confortable stay While the garage door height was not enough to park a truck, the driveway easily fit 2 trucks. The only complaint i have is the lack of places to hang wet towels or suits, and the patio furniture was a little dated and didnt not accomodate mulitple people to sit outside.

Mostly a great experience, little hiccup at the beginning of the week but can’t really blame the owner for that, someone pool cleaner or previous renter shut off a switch on the pool/spa heater. Owner tried to help, but everything looked like it was on from his end but no way for him to know someone shut off the switch. After several attempts to fix he sent by his maintenance guy who found the problem within minutes. So we were able to enjoy the spa/heated pool for the last 24 hours. Unfortunately paid for the whole week. House was very nice though and my family enjoyed it! Would stay there again in the future and felt as though the owner made effort to resolve the pool issue.

Good Location but outdoor space could use some attention

I stayed at this property with my husband and 2 young kids. The inside of the house was fairly clean and well stocked. It was spacious and there was plenty of room for me and my family. The master shower had quite a bit of mold and while there were plenty of towels, many of them had stains on them. Otherwise we enjoyed the inside of the home and being able to park in the garage was great. Check in/getting into the house was very simple and we had no issues. The outdoor space could definitely use some TLC. The pool area was very dirty. While the kids enjoyed the pool, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for quite some time. The bottom of the pool was full of dirt/debris. We did skim the pool multiple times every day, but the only skimmer provided was ripped in several places making it difficult. There were weeds growing out of the gutters and the concrete around the pool was very dirty. The location of the house was perfect - it was in a quiet neighborhood but very close to beaches and attractions. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but for the price we felt like the outdoor space could have been better maintained. We likely would not rent here again.

Perfect choice!

The property was amazing and exactly as described. Nice, quiet neighborhood, close to stores, restaurants and the beach. Property manager immediately responded to our questions. The pool and hot tub were a hit!!!

Great property

We had a ton of fun. The property does need a few repairs (such as a toilet that needs repair, a door knob needs to be replaced, and the pool screen needs repair). Otherwise, it was a great place to stay with our family!

Perfect House to Visit With Family

We had my husband’s memorial service in South Pasadena on Sunday. We were able to see relatives we had not seen in over 3 years My mother got to meet her newest great-grandchild! The cousins were so excited to meet each other. The house was perfect for our family.

Everything you need!

First off I am impressed with the helpful person (Patrick) who was compassionate with us and assisted us with some requests during our stay. I will work with Evolve Property Manager again! This place has everything you need and more and is fair price for all that it offers, clean, fun, great safe location etc. WE WILL BE BACK!

Find a different place to stay.

--House is beat up; whoever cleans the house does a poor job.--Lanai shown in the picture doesn't exist; the lanai on this house is a moldly nightmare--lanai lighting is powered by a freely-swinging indoor power strip, which is an electrocution hazard. Some of the edison light strings were unplugged, and when we plugged them in, they were blinking and flashing as if they were malfunctioning (which made us realize why they were unplugged)--lanai picture shows outdoor furniture to sit at, including a table. there were two beat-up chaise lounges. we actually brought out the dining room furniture onto the lanai to sit outdoors--pool and hot tub didn't work. repair guy came out second day of three to fix and did, but pool never got warm enough to use--one of the two toilets was broken; there was a paper sign put over the toilet instructing a person on how to flush the broken toilet so it would work -- that should tell you the owner isn't interested in a functioning house for guests, only your money--the light switches all over the house aren't really properly wired.--after a week, we reached out to the homeowner to ask for a 200 refund due to all these grievances and got zero responses.all in all -- we rent a lot of houses in Florida, most of which are good values for the money. This house is someone's investment; I would bet even money they've never been to their own house, or they have no sense of pride. Rent elsewhere.

The house is beautiful and spacious and it is in a good location close to many beaches but I don't know that neither I nor my family liked it is that the house was dirty when we arrived, the dishwasher was full of dishes, the fridge was full of mosquitoes and the house had mosquitoes The pool chairs are in poor condition my mother sat on it and the chair broke and it made a huge scratch on her leg thank god it was not a major accident but they are all rusty I contacted the owner and he just told me I didn't understand how that happened if it had only been bought for a month and that's impossible, they're very rusty, they didn't do anything about it Other than that, the house is very cozy

Some good some bad

Property is for sale so it would appear they have stopped giving guests the extra touch. My feet were filthy black from walking around the dirty floors. Pool was dirty we actually cleaned it ourselves with the net that has a hole it. Luckily the second day we were there the pool guy showed up to clean it. The guest toilet was broke and we had to keep attaching the chain eventually we just left the cover off and stuck our hands in the tank to pull the chain ourselves. I messsaged the person in charge and they told me we just had to be more gentle with it and did not offer to fix it. I could have fixed it myself but I’m on vacation. It would have been nice to know to turn on the hot water tank in the garage. That was not in our instructions. Pots and pans are old and falling apart. Not all the tv remotes work batteries were dead I assume. Location is perfect for beach bumming and love the neighborhood. I would not stay here again.

Property was exactly as described. Very comfortable and clean.

A couple of suggestions: A list of of where to turn things on, would have been helpful and avoid a phone call to ask. The pool should have been cleaned before our arrival.

Great location, nice property

I stayed at this property for 5 nights and it was just as pictured. I had paid extra to have the pool heated and it was just as expected. The location of the house was close to several restaurants, beaches, and shopping areas. The host was extremely responsive before and during the stay. I had an issue with a portion of the pool deck not being fully cleaned, and the host had someone there within 2 hrs to clean up the spot that had been missed. I also had an issue with the keypad entry and the host called me within 10 minutes of texting him to help. I think some finishing touches that would give this 5 stars instead of 4 would be: - there's portions of the shower in the master restroom that had mold/mildew in the cracks. Not a huge deal but cleaning it up and recaulking could go a long way in making it seem nicer - various mats within the house seem like they hadn't been cleaned/shampooed. This includes the mat by the pool deck entrance and the bathroom mats. They seemed - the perimeter of the pool deck had a lot of algae buildup and weeds. Cleaning up the algae and maintaining the weeds would have made it seem a lot nicer. - the keypad requires putting your full palm on it in order to activate it and ready it for inputting the code. This was not included in the Evolve check-in instructions, so I'd recommend including this in the instructions to avoid any confusion in the future. This was a great place to stay and just as listed. Although the above suggestions would have made it a property deserving of a perfect 5 stars, we were still very satisfied with the property and give it 4 stars. I would also give the host 5 stars.

Excellent Home & Great Customer Service.

We took a chance as this home was new to the market with no reviews. We are happy to say the house is lovely and all that it advertises. Good layout, nice furniture and finishes. Centrally located close to many beaches and communities. We did have an issue that came up, but when we communicated with the owner they were responsive and resolved to our satisfaction. Would be happy to stay here again.
