Wonderful house in pleasant and quiet neighborhood. Great pool, but some of the stone around edge if pool is loose and needs repair. When landscaping around the pool is finished, it will be even better!
Overall, our stay was awesome! It housed all of us, and there was plenty of space for each one of us. A few things that was a little inconvenient with our stay, the Wi-Fi really struggled while we were there, Netflix on the TV was buffering a lot, and the couch didnât sit very many people either. My only concern with the place was it couldâve used a little more TLC overall. Especially outside with the pool area, there were a few different stones that were loose and not super safe. Same with the outside shower area on the master bedroom side of the house, There was also some loose stones when walking to the outside shower/bathroom door. The grill seemed like it hadnât been cleaned in ages. We had to let it burn and the flame got pretty high because it was so dirty and was burning so much stuff, otherwise overall a good stay.
We booked this property last minute. It is in a good location with the beach just about 10 mins away. It has all the essentials. We had several complications with our stay. The internet was intermittent and we also had a shower and toliet plumbing issue. The management company did come out twice to try and fix it but it did not get resolved.
Great location for spring training baseball and the Gulf coast beaches! House was very clean and location safe/secure. Pool looked very nice--wish we could have used it but was a little too cold. Amenities all as stated.
The house is in a fairly convenient location to Indian Rocks beach - only about an 8 minute car ride down to the gulf. House is large and the rooms are big. The back yard has a small but nice pool to relax in. House has been updated and overall has everything a family should need for a beach vacation. The neighborhood is a very quiet residential so this is not a party house which is a good thing if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing family vacation, which we were.
The house was filthy! 10 minutes after arriving, the bottoms of my socks were black. There was dog hair in the cabinets and drawers. There were 2 video cameras that we noticed and were not disclosed when we booked the property. The thermostat was programed and locked so we could only make minor adjustments to the temperature and it was so hot at night I had trouble sleeping! The garbage wasn't taken to the curb and was over flowing when we arrived. Personally, I would not stay here again.
I have rented through vrbo for 10 + years and never had a problem. So this complaint is on Vacasa the property management company! When I arrived the first night and we went to bed the master bedroom and one of my daughters had black hairs on bed sheets and pillowcases. Also we didnât have an outdoor trash can to put trash in until Thursday the sixth night of our stay. I contacted Vacasa via the phone and through emails and not a single person from the management company called me. They did send out a housekeeper the next day with new sheets. My problem is when u pay for a home and itâs not been cleaned properly wouldnt you contact the customer paying for it?!? When I finally got ahold of someone at Vacasa the person acted like they didnât care and said they would pass it on to management team(I never got a return phone call). We did like the home and the pool just not happy about the cleanliness when we arrived and trash sitting in kitchen for a few days. I didnât ask for a free night stay or anythingâŠjust believe I shouldnât have been charged a cleaning fee at all. Maybe since this management group rents out their place through vrboâŠthen you can contact them to figure something out. I also have pictures of beds not being clean or changed and by the way no one in our family has long black hair. Once again beautiful home and first bad experience renting through vrbo or I guess I should say Vacasa. I feel I should be reimbursed for the cleaning fee!!!
