The back yard space and pool was amazing. House was clean and ready for our stay. Beds were really comfortable. Checking in and checking out was super easy. Nash is amazing at responding to any request. Highly recommend!!

We very much enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was fun, clean and had plenty of seating around it for our family. The owner was very helpful and very responsive. Our only minor complaint would be about the master bedroom closet, which probably needs extra shelving or a small dresser. The neighborhood was easy to navigate and we used the park nearby frequently. We enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was amazing! The pictures do not do the backyard oasis justice. The host is very kind and responsive.The cotton sheets/linens were great! (I have never had such a great appreciation for quality cotton sheets until I stayed somewhere for a WEEK that did not have them).

Home was clean apon arrival. Traveled with spouse, 2 yr old, and senior dog to Seminole for family visit. The home is Very welcoming to pets! Even had pet toys, bed, large crate. The pool is a true oasis. So beautiful! Spent HOURS swimming! We are already wanting to plan our trip and stay at this property again. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Great getaway

Lovely place! Clean, comfortable and accommodating. Convenient location, I felt comfortable walking my dogs in the neighborhood. We stayed over the 4th of July and the neighbors put on a great fireworks show! I would definitely book the place again. Nash was a great host.

Spring Break 2023

My daughter, granddaughters and I took a girls trip to Tampa, FL. We chose this home because of the pool and close to a couple of beaches we wanted to go to. Property owner was awesome to work with, even gave us restaurant suggestions.

Great location and cute home

The house was super clean and the host made sure you had all the neccessities. He even spoiled us by turning the heat up on the pool, because we wanted to use it alot. Location was awesome! 10 min drive to beaches or anything else. Would definately stay again. We had a puppy with us and he even left some dog treats for her. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Clean, Comfortable, rad pool

My husband and I stayed here with my sister and BIL. Perfect setup for two couples. We each had our space, we all had comfortable rooms and our own bathrooms. The backyard with pool was wonderful. We got to enjoy the pool between our outings with other family in the area. It was just what we needed. The host was very communicative and helpful when we needed an answer to a question.

Perfect home for our brothers week

My brothers and I thoroughly enjoyed spending hours by the pool in the very comfortable backyard. Nash was a great host, always ready to drop everything in order to address a question or request. The house was perfect for our needs and I slept like a baby in my very comfortable bed. The neighborhood is lovely and I found a nearby running trail for my daily workout. The beach is only a short ride away, as were several nice restaurants. I'd come back in a heartbeat. Thanks from the 3 of us Nash for a very nice week in your very nice home.

Beautiful house and pool!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was very clean and the beds were SO comfortable! The kitchen was the perfect size and was well stocked with all the cooking utensils/pots/pans/plates, etc. There was no need to bring anything extra. The dining room area is all windows looking out into the beautiful backyard. The pool was so fun and the heater worked very well. There is a privacy fence surrounding the entire beautifully landscaped back yard. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with a little pond a short walk away. Madiera beach/John’s Pass was less than 10 minutes away by car. We also enjoyed St. Pete beach, which was about 20 minutes away. The owner was very attentive to any questions and even met us upon arrival to show us around. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking in the area. We plan on staying again in the future!

This was our second time staying at this rental home. The house is clean and cozy, with very comfortable beds. The dining room table overlooking the backyard and pool is a perfect place to eat with the family. The backyard is beautiful. The landscaping is so tropical that you truly feel like you’re in paradise. The heated pool is the perfect size and so much fun. We had a wonderful vacation and will use this home again in the future.

Relax & refresh -great vacation retreat

Immediate response from the owner, Very clean, excellent beds comfortable linens. Backyard & pool are an oasis to swim, relax & getaway from stress. Location is extremely close to the beach, Clearwater, Madiera Beach, St. Pete. Starbucks , Publix 1 minute away, health club. Seminole center has great variety of shops. Had a great stay here.. definitely will visit again.. Thanks, Nash, for everything !

First Time in VRBO. Quiet chill neighborhood with an amazing backyard! The backyard and pool were absolutely amazing……Beds were comfortable linens were nice. Kitchen was just right space. Minutes away for beaches! We would totally stay here again. Only thing is Florida mosquitoes 🤣

Beautiful backyard, very clean, well-maintained and communicative owner!

First time using this service. Very pleased. House was perfectly cleaned (which was very important to me), well equipped (toilet paper, utensils, towels) and owner was available to answer questions (suggestions for dinner, how to turn up the heat in pool) and accommodating (checked in early, etc.). Very pleased. The house was comfortable and the back yard and pool were beautiful . A privacy fence enclosed the little oasis, lots of flowers and a hammock chair. The pool was in great shape and lots of toys were available for my kids. There was even a little park within walking distance. We would recommend this property and owner for sure!

Great Spring Break Vacation

Looking for a relaxing vacation in a quiet neighborhood with your own pool and close to the beach? Look no further! Our family (2 adults and 2 kids under 5 years old) enjoyed our stay here so much. The private pool and outdoor space was absolutely amazing! Plenty to do in the surrounding area too! We spent several days at Madeira Beach and had dinner at several local restaurants from John’s Pass to Indian Rocks Beach. Plenty of room with 3 bedrooms, good size living room and 2 full bathrooms. Nash was incredible to communicate with, we got in late and the contactless check in was so smooth and seamless as well as the check out. Would highly recommend this private oasis to anyone looking for a private home close to the Gulf Coast

Nicely decorated and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood

Owner was very responsive and provided responses to any and all questions we had. We found the home to be in very clean condition and it served our needs. Pool is heated and that was a plus for that time of year and when we felt the need for a swim.

Lovely house

We had a wonderful stay at Nash's place. When we arrived the pool was cold but he had someone there within hours to get the heat on. Beds are very comfortable, master suite has plenty of privacy, kitchen is well-equipped. There is a killer sound system with the entertainment center, awesome for watching movies or listening to music. Tons of curb appeal, in a nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.
