Just listed. You will love the space full of natural light & modern furnishings; newly remodeled. You located in a quiet residential neighborhood only 8 min from beaches and only a couple of blocks away from downtown Largo.

You can enjoy the lights in Largo Central Park (w/in walking distance). The walking/ biking trail is across your front door.

There is a beautiful yard/patio that is private and yours to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Pets needs to approved by the HOST.**********Pets are welcome but we have breed restrictions and restrictions on pets please ask us prior to confirming your reservation *********Please be mindful of what you choose when you book our listing. We do have a strict and non-refundable policy. We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance that will pay your expenses if any unexpected cancellation occurs. That might be smart for your flight as well, if you’re afraid it will be cancelled.

Please make sure your pets are clean and groomed, if the room smells like pets when you leave there will be a charge for cleaning assessed, this does happen sometimes and we're very fair about this policy. We have a pet restriction on some pets and all pets must be approved. You must let us know how many pets and what breed you are bringing.

Comfortable and clean

We had a great time on this property. Management was very easy to reach with questions and the place was beautiful and clean. Our family had a great time and will be returning in the future.

Was perfect place for us when we needed to stay close to hospital. Clean and well appointed. Will definitely use again. Would love to stay again under better circumstances

We stayed for 4 nights, it was great. Close drive to beach, quiet neighborhood, cute place. They also had toys for the kiddos, which was a nice surprise. Everything was comfortable and cozy. Only improvement is the bathtub didnt work, but the shower had a hand-held head, so that was easy to use with the kids. Would book again.

Perfect Getaway

I was looking for a place to stay while my home was being fumigated and with 3 dogs it was a long search. Until I founds this little gem. I have never been more impressed. This place was perfect everything was clean, the beds were comfortable with everything I had going this is what I needed. Even though this wasn’t a vacation I felt like I was one. Everything about this place says comfort. Communication with the host was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Clean, comfortable place.

Great communication with host. Very clean rental, tastefully decorated- kitchen utensils and cookware looked brand new. Comfortable beds and very quiet neighborhood.

Home Away From Home

Nina is such a gracious host! I had the please of staying at two of her properties both exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail to ensure her guest experience a comfortable stay do not go unnoticed. When the need to extend our stay unexpectedly arose, she did everything possible to ensure we were welcomed and taken care of. I would give her 10 stars if I could!
