Our home features a bright, open-concept design filled with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere for your group to gather. The spacious living areas are perfect for relaxing, while the sleek, fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals. You can also enjoy outdoor dining with the provided BBQ grill.

Unwind and recharge in comfortable bedrooms after a full day of Florida fun. We've thoughtfully equipped the home to ensure a perfect stay for everyone:

**Guest Access**

Enjoy the convenience of self check-in upon arrival. We will send you a unique code for the electronic keypad on the front door prior to your stay. You will have private access to the entire home.

While the owner's boat and boat lift are not for guest use, you are welcome to bring your own boat and park it along our Captain's walk dock.

**The Neighborhood**

Nestled in a prime Cape Coral location, our home offers the best of waterfront living. You are just minutes from the river, providing an ideal launch point for reaching the Gulf and exploring the stunning beaches of Southwest Florida.

**Getting Around**

With direct water access, this home is perfect for boaters. We also provide bicycles, which are a great way to explore the local neighborhood and visit the nearby Yacht Club.

**House Rules**

* We are pet-friendly and allow a maximum of two dogs per stay, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
* Please note that the owner's boat and boat lift are private and not available for guest use.

**Important Information**

* **A short-term rental agreement is required and must be signed 48 hours prior to your stay.**
* For your safety and ours, the home is equipped with a Ring camera doorbell at the front entrance.
* The pool is professionally serviced on Friday afternoons.
* Your pool will be heated to a comfortable 88 degrees. If you prefer a different temperature, please let us know in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival.
