Vous cherchez une maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain dans le quartier recherché du Yacht Club? Ne cherchez plus! Cette maison dispose d'un grand patio pour se divertir et donne sur une belle piscine chauffée bordée de palmiers avec trois cascades en cascade. Détendez-vous sous la tiki hut avec un cocktail tout en regardant de grands bateaux passer à la rivière via le canal de 200 pieds. Surveillez les dauphins et les lamantins qui s'ébattent dans le canal. Vous aimez la pêche? Pêchez directement sur le pont avec le matériel de pêche inclus. Faites une promenade de 5 à 10 minutes jusqu'à la seule plage de Cape Coral. Prenez une bouchée à manger et savourez une bière fraîche au Boat House Tiki Bar and Grill. Promenez-vous sur la jetée et regardez nos magnifiques couchers de soleil SWFL. Ça ne va pas mieux que ça!

Cette maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains magnifiquement rénovée avec un peu moins de 1900 pieds carrés sous air a un lit king, un lit queen et deux lits jumeaux. Les principales caractéristiques comprennent principalement des sols carrelés, des salles de bains rénovées avec des comptoirs en granit (l'une avec une immense douche à l'italienne et l'autre avec une baignoire). Téléviseurs dans deux chambres et deux coins salons. Il y a aussi un grill extérieur et un mini-réfrigérateur pour garder votre bière froide.

Wonderful again

We were very excited to stay here once again after 3 years. It is the perfect spot, on the water with an awesome Tiki spot and table on the pier where my wife loved relaxing. The pool was very refreshing, just cool enough instead of COLD like most so-called heated ones we had been in. Everything was just perfect X 2.

Very peaceful and clean with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Beautiful pool and great spot on the canal to watch the boats go past. We will be back

Winter respite

This is a very comfortable 3 bedroom home with a heated pool which backs up to a canal. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, groceries, etc. Owner easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We look forward to visiting this home again!

Excellent Stay

We were hoping this house on the water canal, swimming pool and outside tiki huts were as nice as the photos. And they did not disappoint! Wonderful, refinished house with all the space you need for 4 adults. We really enjoyed playing board or card games under the tiki hut out on the water. The 3 waterfalls in the pool were very relaxing. Becky, the host was awesome to work with. This was our first trip and stay at Cape Coral and we enjoyed the activities and restaurants that were available. We highly recommend this house and we will be back!!

We have never had a more relaxing stay! The location was perfect and the property had everything we needed to rest, relax, and recharge. We highly recommend and we look forward to booking again next year!

Wonderful Property

Our flight came in early and property owners had no problem letting us check in early so I was able to get things put away while the kids enjoyed the beautiful pool. We did order kayaks being this property is right on the canal and was the perfect place to enjoy going up and down the canals every morning. The outside seating is just a great way to relax and watch the boats go by. As for the house it had everything we needed, plenty of towels for 6 people, kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of spices to use as well. We will definitely rent again.

Perfect for our baseball tourney stay

In town for a PG baseball tourmey in ft myers and this was in a great location for all the venues (jetblue park, terry health, lee). Kids enjoyed the foosball table, the pool and pool toys, and fishing at sunrise and sunset. So great to have a place to unwind or keep busy between games and not having to deal with beach traffic. The house could use some freshening up indoors but it didnt impact our enjoyment and the outdoor areas were exceptional. Our only challenge was figuring out the dang roku tv remotes. LOL Communication with the property manager was exceptional and she was always offering to go way above and beyond.

Great property on a quiet dead end road in Cape Coral Great open house and layout and plenty of room Pool was great with the great waterfall feature Tiki huts on the water were a great place to have breakfast and dinner Would be great for a family with a boat as there’s a great dock and lift Host was very quick with response in the whole process and would absolutely stay at this property agian

Beautiful setting

The house was fine. What I loved was the setting. Lots of outdoor seating and two tiki huts with an awesome view. We spent hrs outside fishing and swimming in the fantastic pool.

Quiet and family friendly

Our family enjoyed our relaxing getaway. The house was equipped with anything you could want or need for a weeklong trip away from home. Check in and communication was also great. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Paradise!

We loved our stay over Spring Break! We are a family of 5, and the accommodations were perfect. The garage was stocked with beach chairs, wagon, cooler, fishing poles, bikes, and pool fun. The best part was sitting in the stunning backyard and watching the boats go by. We even sat in the tiki hut on the water and watched dolphins play! It was so wonderful, we’ve booked our stay again for next year. Thank you!

I'd give it a sold 7.5 out of 10

Property and location are nice, host communication was a 10, but the construction behind the property was noisy and annoying sadly the week we stayed. There is a huge home being built behind this property across the canal and during our week it was Roofing and Exterior work so every morning at exactly 8am the air compressors, nail guns, blowers, and music started and lasted most of the day, it was really disappointing, but not the hosts fault, just ruined any chance of morning coffee or reading outside... The back yard was wonderful, pool was great, outdoor games and pool toys kept the kids entertained every day, we didn't use the outdoor BBQ, but it looked like a great spot for entertaining. Outdoor seating over the canal had an amazing view morning and night and was perfect to sit around and just chat after things slowed down for the day. House had a lot of games in the living room to pick from that kept the kids busy. As others stated, the bedding could use an upgrade, we saw others reviews so we brought our own blankets and comforters and were thankful we did. The house was clean, but I do feel it could use a good "Deep Clean", while nothing felt gross, the floors and bathrooms could use a good scrubbing. That garage had beach chairs, plenty of bikes and helmets, more outdoor games, and fishing gear. We only used the beach chairs and some sand toys, but there was plenty of amenities in the garage which is great! Overall, I would stay again if I was asked.

Much needed perfect getaway

It was just my husband and I for a long weekend getaway and it was perfect. The house itself has everything you would need. The beach chairs were a plus. The view from the master bedroom is awesome. The backyard is beautiful, I could lay there for days just staring at the palm trees and watching boats go by. The pool was a great size and relaxing. Also enjoyed the cornhole boards. There's a small public beach right down the street along with a large tiki bar and grill, which was always quite crowded but the drinks were delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

The perfect remedy for the winter blues

This is home located close to restaurants, grocery shopping and everyday needs, yet it is situated in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle so you can enjoy peace and quiet. The home is very comfortable and has everything you need, especially in the kitchen. The backyard, with its pool and deck overlooking the canal is phenomenal - it's where we spent most of our time. Can't wait to come back!!!!

Cape Coral Visit

Unfortunately, weather wasn't as nice during our week but we made the best of it. Was very nice to be able to enjoy the heated pool when we could. Linens could use a major league update. Might want to include some extra blankets for the beds as it did get a little chilly a couple of nights during our stay. Also, the one day we chose to use the BBQ unit, there was no gas to fire up the grill. At that point it was too late to notify the property manager. All in all we had a very nice time and enjoyed sitting on the pier taking in the waterfront view.
