The Captains Landing is georgous, spacious villa located in the the most desired area of Cape Coral! We are situated on a corner lot with a beautiful canal in the back in a quiet neighborhood. Downtown cape is within walking & or biking distance, with amazing culture and restaurants. Cape Coral beach are just up street.

To ensure your comfort, you are welcome to adjust the air conditioning and pool heater to your preferred temperatures. This allows you complete control over the climate while keeping our nightly rates affordable for all guests.

The meter is read before and after each stay to ensure you are only charged for the amount you use. You will be asked to send a picture of the meter as part of your check in & check out instructions.
