● Beach Access: 1-2 minute drive to the Sea Isle beach access point.

● Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Sea Isle community pool for a fee— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the community boat launch and fishing pier with the provided keys.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 14 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for up to 5 vehicles in the driveway.

Escape to Bayview Escape, a 4-bedroom beach house located in the Sea Isle beach community. Step inside and be greeted by a spacious, open-concept living area. Adjacent to the living area, the kitchen’s large island and ample counter space, make meal prep a breeze.

Out two French doors is the front porch ready for you to come and relax. It is a lovely spot to soak up the sun, enjoy a refreshing drink, or have a relaxing evening chat. If your goal is to get some fresh air, the backyard area also provides additional space for outdoor games and activities.

Bayview Escape offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for groups of all sizes. Upstairs, three bedrooms await. One features a king-size bed, perfect for a restful night`s sleep. Another offers a king-size bed with a twin-over-full bunk, ideal for families with children. The third upstairs bedroom boasts two twin-over-full bunks, providing additional sleeping space. But the fun doesn`t stop there!

Downstairs, the entertainment zone awaits. A bonus living area contains arcade games and a flat-screen TV, for those nights you want to watch a game while waging war on the aliens.. The excitement continues in the adjoining extension. Here, a foosball table and even more arcade games provide endless entertainment possibilities. This space cleverly doubles as a bedroom, featuring a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, perfect for larger groups.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 14 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
