Perfect escape from reality

We’re local but it was nice to get away for a few nights. We all had plenty of space and just minutes away from the beach. We are already thinking of our next stay next summer.

Family Vacation

This was chosen for the size plenty of beds and bathrooms for 2 men, 3 women 3 teenage girls and a pre-teen girl. The amount of space was great neighborhood was quiet but it set next to a workplace. They did not bother us at all, but think people should know that. Also there were some type of very small black bugs around the sink’s drains Nothing that we couldn’t handle but note worthy.

Family Vacation/Celebration

We stayed at this property to celebrate a college graduation and Mother's Day. We were a group of 13 but had so much space inside and out, it didn't feel crowded at all. The neighborhood was quiet and we had beautiful sunset views in the evenings. The outdoor space was perfect, we all enjoyed the pool and just sitting outside admiring the area and loving the cool breeze. It was a special weekend for all of us and we're so glad that we picked this property to celebrate and enjoy each others company. We had a great time, I recommend it.

Great for groups

We had 15 people and 3 dogs and there was plenty of space for everyone. This home was perfect for us. We could go out and enjoy the beach or just stay in and enjoy the pool. We definitely enjoyed the pool. There's plenty of covered space for a cookout too, even if it rains.

Vacation rental that felt like home!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! It was incredibly spacious and perfect for hosting our family gathering. The layout made everyone feel right at home, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The pool was a great bonus, and the beach was just a short drive away—super convenient. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything go smoothly. We’d definitely stay here again!

Winter Getaway

We stayed here for a cheerleading competition that was in town. Our kiddos enjoyed all the space to stretch out and play and loved visiting with the horses next door!

Super spacious home

We had a total of 3 families in the house and we fit very comfortably. Plenty of seating areas in the house. Perfect location, close enough to the beach.

Nice house, service NEEDS improvement

At the beginning, when I booked the reservation, I purchased the reservation insurance through VRBO, which allows a 10 day period in which you can have a free walk-through of the property before the start date of your reservation. When contacting the owner, they said that they wouldn't be able to do that, even though I paid for the insurance which allowed me to. When we arrived at the house, we found the pictures in the ad to be misleading about it's location. It's located right next to an out- dated warehouse/shop, which is blocking most of the view of the ocean. When we walked up the stairs to the mesh-enclosed open patio, half of the screen on the door at the entrance from the stairs to the patio was hanging off. Multiple wasps inside patio. The house looked nice, but none of the dishes or utensils in the kitchen were clean. We had to wash everything we wanted to use before using it. There was a live roach in the utensil drawer in the kitchen. There were no toilet paper holders in any of the bathrooms. There was hair in the tub in the master bath. The master bed was very low quality and very soft. One of the glass doors in the living room that opened up to the open patio was broken. The charcoal grill grate had never been cleaned. The sliding glass door to the small patio connected to the master bedroom wouldn't lock. The master bedroom tv would turn on by itself at random times. The seat on one of the chairs on the patio connected to the kitchen was broken.

Family vacation

The house was nice and clean. We really enjoyed ourselves. It’s close enough to the beach and far enough from the crowd. It was peaceful.

Terrible Experience

Left property within 30 minutes of check in. House had water leak in master bedroom. Whole house smelling of mildew. Water stains in the celing of the bedroom. Floors not swept and mopped in a while. Crack in glass of sliding door. Owner and management copany need to do better.

Had a great time

My family & I had an amazing stay! The house gave a very homey vibe, the pool was very clean, & so were the all the rooms in the house. The outside was so nice!!!! It was very well lit, so it was perfect to enjoy that night breeze. We will for sure be staying again!
