À propos de cet hébergement

Grande maison de plage familiale au milieu du quartier de Sea Isle. La maison est sur 2 lots complètement clôturé et chien amical. Notre maison peut accueillir confortablement 6 adultes dans 2 lits queen-size Crate Barrel à l’étage et 1 lit double en bas. Obtenez grand repos ici! Il y a aussi des lits superposés et un futon en bas pour les enfants. S'il vous plaît voir les images. WiFi, télévision ATT haut et bas, lecteur DVD, excellente barre de son pour les films, énormément de puzzles et de jeux et 3 kayaks (veuillez utiliser notre gilet de sauvetage). Immense terrasse avec mobilier et barbecue au gaz. Nouvelle cuisine énorme bar social et grande table à manger. Style contemporain. La plage est à 2 pâtés de maisons avec un parking privé réservé aux résidents de Sea Isle. Marina et restaurant / bar, parc pour enfants et terrain complet de basketball, terrain de tennis et piscine de quartier (ouvert Memorial Day-Labor Day) sont tous situés à quelques rues de la maison. Il y a aussi une jetée privée qui s'étend dans la baie pour les résidents seulement. Oui, vous pouvez entendre la plage! Cette maison est mieux entretenue et meublée que la plupart des autres maisons à loyer, car c’est aussi notre lieu de divertissement. Viens une fois et tu seras de retour encore et encore. Nous n'acceptons que les petits groupes qui resteront à la maison à de rares exceptions près. Absolument aucune invitation sur invitation ou plus que les habitants payés convenus ne seront autorisés. Une description détaillée de vos animaux de compagnie est requise et pourrait avoir une incidence sur la location de cette propriété.

Awesome / Comfortable Home !!!!

The home is warm and welcoming….it more than met our needs. It’s was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The evening breezes on the upper deck were relaxing and enjoyed every night. Beautiful Weekend Stay!

This was the perfect weekend getaway with family! The location, the amenities of the property and the cool theme styled interior made for a most excellent stay in Galveston. Andrew was prompt with communication and was very hospitable. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Beautiful beach house, good size for a group. Golf cart rentals near by, marina and beach right around the corner. Very friendly neighborhood.

Comfortable, cozy home!

Two moms and three 11 year old girls, plus one very happy dog stayed 4 nights here and had a great time. Beach was an easy 5 to 6 block walk away. Neighbor was friendly. Home is nicely decorated and supplied well. Beds were comfortable. The place was clean. I would go back.

Perfect Galveston Get Away

We had a great stay! We much prefer the quiet, laid back atmosphere of the west side of the island. The neighborhood is located in the perfect spot to enjoy the gulf and bay side. However, it's close enough to visit The Strand or Pier during the day. Lots of board games available in the house, which was great in the evening.The house had plenty of space and we loved having two levels. There was more than plenty of bed space for seven of us (and we had four basketball players with us.) Beds were comfortable. Everyone slept well. Kitchen included everything needed to cook if you want to stay in. There are also plenty of restaurants if you don't. Deck is great for enjoying the sunrise and sunset.It's not beach front, but access is easy by car or golf cart with free parking. Plenty of room to stretch out on the beach as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great neighborhood

The house has comfortable beds and a huge yard! We stayed here for Thanksgiving with our family and really enjoyed our time. There was plenty of space for the whole family and room to burn off energy outside. Andrew was a great host. Fast communication and offered up anything extra we needed. Even mailed our daughters necklace back when she left it there! Only thing I'll mention to confirm before booking is the water quality at the house. When we stayed we couldn't drink or cook with the water. We brought giant 5 gallon jugs with us and manged just fine. The water was okay to shower with and use in toilets.

Great Spot!

What a wonderful hidden gem on a neighborhood! This is a great place to stay with a young family. Easy walk to a park and restaurant, and we loved using the paddle board.

Very comfortable, relaxed

Enjoyed staying here. The description online matches the property very well. A big fenced yard was a bonus for our small dog. The owner was very responsive to requests and inquiries. Recommended.

Awesome Get Away!

This was our fourth time staying on the west side of the beach. We love the area! This house was another one of our favorites. It's a great spot. There was ample room for the family and our furry friends. It was also nice being close to the Marina and the beach while also having access to the pool. Additionally, Andrew is pleasant. He is a great communicator and stays on top of things!

Family Weekend

We had an awesome stay with family. Great location close to the beach and easy drive into the strandarea etc. Andrew was amazing at communicating and check in and out was a breeze. Oh and the decor was awesome, my music loving family truly appreciated it!

Great house

The house was perfect for our family. We originally had planned to stay in mid July but the hurricane came through and changed our plans. Andrew was excellent at communicating with us during that time and super flexible when we needed to reschedule. The house was in great condition and a perfect getaway for our annual family beach trip.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and our dog. We appreciate pet friendly places. There are a few great things about the place that I don't remember seeing in the description. First, is the oversized lot with a fence around it. There was plenty of room for our dog to run and play, without having to worry about her getting out. The other was the cool music decor throughout the house. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

2024 Family Vacation

Property was great. Clean and had everything we could’ve needed during our stay, except for the food itself, which was great. Overall the property was in great shape and I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the Galveston area. The pool was great and the owner of the pool is the nicest person. We had no issues.

Rockin’ beach house

The house was just as described. Very clean, had everything we needed, and we loved the decor. Location was perfect and we had an awesome time even though bad weather cut it short. Andrew was quick to respond and was easy to deal with. We will definitely stay here again.

Daughter’s birthday trip to the Island!

The location of the beach house was perfect in Sea Isle. We loved the area and access to the beach. Fishing pier on the marina side of the bay was relaxing. Being able to use upstairs and downstairs was a huge plus. The large fenced in yard was exactly what we needed to be able to bring our dogs along with no hassle. The artwork throughout was a nice change to the typical beach house decor. Super rad! We definitely will be booking here again with Andrew, who made sure we have everything we needed to enjoy our stay over Memorial weekend! Zero complaints from the birthday girl as well! Thanks again!

I grew up in Houston and went to West University Elementary, Lanier Middle, and Bellaire High School. I now live in College Station. This is my dream to own a beach house and I want everyone to enjoy it as much as we do.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This house is more comfortable than most any other beach rental. I manage the house myself along with a local resident so I’m responsible for the maintenance and upkeep. I concentrate on details of the house for myself not just for renting. You’ve been to rent houses before that the owner hasn’t been to in years so you know what I mean. This is not the Summer Rental movie. I’m constantly making upgrades and updates. I love my tenants that treat the house as their own and make deals to returning tenants.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Not directly on water so no worries about kids falling in but they can play in the huge yard and be at the beach or the bay or in minutes. Children’s playground a block away. Location in Sea Isle and 15-20 minutes to Galveston. Walking distance of 2 BLOCKS to beach, bay, marina restaurant, pool, tennis court, basketball court. Quiet and fabulous neighbors!
