Grande maison de plage familiale au milieu du quartier de Sea Isle. La maison est sur 2 lots complètement clôturé et chien amical. Notre maison peut accueillir confortablement 6 adultes dans 2 lits queen-size Crate Barrel à l’étage et 1 lit double en bas. Obtenez grand repos ici! Il y a aussi des lits superposés et un futon en bas pour les enfants. S'il vous plaît voir les images. WiFi, télévision ATT haut et bas, lecteur DVD, excellente barre de son pour les films, énormément de puzzles et de jeux et 3 kayaks (veuillez utiliser notre gilet de sauvetage). Immense terrasse avec mobilier et barbecue au gaz. Nouvelle cuisine énorme bar social et grande table à manger. Style contemporain. La plage est à 2 pâtés de maisons avec un parking privé réservé aux résidents de Sea Isle. Marina et restaurant / bar, parc pour enfants et terrain complet de basketball, terrain de tennis et piscine de quartier (ouvert Memorial Day-Labor Day) sont tous situés à quelques rues de la maison. Il y a aussi une jetée privée qui s'étend dans la baie pour les résidents seulement. Oui, vous pouvez entendre la plage! Cette maison est mieux entretenue et meublée que la plupart des autres maisons à loyer, car c’est aussi notre lieu de divertissement. Viens une fois et tu seras de retour encore et encore. Nous n'acceptons que les petits groupes qui resteront à la maison à de rares exceptions près. Absolument aucune invitation sur invitation ou plus que les habitants payés convenus ne seront autorisés. Une description détaillée de vos animaux de compagnie est requise et pourrait avoir une incidence sur la location de cette propriété.

With in a walk to the beach. Very quit neighborhood and neighbors were friendly. The vibe of the house itself was awesome reminded me of my room in high-school with rock memorabilia all throughout the house.

Beautiful Weekend Stay!

This was the perfect weekend getaway with family! The location, the amenities of the property and the cool theme styled interior made for a most excellent stay in Galveston. Andrew was prompt with communication and was very hospitable. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back for another stay!

The home is warm and welcoming….it more than met our needs. It’s was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The evening breezes on the upper deck were relaxing and enjoyed every night. Family Trip

We spent the long President Day weekend at the Rockin Beach House. The house was just as pictured in the photos. We found the house very well equipped and a nice play to getaway with family.

Great Vacation House

My family and I had a great time staying at this very clean house. It had everything we needed to make meals, hang out and play games or just relax. The accommodations this property had worked great for pets as well. Highly recommended this vacation house and will make reservations in the future.

Great place to stay!

Great house! Would recomened to anyone looking to stay outside of Galveston. House is very close to the beach. Short drive to the seawall or the strand. Owner was very nice and accomodating. Dogs loved it too!

Sea Isle Stay

We were very pleased with the size and the cleanliness of the property. I just loved all the deck and patio furniture and the beautiful kitchen with the island bar. It was very comfortable in the bedrooms and the living room was decorated with interesting interior decor. We loved our stay and will return soon I hope.

Great house

The house was perfect for our family. We originally had planned to stay in mid July but the hurricane came through and changed our plans. Andrew was excellent at communicating with us during that time and super flexible when we needed to reschedule. The house was in great condition and a perfect getaway for our annual family beach trip.

Awesome Get Away!

This was our fourth time staying on the west side of the beach. We love the area! This house was another one of our favorites. It's a great spot. There was ample room for the family and our furry friends. It was also nice being close to the Marina and the beach while also having access to the pool. Additionally, Andrew is pleasant. He is a great communicator and stays on top of things!

Great cozy house

This was a great house to stay in. Nice and cozy. They have a lot of games and puzzles to play with. Big yard to back in the boat and your vehicle. The owners are very nice and willing to help if there is a problem. Would definitely be back.

Excellent property

Needed a quiet getaway to de-stress from all the pandemic stuff. Great property with ALL the comforts of home. We had our Golden Retrievers with us so the HUGE fenced-in yard was a wonderful feature. Property is located about 20 minutes from city of Galveston so you can enjoy the best of all worlds. Whether you want to be around the crowds or just relax in the solitude of this property, you get it all here. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Galveston Get Away

We had a great stay! We much prefer the quiet, laid back atmosphere of the west side of the island. The neighborhood is located in the perfect spot to enjoy the gulf and bay side. However, it's close enough to visit The Strand or Pier during the day. Lots of board games available in the house, which was great in the evening.The house had plenty of space and we loved having two levels. There was more than plenty of bed space for seven of us (and we had four basketball players with us.) Beds were comfortable. Everyone slept well. Kitchen included everything needed to cook if you want to stay in. There are also plenty of restaurants if you don't. Deck is great for enjoying the sunrise and sunset.It's not beach front, but access is easy by car or golf cart with free parking. Plenty of room to stretch out on the beach as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Home away from Home - But beachier

This property has everything you need from towels to paper towels.You can’t be bored here and at tbe same time you can relax all you need. The house decor makes for a super fun game of “I spy”! Art work covers the inside walls with some classic musical anrtist and a TV in EVERY ROOM. Cleanliness gets 10 plus stars! Spacious yard and plenty of sun bathing spots or shade if you prefer. The kitchen is a chefs delight. Grocery stores close by and plenty of room in the fridge and freezer. The beach is a little walk or short drive away. The marina is .2 miles away, we walked and met the friendliest people alone the way. The entire community is welcoming and cheery. Check in and check out goes smooth because of the detailed information and instructions. House has terrific AC on top and bottom floors. And if you’re a workout / running junkie there is workout equipment and SO MANY running spaces! The host is super communicative. We will be back and hope to be able to book this place again. We loved the location, the beach house, and the community. My mom, son, and I had the best time and the most comfortable place to make memories!

Girls Weekend

Our stay was enjoyable. The place was nicely decorated and had a good vibe. The downstairs rooms had a smell, possibly mildew. It got worse when you were closer to the AC units. If you were in there a while, you grew more acclimated to it, but it is strong. Other than that, it was a great stay!

I grew up in Houston and went to West University Elementary, Lanier Middle, and Bellaire High School. I now live in College Station. This is my dream to own a beach house and I want everyone to enjoy it as much as we do.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This house is more comfortable than most any other beach rental. I manage the house myself along with a local resident so I’m responsible for the maintenance and upkeep. I concentrate on details of the house for myself not just for renting. You’ve been to rent houses before that the owner hasn’t been to in years so you know what I mean. This is not the Summer Rental movie. I’m constantly making upgrades and updates. I love my tenants that treat the house as their own and make deals to returning tenants.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Not directly on water so no worries about kids falling in but they can play in the huge yard and be at the beach or the bay or in minutes. Children’s playground a block away. Location in Sea Isle and 15-20 minutes to Galveston. Walking distance of 2 BLOCKS to beach, bay, marina restaurant, pool, tennis court, basketball court. Quiet and fabulous neighbors!
