Please note that certain areas of the backyard near the infinity-edge pool are unfenced, so children must be supervised at all times.

The swimming pool is solar-heated at no additional cost.

If you’d like to heat the pool or spa using gas, there is a $200 per day fee.

- Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property.

- A signed rental agreement is required to comply with city regulations. This is mandatory, with no exceptions.

- Pool and spa heating are not included in the nightly rate. Heating is available for an additional $200 per day, with the pool temperature maintained between 80°F and 86°F and the spa heated to a maximum of 104°F.

- The spa may be used until 10:00 PM. After this time, pool and spa pumps will be turned off for maintenance and noise considerations.

- Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made at the time of booking. Last-minute requests will not be accommodated. The following fees apply:

- Up to 2 hours early check-in or late check-out: $100.

- More than 2 hours early check-in or late check-out: Charged at the full nightly rental rate.

- The property is subject to strict noise ordinances. Decibel monitoring devices are installed, and no amplified music or excessive noise is allowed outdoors at any time. Outdoor music entertainment is prohibited on the premises.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the property at any time.

- Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to booking, with a maximum of two pets per stay.

- Events, parties, and filming are not permitted unless disclosed and approved by the host. Use of the property for venues or events requires explicit ownership approval and will incur an additional venue fee.

- Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. A maximum of four daytime visitors is allowed.

- All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, with a maximum of 10 cars allowed. Parking on fire lanes or outside the property boundaries is prohibited and may result in towing.

- All adults over the age of 18 must meet with the property manager upon arrival to sign an acknowledgment of the house rules and regulations.

- Guests are responsible for the safety of all individuals, including children and pets, while using the pool, spa, fire pit, and BBQ. These features pose potential risks if not used responsibly. By booking, you accept full liability for yourself, your party, and any visitors.

- By booking this property, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner, management, and staff from any claims, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of the pool, spa, or any other features of the property.
