Please Note: The pool is heated to 84 degrees. If you'd like it warmed to 90 degrees, there will be an extra fee associated.

What to expect: Because of the greenery around the property, it is common to encounter small lizards, iguanas and mosquitoes (especially at dusk/in the evening). You may also come across a friendly, neighbourly cat or two.

Staying longer than 28 days? Please note that we require monthly cleanings by our team to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our home for guests. Cleanings are $220/cleaning, in addition to the standard check-out cleaning fee, and will be charged prior to your arrival in a separate fee request.
