With a spacious interior and a fantastic backyard, it’s the perfect retreat for families and groups looking to make unforgettable memories on their Florida vacation.

Outdoor Oasis with New Pool
Completed in July 2022, our beautiful pool area is one of the finest in the neighborhood, offering a tranquil escape right in your backyard. Pool Heating: From October through March, our pool heater keeps the water comfortable for swimming on cooler days. Whether relaxing poolside or gathering with friends and family, this backyard offers a private paradise for your stay.

family getaway

We stayed two weeks to get away from the cold winter. The location was wonderful. We were able to walk around the neighborhood and also close to many restaurants and beaches. The pool was perfect, the host got back to us immediately and the house was stocked with many extras that most VRBOs lack

Extremely Convenient

Myself, my wife and our 3 adult children absolutely loved staying here for 2 weeks. Situated in between Boca/Delray and Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood it’s the perfect location. Walking distance to Deerfield Beach and a short drive to West Palm and Mizner Park. The pool is beautiful. There are enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The communication with the host was perfect. The shuffleboard table was a lot of fun. Absolutely no complaints about this place. I highly recommend.

Ladies week

Mark the host was absolutely amazing. Everything was so perfect and so inviting when we walked through the door. The pool was just the most relaxing part of our stay. The heater was such a plus. Book your stay here you will not be disappointed!!!! Onecof our top rated homes on our list!!!!

Great house

The house is very modern and well equipped. The best water pressure ever. My only issue, if you call it that, was that there was only a partial shower door or bathroom door in the one bathroom which made it hard to get a hot shower and the floor would get wet. Also a shelf in that shower would be nice as I had to put my stuff on the floor and for a senior it makes it a little difficult. There were no beach chairs available so we ended up buying some and leaving them there because it was cheaper than renting on the beach. But overall it was a great place.

Wonderful Trip

The property was perfect for our quick getaway! We enjoyed the outdoor pool area very much! The house was very clean and was the ideal location for us! Bonus was our daily visitor Mr Iguana while we were in the pool. I would definitely book again!

Amazing place with pool near the beach

Came with our family to enjoy the beach and Florida. Amazing house - so clean, so many towels, and awesome pool. Hosts very responsive and helpful. Check in and out were very easy. Great location - 5 min drive to beach!

Deerfield Beach Vacation

This was our first time using VRBO and we couldn't have found a better place to stay. The owners were amazing and extremely responsive. We had 2 flight cancelations and they were flexible to ensure that we had a place to stay. The house was very well stocked, clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and the beach was a short drive away. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the Fort Lauderdale area!! Thanks so much again!!

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful stay over the April Spring Break. The house is extremely clean and has many modern updates. We appreciated that it was well-stocked with towels, and other necessary items that are easy to forget. The owners were a pleasure and extremely responsive. House is a short drive to the downtown beach area, and easily accessible to many great areas (Ft. Lauderdale/Boca/Delary etc...) Kids had a blast in the new pool.

Nice place!

Our group of 3 couples enjoyed our stay. Convenient location, quiet neighborhood, and home was clean. Communication with owners was easy. Unfortunately, the pool was just too cold for any of us to enjoy, which was a big disappointment. We did make good use of the covered outdoor table and seating area around the fire table.

Girls getaway

We enjoyed our time at this home. Place was clean, and the pool was private. We really enjoyed the shuffleboard table and the fire pit at night. Our bad luck was that it was a very windy time of year so we had keep scooping the pool to keep out the ficus leaves. That was no ones fault. The only concerns we had were that the pool didn't have a railing, making it difficult for the girls who had knee problems to enter and get out of the pool. The steps were uneven heights making 2nd step down difficult for them also And the room with a queen bed without the bathroom, was like an add on, right off the livingroom with just sliding panels. The big screen tv right near these panels made it difficult to watch tv in that room or to sleep if anyone was watching tv late at night. It would be a great place for a family with children. Easy access to the beach and restaurants and in a quiet neighborhood.

Great Property in Deerfield Beach/Lighthouse Point

My family has been staying in this area annually for the last 10 years. We have rented many homes and have had mostly good experiences. This property was the best one yet. The hosts, Mark and Lyndee were so easy to deal with and responded quickly to all inquiries, both during the booking process and during our stay. We had one minor plumbing issue arise during our stay and Mark had a plumber over to fix it in about an hour. The home was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The new pool area is great too. The house has a couple of small quirks, which they all seem to in that area. The laundry room can only be accessed from one of the bedrooms and that bedroom is separated from the living area by sliding glass panels. The panels are frosted for some privacy, but you can see shadows through them and they only attach by a top rail so they can swing independently a bit. Not ideal if complete privacy is a concern. Also, one of the other bedrooms has an suite with no door at all and the toilet is directly in line with the bed. I suppose some couples may not care, but again not ideal depending on who is using that room. It seems like it would be easy to add a door so I'm not sure why there isn't one. We actually bought a tension rod and curtain and hung it where the door should be for some measure of privacy. We kind of expect these little quirks in these older renovated homes and still really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay at the house again. My brother rented another home in the area from the same hosts and he loved that one too.
