House was very neat and clean…..host was great with communication…..the house is really close to most everything you need for sure……we would definitely recommend this home to anyone coming down to this area…..our family had a very nice time.

Property was awesome. Communication was great from the beginning. Game room was super cool. This house is perfect for families and the pool/outdoor area is set up perfectly.

We stayed Aug 28-31. This was a spacious, clean house. Has everything one would need for a family stay. Pool is nice. We liked the dining area outside with TV. Tina, the host was very quick to respond and wanted to ensure we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend it.

Amazing house with pool and amazing host!

This property had everything we needed. I mean everything. From a clean pool, pool towels, washer and dryer, game room, tv in all the rooms, great WiFi, everything you need to enjoy a nice evening in for dinner and cold ac in the summer!

It worked for us

We liked staying here. The kids loved the pool and the host was great at communicating with us. I don’t know that we would stay here again though. The neighborhood is a bit undesirable.

A true paradise

This house is literally perfection. It is only 10 minutes from the beach, just a few minutes from stores and groceries. Everything is impeccable, the beds are really comfortable, and the backyard is a dream. The owner is very nice and responsive, and did an outstanding job with decor and attention to detail. The game room was a hit with my children. We come to Florida every year, and always rent a different place, but this one is our favorite by far. We will definitely be back, thank you for everything.

Great house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. First and foremost, the communication with the host was outstanding! She was extremely prompt with any responses and went out of her way to meet any request. The house is extremely clean and spacious with lots of amenities. Our favorite was the back outdoor space. It's secluded with a wonderful pool and covered eating area. We grilled out every night and enjoyed the beautiful weather by having all our meals outside. The house is well-appointed and the beds are comfortable. The location is centrally located to lots of stuff (stores, beach, restaurants). The neighborhood is in transition but everyone is very polite and safe. Another thing that I liked about this property that I would have not thought about before was the checkout process. Some properties have a huge list of chores that are put on the renter to do prior to leaving and this was the most streamlined and easy process that I have ever stayed at. I would highly recommend staying at this house if looking at the area.

Close to everything

Tina was amazing with communication and very friendly. The pictures are spot on. The house was thoroughly clean and had everything you needed including beach towels, umbrellas at the front door if it rains, good toilet paper, fully stocked kitchen, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms and comfortable mattreses. The kids room had plenty of games and beach chairs. The house is very close to the beach and many restaurants. My only complaints are that the pool wasn't clean with the bottom and pool surface being dirty (not sure if the filtration sytem needs to be fixed) and, yes, this is a smoke free house however, the neighbor on the south side of the house where the lounge chairs/umbrella are located, was chain smoking during the day and then on our final night, was outside until after 10pm, talking very loudly and playing music which was on the bedroom side of the house and could be heard through the slider doors and wall. That's not the hosts fault but the first time we experienced this in a rental and found it disrespectful and disruptive when trying to go to sleep and spending time outdoors.

To clarify, the pool is regularly maintained 1-2 times per week and more frequently as needed, and the pool system is in proper working order. Unfortunately, during windy weather and certain times of the year, debris can accumulate, which is beyond our control. Had we known the pool collected some debris during your stay, we would have gladly ordered an off-cycle cleaning to ensure it was pristine for you. As for the neighbors, we have not had any prior complaints but apologize that they were disruptive on your final night. Thank you again for your feedback and for being such considerate guests. We’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future!
