Tucked into a peaceful residential neighborhood, this bright three bedroom home gives you the privacy of your own South Florida retreat while keeping you close to the beach, dining, shopping, and everything Pompano Beach has to offer.

The heart of the home is the private backyard. Step outside to your heated saltwater pool surrounded by tropical landscaping and a fully fenced yard. Grab a lounger and spend the afternoon in the Florida sunshine, cool off with a swim, or simply enjoy having an outdoor space that is completely your own.

Just inside, the sun filled Florida room brings the outdoors in with expansive views overlooking the pool. It is one of the best spots in the house for morning coffee, reading, relaxing between outings, or getting a little work done at the dedicated desk.

The main living area is bright, comfortable, and designed for spending time together. Settle in for a movie on the large Smart Roku TV, gather around the dining table for dinner or game night, or prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, and the essentials you need during your stay. A high chair is available upon request.

When it is time to recharge, three thoughtfully prepared bedrooms offer a comfortable place to settle in for the night.

The primary bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower and modern vanity. A second full bathroom offers a tub and shower combination. Fresh towels and starter toiletries are provided.

Planning a beach day is easy. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided, so you can grab what you need and head toward the coast.

And you will not have far to go.

Pompano Beach and the Pompano Beach Fisher Family Pier are just minutes away. Spend the day on the sand, walk the Pier, explore the beachfront Fishing Village, grab ice cream, enjoy rooftop or waterfront dining, or get out on the water with boating, fishing, jet skiing, and other activities.

For everyday essentials, Publix, Whole Foods, and local markets are nearby. You will also have convenient access to US 1 and I 95, making day trips to Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Miami, and other South Florida destinations easy.

After a full day exploring, come back home, toss your beach towels in the washer, take one more swim, and enjoy having a private place to call home for the rest of your stay.

Good to Know Before Booking

Pets:
We welcome up to two dogs with prior approval and a nonrefundable pet fee. Cats are not permitted.

Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to reserve the home.

Guest Verification:
A copy of the lead guest’s driver’s license is required after booking. The name must match the credit card used for the reservation.

Occupancy:
The home accommodates a maximum of 7 overnight guests. Only guests included on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.

If you would like to have one or two visitors during your stay, please request approval in advance. No more than 9 people may be at the property at any time.

Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM, with no outdoor noise permitted after 10:00 PM.

Parties & Events:
This home is intended for peaceful vacation stays. Parties, events, gatherings, bachelor or bachelorette parties/engagement celebrations are not permitted.

Smoking:
Smoking and drug use of any kind are not permitted. Additional charges will apply if evidence of either is found.

Security Deposit:
A $500 security deposit hold is required prior to check in.

Security:
An exterior security camera faces the front entrance of the property.
