You`ll find two bathrooms: a full bath with a tub and a private en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom with a shower for added convenience.

Guests will have full access to the entire home. The fully fenced backyard and back patio are also yours to relax in. Parking is available on the driveway and street and there is access to a washer and dryer. The home is equipped with self-check-in for convenience, making your extended stay smooth and hassle-free!

There is a grocery store in walking distance down the street.

There is a lovely park in the neighborhood (Palo Verde Park). Lots of grass and trees and even has a public pool!

It’s also close to TMC, St. Joespehs hospital and the Air Force base.

There are tons of great Mexican restaurants along 22nd, which I definitely recommend checking out!

Getting downtown or to the UofA is also convenient from this location.

There are several bus stops close by to get you in about any direction you need to go!

The roads are also bike friendly!
