The Beach Palms complex offers additional amenities including a large, heated pool, BBQ grills, and plenty of reclining lounge chairs to soak up the warm Florida rays and breathtaking views.



Admire the shimmering turquoise Gulf waters from the expansive balcony with an outdoor dining area for five. The inviting living area is accented by sunset-inspired hues, chic leather couches, and a beachfront backdrop. Show off your cooking skills in the modern, fully equipped kitchen with spacious granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Your guests will love your star dishes! The adjacent dining area is handsomely appointed with seating for six, with bonus seating at the breakfast bar.



The elegantly outfitted main suite boasts an impressive king bed and private balcony entrance. The delightful en suite main bath features beautiful dual granite vanities and a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom offers a peaceful sanctuary with a second king bed, a rare find. The inviting third bedroom is complete with twin bunk beds and a bonus trundle bed.



Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US, and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.



Things to Know

From January 2nd - around January 12th, direct access to the beach from the building will be unavailable during daytime working hours. Direct beach access will be available before and after daytime working hours. During daytime working hours, beach access is still available south of the nearby seabird sanctuary.

The location was perfect and the amenities provided were perfect for our family. Only complaint is the information provided for check in was inaccurate for parking space number, garage number, and pool access..did eventually get the correct information from the host but it took some time.

The location in the area is good and the deck to look at the ocean in nice. We arrived late and could not get in the unit, lucky enough to catch a person coming out to let us in. The code we were provided for the pool was incorrect. The parking information provided was incorrect. Management company contacted me via phone several days into the trip and were provided with all inconsistencies. Photos of unit on site showed two bikes in garage. There was only one and it had flat tires and no seat. Attention to the appliances needs to be made.

The condo is mostly as advertised. It’s not a true “corner” condo, but the view is still great. Pros: beach, pool, large fridge, cable tvCons: worst host company I’ve ever dealt with. We couldn’t find the lockboxes (they’re to the left of the lobby, deep back into the dark garage). We were given 3 different parking spots, none of which were available, and never given a parking pass (I asked for one 3 times). Luckily there was always a visitor spot open, but during high season I think it’d be a headache. We were given the wrong pool/beach code - twice. The condo smells like moldy towels - not normal Caribbean smell, dirty moldy smell. The beds are HARD and have plastic wrap under the sheets, so they’re loud and hot. The bunkbed is a hazard. Missing screws and very wobbly. The garage picture is not accurate - one bike, no cooler. Lower your expectations if you stay here and you’ll be fine. Next year we’ll book they a different host - Casago is a big no for me.

Beach is beautiful condo is well maintained and had plenty of dishes and forks and knives. Close to a lot of restaurants and pool was well heated

Great location right in the beach

Me and 2 high school friends met up here for a 3-day relaxing weekend. We enjoyed everything about our vacation at this condominium. Cleanliness, location, size of unit, and all was awesome. Highly recommend this condo to stay at.

Best condo in a while

This condo was one of the best we’ve stayed at in St. Pete in a long time Stocked great just like at home. Great view of the beach. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed this condo. The condo and property were very clean. Beach access was easy. We enjoyed using the kayaks and the video arcade in the unit was a bonus.

The place is located in a great part of town. A lot of people smoking weed in the complex. It was listed that our parking space was beside our beach closet, we kept looking and we finally found it the last night that we were there and it was on the other side of the property and we couldn’t find it because it wasn’t listed like the others and someone was parked in the spot. We just ended up parking in a guest labeled spot. We did find hairs in the shower prior to us using them. I didn’t bother reaching out to Vacasa just for the sheer interaction prior to our stay that I had with them. Overall it was a great stay. Good location and suited our needs. The unit itself was nice and had what we needed. I won’t stay with Vacasa again though. I’ll find another rental in Indian Rocks.

Great Stay On Ocean

Very pleased with the condo and proximity to the beach. Getting keys proved to be more challenging than expected but it worked out in the end. Gaming machine was a big hit with the kids

Quick game day getaway

We decided to parlay a college football game with a few days at the beach and this condo was great. Great location and view of the beach with easy access. Beach items provided were a bonus (chairs, bikes, kayaks, floats and more). The condo is spacious and clean. The arcade game was a bonus as well.

Perfect access to the powder white sands. Pool was warm. Condo was clean and well maintained. Roomy for our girls trip group of 6. No complaints but a suggestion, need a full length mirror! Would love to stay here again

Wonderful condo in a great location!

This a clean condo with a great ocean view. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Garage with beach chairs/toys was a bonus!!! Quick access to the beautiful beach and the pool always had a available chairs to use. Easy to find parking if not using the garage. Bedrooms are spacious with lots of storage. Condo is in a great location to easily drive to many restaurants and entertainment. Management was very quick to respond when we had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place on the beach

This was a fully equipped, beautiful unit right on the beach. It had plenty of chairs and toys to keep us busy on the beach and lots of games to occupy us in the evenings. My only complaint is the water that seeped through the floor in the 2 back bedrooms and kitchen area. I got a response the first time I contacted the management but as it worsened and asked them to put in a service ticket, I did not hear back. Hopefully this will be rectified. I would love to rent there again.

Location location location

You can’t beat this location. Close to the beach and restaurants. The place is clean. The beds were comfortable. There was enough linens for the 8 of us. The kitchen pots and pans need replacing. The garage was full of sand toys, chairs, beach stuff, kayaks and bikes. We won’t be coming back because: 1. Only two keys for the front door only to get into the building to get to the elevator. We had eight people in our party. Sharing two keys was a nightmare. 2. The front elevator broke the first few days. Things happen that wasn’t the problem. Because we didn’t have a key to the back elevator, we had to wait until someone else with a key came to let us up to our condo. Sometimes it was 5 mins, sometimes 35 mins. 3. Vacasa support was great at taking your issue, but not so good at reporting back what the status was on the issue. 4. The air conditioner filter cover had a stripped nail that was like that when we got there. I reported it but never heard back from anyone on it. We had to prop a chair on it the whole time. Lots of stubbed toes. 5. The tables by the pool did not have umbrellas. You have to sit in the full sun at most of the tables. 6. They are correct that you have a gulf view the patio is facing southwest so you do not see the sunset.

The HOA manages the keys and maintains the elevator and we regret any inconvenience you encountered.
