Beach Palms

The Space:
Sink your toes in the sugar-white sand and stroll along the magnificent beaches of Indian Shores. This spacious three-bedroom condo at the Beach Palms offers the perfect beach retreat. It's been newly renovated with new floors, paint, furniture, LED light fixtures, linens, and smart TVs.

Step inside and feel your cares drift away as the fiery sunsets melt into the Gulf. Beach Palms 508 is as charming as it is comfortable and boasts a coastal chic atmosphere with lots of extra amenities. Enjoy the lovely private balcony and relax while taking in the miles of shoreline. Tasteful coastal flair features an open layout and beach view backdrop. The living area, with direct access to the balcony, offers inviting furniture and a smart TV. The kitchen is pleasantly appointed with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining table has enough space for six people with a bonus breakfast bar for two.

All bedrooms are beautifully decorated and feature deluxe memory foam mattresses. The main bedroom features a king bed, balcony access, a large walk-in closet, desk, and en suite bath. The second bedroom has a king bed, a nice amenity for couples traveling together. And last, but not least, the third bedroom sports a happy botanical theme with a queen bed and bunk beds.

The Beach Palms complex offers additional amenities for taking full advantage of the sunshine and sea air. A spacious pool deck hosts a large, heated pool, barbeque grills, and plenty of reclining lounge chairs to soak up the warm Florida rays and the breathtaking views.

Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US, and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.

Beach Getaway

This condo made for a very enjoyable beach getaway for our family. It was clean, well stocked and just as pictures described. The parking place, pool and close proximity to the beach were perfect!

Comfortable with annoyances

It’s a very comfortable condo with plenty of room for a large family. The building seems safe and quiet. Being right on the beach was great. The downsides: the balcony has a decent view of the beach, but also of the road, so there is road noise. And it’s very annoying that, despite the price you pay, they do not provide enough toilet paper, dishwashing tabs, or washing detergent.

Frustrating

Great location close to beach. The unit was nice but issues with AC ( never able to change temperature) and WiFi didn’t work. Multiple phone calls to management company. They issues were never resolved prior to our departure. Very frustrating!

Overall great stay

Very well equipped condo. Check in and out was great. The condo was very clean with the exception of the floors - which we would not have noticed except the one-year old is still a crawler. Her knees and toes were filthy after 30 mins. I vacuumed once and mopped twice with little improvement. Other than that’s, I would have rated everything five stars.

Great view and clean unit.

This unit was clean and everything matched the pictures. Very comfortable beds. Pool was great. We would love to stay again. Suggestions: It would be nice if there was another recliner. Seating for 4 in the living area was not enough. It would also be nice if there was a shade on patio door in the primary bedroom . The silverware drawer needs a good cleaning. We were able to scrub the silverware we used.

Perfect beach rental

The unit was beautiful. Lots of space and very clean. It was nice that they included beach towels for our use and the storage closet with beach toys was an added bonus. Great trip, just not long enough!

Nice property great beach

Very clean. Lots of beach toys in storage closet not listed that changes. Great beach and view off balcony. That beautiful green blue color water with white sand. Easy parking. 2 elevators. Walk in closet in master is the size of a small bedroom lol we placed a pack n play we rented in it.

Family Vacation

Check in was very easy and we had no trouble at all. The instructions and directions provided were simple and easy. We were 5 adults and 2 teens. Location was great and the grounds of the building were well maintained. I thought that for the price the attention to detail with cleanliness could have been a little better but it wasn't a deal breaker for us. I also thought that for the price the expectations at check out could be simpler for renter. For example I'm not sure why I had to make sure to empty all trash before check out, not something we've seen at other properties. That being said we had a great time, the kitchen is well stocked and I would definitely stay at this location again in the future.

Everything at the condo was nice and clean. We especially appreciated the plethora of cookware and plates. We have stayed in homes before where you had to wash dishes after every meal due to there not being enough. Thank you for the stay

Clean and Convenient

Nice property. Surprised you had to use three different keys to access the pool, elevator, and storeroom. There were six of us and only two sets of keys. Very inconvenient. Not sure why some sort of key card can't be used. Otherwise, it certainly lived up to the pictures we saw on the website.

Perfect Condo Rental

Beautiful property from start to end! The pool area and grounds, are very clean and in great condition. The Condo is absolutely gorgeous!! Very spacious and decorated beautifully. Everything looks just like the pictures. Highly Recommend. Won't be disappointed.

The best so far

This place has all you need in it. Luxurious, clean, and convinient. Pool, beach, local shops and restaurants. And the best part i get a kick out of, they have a trash chute. Also, by far the most secure building I've been in on the strip.

Fun in the sun

Excellent property. Very clean and well organized. Right on the beach, heated pool is excellent. Walking distance to a great coffee shop and restaurants. Quiet and just a perfect getaway spot.
