This beachfront property is ON the beach! Newly renovated with high end quality. No carpeting....floors just redone with plank tiles. Private balcony to watch dolphins in the morning and sunsets at night.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is bright and airy with plenty of ceiling fans, secure WiFi and a private balcony. The Master Bedroom Suite has a King bed, ceiling fan, tv and its own slider to the balcony. A newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower to beautiful newly tiled stall.

Second bedroom has 2 Double beds, tv and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds, tv and a ceiling fan. You have your own washer/dry just off the 2nd bathroom that offers a clean glass shower door.

The property offers a Heated Pool and a Hot Tub along with a recreation room that houses a Ping Pong Table, Air Hockey and a Foos Ball Table. Free Wi-Fi poolside as an extra bonus! Enjoy the lush local grounds while taking a short walk to the beach.

Restaurants are within walking distance and offer live music to end your perfect beach day. Across the street you can rent bikes, boats, kayaks and paddle boards.

The unit has a dedicated parking spot along with 1 guest pass.

For travelers flying, I have beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and an umbrella for your stay.

Wonderful condo

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. The best part was all the beach supplies and not needing to go out and buy any.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. Diane was quick to respond if we had questions and was very helpful even before we arrived. The views are stunning and everyone at the property was very friendly.

Great Condo

The property was clean and there was plenty of room for 6 of us. We had a great view of the Gulf and saw dolphins on multiple mornings. The host is very quick to answer any questions you may have. The unit is equipped with anything you would need to go to the beach, she even furnishes beach towels! This was our 2nd summer here & I highly recommend it.

Paradise

The property was well maintained. The pool was nice and parking was assigned per unit. Our unit was well laid out and updated. The balcony was great for watching dolphins in the mornings. The unit had beach chairs, sand toys, noodles & boogie boards just to name a few. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Beautiful Unit

The unit was very nicely decorated and upgraded. Appliances were amazing. We loved the view and the location, as well as the brightness and openness in the condo. The TV seemed like it was about to die, but other than that-everything was just great!

Great Place

The Condo was beautiful and very easy access to the beach. Everything in the condo was well kept. The floors were a bit dirty as if they hadn't been mopped, but overall the condo was clean. I suggest having more bath towels. There were 6 of us so we had to clean them a couple of times. Overall it is a great condo and we enjoyed out stay!

Great Stay!

Very nice condo. We had a great view of the ocean from our balcony. Easy walk to beach. Nice size pool and hot tub. Although wish parents wouldn’t let their kids treat it like a pool. Even had floats in the hot tub at one point and were jumping in. Loved the key code entry. Our usual condo came with keys and this was much more user-friendly as we gave everyone the code instead of sharing two keys. Host was great to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed.

We had a wonderful week here. exactly as described in the listing. The sunsets where awesome. I would differently encourage everyone that stays here to rent the beach chairs and umbrellas, made the day at beach even better . The only thing I could cimplain about is the TV in the master was little small. LOL. We would definitely start here again!!!

What a week!!

We absolutely loved our week in Diane’s condo! She was wonderful to deal with, even came to the condo one evening when the ice maker was on the fritz! Answered questions promptly and even gave me some restaurant suggestions! The condo was just what we needed! The views….pictures don’t do it justice!!! In an area with lots of places to eat, Andy things to do. We loved the scoooter rental within walking distance and that there was a waterfront bar Caddy’s right across the street. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Diane’s condo!!!

Great stay!

Had a great stay! This is the second time we’ve been to Indian Shores but first at the Sand Castle building. Loved having 2 elevators and shopping carts to lug groceries and things from the car! Condo was clean and ready for us. Great beach chairs and plenty of beach toys to utilize! Overall would give 4.5/5. Would give 5 stars with a few additions: updated beach towels. The ones provided are old and scratchy and not exactly beach towels. Owner did bring some others for us when asked. Outlet in master bath worked, then tripped and stopped working. Had to ask for toilet paper as it was noted in listing that it was provided. Would be nice to have a few starter items, small dish soap, extra garbage bag, etc. other listings I’ve been to have provided these and was a nice additions. Overall very minor things and wouldn’t stop us from staying again. Thanks for a great vacation!

We had a beautiful time in Indian Shores. Our condo was beautiful and right on the beach! We even saw dolphins from our balcony! Such an amazing vacation! We will certainly be back!

Sand Castle

Unit was nicely furnished with everything needed for great beach vacation. Condo building was a big disappointment. The elevators did not work making for long wait to get up and down from the unit.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway

Perfect location with beautiful views of the beach/ocean. Loved sitting out on the balcony at night listening to the sound of the waves. Host was responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Vacation

Great vacation condo

Very clean condo with exceptional oceanfront views. Perfect location with direct and easy beach access. Enjoyed the pool, too. Property owner was very accommodating and quick with responses.
