Sand Castle 1 Unit 706

This beachfront property is ON the beach! Newly renovated with high end quality. No carpeting....floors just redone with plank tiles. Private balcony to watch dolphins in the morning and sunsets at night.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is bright and airy with plenty of ceiling fans, secure WiFi and a private balcony. The Master Bedroom Suite has a King bed, ceiling fan, tv and its own slider to the balcony. A newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower to beautiful newly tiled stall.

Second bedroom has 2 Double beds, tv and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds, tv and a ceiling fan. You have your own washer/dry just off the 2nd bathroom that offers a clean glass shower door.

The property offers a Heated Pool and a Hot Tub along with a recreation room that houses a Ping Pong Table, Air Hockey and a Foos Ball Table. Free Wi-Fi poolside as an extra bonus! Enjoy the lush local grounds while taking a short walk to the beach.

Restaurants are within walking distance and offer live music to end your perfect beach day. Across the street you can rent bikes, boats, kayaks and paddle boards.

The unit has a dedicated parking spot along with 1 guest pass.

For travelers flying, I have beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and an umbrella for your stay.

We had a beautiful time in Indian Shores. Our condo was beautiful and right on the beach! We even saw dolphins from our balcony! Such an amazing vacation! We will certainly be back!

Sand Castle

Unit was nicely furnished with everything needed for great beach vacation. Condo building was a big disappointment. The elevators did not work making for long wait to get up and down from the unit.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway

Perfect location with beautiful views of the beach/ocean. Loved sitting out on the balcony at night listening to the sound of the waves. Host was responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo

The property was clean and there was plenty of room for 6 of us. We had a great view of the Gulf and saw dolphins on multiple mornings. The host is very quick to answer any questions you may have. The unit is equipped with anything you would need to go to the beach, she even furnishes beach towels! This was our 2nd summer here & I highly recommend it.

Relaxing Vacation

Very nice place to stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view of the beach and ocean was spectacular. Sunsets were stunning. All communication with the host was perfect. I would stay here again.

Indian Shores Winter Getaway

We always love our annual winter stays in this building in Indian Shores and this unit was no exception. IWe spent much of our time on the balcony enjoying both the weather and our meals out there along with the evening sunsets. Diane was a gracious and accommodating host, easy to contact, and immediately took care of any concerns that we had. The unit had everything we needed, including beach towels and items required for a day at the beach, as well as all of the comforts of home to make us feel at home during our stay. If the unit had been open for the same time next year, we would have booked it again.

Family beach memories

Could have been cleaner. Sand on floors. Ceiling fans and vents were dirty. Needed blankets on the beds. Bathtub backed up. Diane did bring blankets and fixed the bathtub drain. Overall a nice condo. Great location.

Everything checked out as listed except for the listing said there were beach chairs to use so we did not bring any. We could not find any in the condo. Master bed was ok but if you look at the mattress it has a huge brown stain on it which is kind of unappealing. The two queen beds were not real comfortable. One was really soft and you could feel the springs while sleeping. Second one was better but still pretty basic. Bathrooms worked great, washer/dryer worked fine and kitchen appliances all worked for us. Unit was quiet to surroundings and the view of the gulf from the balcony and inside rooms was great. Parking was easy in the reserved space. Check in and out was really easy. One of the two elevators was not functioning when we arrived on Saturday afternoon so getting our belongings up to the condo took much much longer as a result. This condition was called in shortly after we arrived by a tenant but the repair did not occur until Monday mid day.

This area is a great location to stay, right in between ocean and inter-coastal. Our place was clean and the host was very responsive.

Loved it!

Diane was a great host to deal with. Our flight arrived early in the day, and since the room was ready, we were able to check in when we arrived. Also, she had removed beach towels from the listing, and I hadn’t noticed. We called and she brought some over the same day. Very helpful with information about the area as well.

Great Place

The Condo was beautiful and very easy access to the beach. Everything in the condo was well kept. The floors were a bit dirty as if they hadn't been mopped, but overall the condo was clean. I suggest having more bath towels. There were 6 of us so we had to clean them a couple of times. Overall it is a great condo and we enjoyed out stay!

Great stay!

Had a great stay! This is the second time we’ve been to Indian Shores but first at the Sand Castle building. Loved having 2 elevators and shopping carts to lug groceries and things from the car! Condo was clean and ready for us. Great beach chairs and plenty of beach toys to utilize! Overall would give 4.5/5. Would give 5 stars with a few additions: updated beach towels. The ones provided are old and scratchy and not exactly beach towels. Owner did bring some others for us when asked. Outlet in master bath worked, then tripped and stopped working. Had to ask for toilet paper as it was noted in listing that it was provided. Would be nice to have a few starter items, small dish soap, extra garbage bag, etc. other listings I’ve been to have provided these and was a nice additions. Overall very minor things and wouldn’t stop us from staying again. Thanks for a great vacation!
