A beautiful property with magnificent views..

We were greeted by the owner who kindly stayed late for our arrival. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him and the bungalow had every possible amenity. The area was very peaceful and the grounds extremely well maintained. The property is very conveniently placed within the maspalomos / playa del ingles area so no taxi rides required. We had a very late flight back and was granted the convenience of a late afternoon checkout which was very much appreciated and allowed us almost an extra day to enjoy our holiday. Superb service, thank you.

Great property, lovely setting and close to all amenities.

Villa Femés is an attractive, two bedroomed property in a lovely setting, looking out over the golf course, dunes and on to the sea. The bungalow itself is beautifully designed. The large, airy living room gives out on to a small terrace with a table and sun loungers and just beyond is a lovely pool. The bungalow is very clean and well equipped with everything one could need. It is only a 10-15 minute walk in to the Yumbo Centre, so it is very convenient for all that Playa del Ingles has to offer. I had a lovely week and would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Bisher schönster Bungalow

Wir waren schon in vielen Anlagen. Dieser Bungalow war perfekt. Die Angaben im Inserat stimmen alle überein. Die Lage übertrifft natürlich alles. Jeden Tag den Sonnenuntergang geniessen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und alles ist vorhanden. Die Betten waren super bequem. 2 mal wöchentlich kam eine sehr nette Putzfrau, die ihre Arbeit tiptop machte. Der einzige Mangel: Im Garten gibt es nur 2 Stühle! Da wäre vielleicht eine neue Ausstattung gut. Auch die Küche benötigt vielleicht einmal eine sanfte Renovation. Der Preis ist etwas hoch. Aber wo bekommt man diese Lage sonst? Auch der Vermieter (Manuel) war sehr nett und man konnte ihn jederzeit kontaktieren. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

I Would definitely stay here again, it was perfect location and the villa was amazing. The owner Manuel makes you feel at home when we arrived they was a basket with champagne nibbles olives chesses snacks it was such a lovely greeting. Also His and Hers toiletries which also was a lovely surprise. I really can not say how much Manuel made us welcome. JUST AMAZING:

Super Ausblick, ruhig, Pool direkt vor der Tür, alles da was man benötigt

Waschmaschine, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, zewa, Kaffeemaschine etc. , viele Kissen zur Auswahl, sehr sauber, Pool mit Salzwasser -kein Chlor-, super Blick in die Ebene

Real holidays

We enjoyed a 2 week stay in this wonderful place with the kids, the apartment is confortable and quiet, the swimming pool great, there is large common garden. The landlords pay attention to every detail : we appreciated to have the breakfast food welcome basket on our arrival, he came back to show us TV devices ( there is VO channels ) . The beach is great and very near, but we also really enjoyed hiking on the advice of the landlord's wife, nearby you can go to Aqualand with the kids, go to shopping... Great experience.

ausgezeichnete Unterkunft! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Appartement hat eine traumhafte Lage mit wunderschöner Weitsicht. Excellent ausgestattete Küche, mit allen erdenklichen Geräten wie Kaffee- und Espressomaschine, Sandwichmaker, Toaster, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine uvm. Der frische Obstkorb war vorzüglich, ebenso die Flasche Wein zum Einzug, Wasser, Kaffee, Tee, Salz Zucker und alle möglichen Gewürze waren da. Man konnte einziehen und sich wohlfühlen! Die Einrichtung in den Zimmern, in Bad und Küche und auf der Terrasse entspricht den Fotos, also auch hier keine Kritik angebracht. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Urlaub auf Gran Canaria

Das Haus ist genau so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war von Anfang an sehr gut. Dieser ist sehr bemüht, dass der Aufenthalt wirklich zum Urlaub wird. Der Ausblick über die Dünen bis nach Maspalomas ist grandios. Alles in allem können wir dieses Haus zu 100 Prozent weiter empfehlen.

Ein Feriendomiziel zum Entspannen

Das ist ein super Luxusbungalow an sehr ruhiger Lage, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und werden wieder kommen. Was uns auch sehr gut gefallen hat, ist der Pool mit leichtem Salzwasser. Auch über 33° C ist es angenehm, da immer ein Wind vom Meer her bläst, und in der Nacht hilft die Klimaanlage für eine angenehme Temperatur zum Schlafen. Ein Traum

Wir waren zu Zweit in diesem traumhaften Bungalow mit herrlicher Terrasse und einem wunderbaren Ausblick. Wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt und uns phantastisch erholt. Wir planen schon den nächsten Urlaub.....

Einfach toll und sehr empfehlenswert

Wir können diesen Bungalow sehr empfehlen. Alles war wie auf den Bildern und wie beschrieben. Die Küche ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Willkommens-Korb mit dem Bioprodukten toll. Genügend Tücher und sogar zwei Bademäntel. Und Lourdes die gute "Putz"-Seele - es war toll in die sauber geputzte Wohnung zu kommen mit dem Gefühl, dass sie das gerne macht. Den Pool direkt vor dem Bungalow haben wir rege benutzt und die Aussicht ist zu jeder Tageszeit schön. Auch, dass man mit dem Fahrrad so schnell bei den Dünen ist und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe hat und überhaupt in einem sehr gepflegten Quartier ist, ist wunderbar.

Erholung pur

Ein super Unterkunft mit allem was man für eine erholsame Zeit braucht . Gut und zentral gelegen , trotzdem ruhig. Alles fussläufig erreichbar. Sehr saubere komfortable Unterkunft Wir kommen gerne wieder und würden die Unterkunft immer weiter empfehlen. Der Besitzer der Unterkunft hat sich persönlich vorgestellt und ist jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar und hilfsbereit .

Wie im Paradies!

Es war einfach nur ein Traum, wir drei Freundinnen (20-21j.) haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Luxus Villa. Neben einer sehr stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnung mit hochwertigen Elektrogeräten und einem traumhaften Bad sowie Küche, hat man den schönsten Blick Gran Canarias (3x Gran Canaria). Obwohl man überhaupt nicht weit vom Trubel entfernt ist, herrscht dort eine einzigartige Stille zum Relaxen. Man hat den Pool direkt vor der Terrasse, also den besten Standort der Bungalows. Den Pool hat man auch so gut wie immer für sich alleine. Auch mal etwas lautere Musik störte keinen (dank Ipod-Station). Der Hausherr gab sich sehr große Mühe, wir wurden sehr freundlich Empfangen, mit einem Essenskorb sowie Utensilien für das Bad wie Shampoo, Zahnpasta e.t.c. Außerdem brachte er uns ein weiteres Fahrrad, erkundigte sich für uns nach einem Auto und wir waren im ständigen Emailkontakt, der er sich um unser Wohl bemühte. Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer individuell zu bedienen, ein sehr tolles Extra auch die Beleuchtung ist ein Hingucker. Im Ganzen war es ein unvergesslicher Urlaub und tausend mal schöner als ein 5* AllInclusive Urlaub. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder !! Valerie & Friends

Wunderschönes TOP eingerichtetes Haus

In diesem perfekt eingerichteten Haus haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt, es fehlte an nichts. Der Blick auf Maspalomas und das Meer war einzigartig, auch bei Nacht ein wunderschön traumhafter Blick. Der große Pool war gerade für unser Tochter genial. Die Vermieter, aber auch die Nachbarn waren sehr nett und freundlich. Vielen lieben Dank.

Perfekt!! Mehr geht nicht!!

Wir waren vom 29.02. bis zum 04.03. in der Villa Femes.Nach über 30 Aufenthalten auf Gran Canaria habe ich noch keine schönere Lage gesehen.Der Ausblick ist gigantisch und auch bei Dunkelheit spektakulär! Der Bungalow ist geschmackvoll und stylisch eingerichtet und es wurde an jedes Detail gedacht.Auch eine Kaffee-Kapselmaschine ist vorhanden.Ebenfalls ein Laptop sowie kostenloses Wlan. Den direkt vor der Villa liegenden Pool hat man meist für sich alleine.In der kleinen Anlage wohnen sonst fast nur die zumeist älteren Eigentümer der Bungalows. Der Aufenthalt hat uns besser gefallen wie unser letzter GC Urlaub im 5 Sterne Hotel Villa del Conde in Meloneras.Ich denke,dem ist nichts mehr hinzu zufügen! Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!!!!! PARADISO

paradiso, por: francesco e claudia mameli, come ho scritto nel titolo si puo parlare di paradiso.......il clima stupendo ,le spiagge a perdita d'occhio,i paesaggi agresti e affascinanti del'interno e la qualita della gente fanno di queste isola una meta perfetta per vacanze indimenticabili (in ogni periodo del'anno.....il clima è costante).la casa poi l'abbiamo trovata stupenda,accogliente con tutte le comodità e ben arredata .in un attimo si arriva alla spiaggia o a visitare il parco delle dune (gia dichiarato patrimonio del'umanità ).l'affitto non è molto caro specie in bassa stagione;insomma questa casa è stata la ciliegina sulla torta di questa vacanza.....contiamo di tornarci quanto prima

Excellent property to enjoy your vacation

We spent here 2 weeks in August 2011 (2 children, age 9 and 12, a adults). Overall, I can recommend the villa to the highest extent, there was absolutely nothing to criticize. Villa Femes is a luxury bungalow in a very quiet neighborhood, although it is situated minutes away from the lively parts of the city of Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas. The views from the patio and the pool are breathtaking: an overview of the golf course up to the lighting tower of Maspalomas. The pool is nice an clean, and during our stay, there were not that much other people, so we often were the only persons using the pool. There was a person who took care of the pool every morning. The bungalow is equipped with a full kitchen with lots of nice details that are un-usual for vacation rentals (for example, high quality appliances, a wine cooler, large fridge, induction stove and a espresso machine). The bungalow is technically at the highest standards; you can control everything using remotes (including shutters, blinds, lights, the window in the bathroom). There is a high speed wireless lan available, which is even better than the one we use here at home. There are several beautiful details in the apartment. The owner did a very good job and furnished the apartment in perfect balance between design and functionality (just to make that clear: if you have children you may ask yourself for obvious reasons if you want to stay in a design apartment; however, do not hesitate, here you'll find the right spot anyway). When we arrived the apartment everything has been set up nicely; the person who welcomed us prepared a basket with local food, there was drinking water for us, and a basket with toiletries. We felt home immediately. Not to forget to mention: we also had a native German speaking contact person who took care immediately whenever we had a question. I rarely experienced something similar in more than 15 stays in vacation rentals all over the world. In summary, this is one of the rentals you certainly would rent again. To the owner: thank you very much, we enjoyed our time in Gran Canaria!

Erholung pur

Diese kleine, top ausgestattete Villa bietet mehr als man erwarten kann: Stil, Helligkeit, einen traumhaften Blick über Campo Internacional und das Meer, extrem freundlicher und liebevoller Service, Ruhe, Internet, ein Willkommensgruß, der seinesgleichen sucht, einen Swimming Pool (Spielzeug für Kinder vorhanden), einen Waschtrockner uvm. Es gibt einfach alles, was man sich so wünschen kann. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Zeit und kommen sicher wieder.
