By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their use of the bunk beds, hot tub, and sauna. Guests agree to use these amenities at their own risk and release the host from any liability for injuries, accidents, or other incidents that may occur. The host shall not be held responsible for any harm resulting from the use or misuse of these facilities. Children are not allowed in the hot tub or sauna without adult supervision. Use of the hot tub and sauna is restricted to guests aged 6 and older and must be accompanied by adult supervision. House shall respect and abide by County’s noise control ordinance standards (Clackamas County Code Chapter 6.05).

Clackamas County Parking Ordinance:
In no event shall vehicles block access for emergency vehicles, block access to the premise, block a parked motor vehicle, or otherwise park in a manner that violates the County’s current parking and towing ordinance standards (Clackamas County Code Chapter 7.01). Violation of this section may subject the offending vehicle to immediate tow pursuant to ORS 98.853.
