Fantastic property in a great location in the heart of San Diego’s Gaslamp District. The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the host was very communicative, attentive, and responsive throughout our stay. Walking distance to countless restaurants, bars, and other attractions, making it a perfect home base for exploring San Diego, esp downtown. I absolutely recommend this spot, and I'd def stay here again.

CHeck in was easy once we found the front door but that was just me. The condo was clean and had comfortable beds and nice hot showers. We had everything we needed and just a short walk to our convention. Also short walk to restaurants in the gas lamp quarter. I would recommend this place.

The condo was great. Place is well laid out, spacious, and clean. The secure parking garage was a nice feature considering street parking can be difficult to find in this area. Ideal location for many different activities. Our family loved our time here.

This is a beautiful condo with the ideal set up for two couples traveling together. It is stylish and well equipped. The location was perfect for attending a concert at the Rady Shell; and very convenient for shopping and dining in the Gas Lamp district. The host was very responsive and delivered a requested item super fast.

We stayed here for a few days of catching baseball games at Petco Park. Incredibly convenient for park access. Having access to the parking garage is priceless. The unit has great furnishings, was clean and stocked with essentials. The building felt safe and relatively sound proof for being downtown.

The place was very clean and comfortable. I really liked that the most popular places were very close by, which made everything very convenient. Communication with the host was excellent throughout the stay. Definitely a great experience.

Great location, with large windows and lots of space. The two large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bath, really worked for two couples. My only recommendations are personal preferences — a kettle or hot pot and maybe a French press for those who do not use K-cups. Also, the building has a cute little market right next door with quick lunch options and basic necessities.

Beautiful, clean property and great communication with the host. She was very responsive to questions and accommodated an early check in on short notice. The location was convenient as we were in town for a conference at the convention center. The beds were super comfortable.

AWESOME!! The condo itself was clean, very comfrotable, stylish and centrally located in the Gaslamp Quarter for restaurants and entertainment. The gated parking garage was a bonus! Our host was the best!! We had responses to questions immediately. Perfect for 2 couples traveling over the Christmas Holidays

Our recent stay in the heart of San Diego’s Gaslamp district truly exceeded expectations. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to Padres Stadium and surrounded by countless fantastic restaurants, making it a breeze to enjoy the city’s vibrant energy. The condo itself was impressively spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable furnishings that made us feel right at home. One of our favorite features was the extra-large master bathroom, which added a touch of luxury to our stay.Check-in was completely seamless thanks to the host’s clear and detailed instructions, allowing us to settle in quickly and start our long weekend getaway with our adult children. The condo came equipped with every amenity we could need, making it the perfect home base for exploring San Diego. We are so grateful to our host for providing such a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the East Village!

Great condo and fantastic host! The host was extremely responsive and quickly addressed a few things that we flagged. For example, I flagged that there wasn't a blender in the unit so he had one shipped to the unit same day - can't beat that! The condo spacious, the fitness center and pool were great, and we really appreciated that the beds and pillows were very comfortable (which isn't the case with most rentals in my experience). The only downside, and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is that the condo building is unfortunately victim to downtown San Diego's homelessness problem. The build itself is fantastic, but direclty outside of it is very unpleasant for this reason and not good for families like us. This is no fault of the host and comes with the territory of staying downtown, but I felt it should be mentioned for those that don't realize this. The flip side is that the location was fantastic for restaurants and all other downtown activities - so pros and cons I guess.We had a great stay - thank you Host!
