This HUGE, modernized gorgeous place is BRAND NEW fully furnished interior is in the heart of all action. Walking to everything in downtown Gaslamp, little Italy, Convention Center, Petco Park etc. surrounded with restaurants, bars, shopping malls, and supermarket, Blocks from Freeway access to Beach Cities, near balboa Park, trolley station, SD Airport and more, countless attractions and nightlife nearby. You Shall Not miss it!!
This 1,150 square foot space is unique as it is spacious! Everything in the space is brand new, and perfect for whatever trip you are looking to have in Sunny SD! This suit is combined with 2 houses shared with a private patio BBQ area, this place offer 2 kitchens ,2-bathrooms ,2 washer & dryer in units ,2 TV with high-speed internet and can easily accommodates one king bed, two queen beds, three queen pull out sofa sleeper.
The suite is located 2nd floor within a commercial building access from private entry area, which blocks most street noise and creates a very private living area. With only three other apartments in the building downstairs, this second story apartment is as isolated as you can be when in this part of downtown. A short flight of stairs brings you up into a very spacious home with private patio and Weber BBQ grill.

- Your safety matters. This property features 2 interior security cameras: 1 camera is facing corridor , and 1 camera is facing the front gate .

Unfortunately, there is NO DESIGNATED PARKING FOR THIS UNIT. so here's some information regarding parking options in the area:
1.Street Parking: There are on-street parking spaces available throughout the neighborhood. Street Parking are free from6 pm-8 am ,Sundays and public holidays.
2.Metered Parking: Along 6th Avenue and surrounding streets, you will find metered parking spaces. These spaces usually have time limits ranging from one to four hours and require payment through coin, credit card, or a mobile parking app.
3.Parking Garages: If you prefer a more secure parking option, there are several parking garages nearby. Some notable options include:
Pro parking : located right next to our building ,Guests can pay for daily parking through display Lightning Pay app. scan the QR code at the front entrance to the lot and follow the directions on the app to pay and secure their spot.
ACE Parking: Located at 6th ave Ash street this garage offers hourly and daily rates.
6th & A : Situated right across our building, It provides both hourly and daily parking options.
This is Downtown San Diego, so this unit is in an urban area. This area is safe and completely harmless, The San Diego City Council voted 5-4 on June 13 2023 to adopt a controversial policy to ban homeless encampments on public property after hearing hours of public testimony. If at any point you feel uncomfortable with any homeless people outside the area, please feel free to call us 24/7 we will provide further detailed assistance .The 24 hour public security service office is located 1 block away ,they are on shifts everyday to remove the shady characters.
There is no smoking or drugs allowed anywhere on this property.
the occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-7am) are strictly enforced.
Pet is not allowed.
Events are not allowed. This is Downtown center San Diego, so there may be city noise such as Firetruck / Ambulance .
