• Respect Our Space: Any damage, including stains or tears, will result in charges for repairs or replacements.
• Entertainment: Enjoy our Roku smart TVs for a variety of streaming options. Cable TV is not provided.
• No EV Charging: Our electrical system cannot support electric vehicle charging, with penalties for non-compliance.
• Parking Restrictions: No large vehicles (RVs, commercial vehicles, etc.) on the property. Violations may lead to towing at your expense.
• Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are not possible. Please book additional nights if your travel schedule requires flexibility. Guests checking out after the listed check-out time may incur extra charges.
• Behavior Expectations: Respectful and socially acceptable behavior is required. Disturbances leading to police involvement will result in immediate eviction without refund.

McMinnville is a place that constantly inspires me with its balance of natural beauty, small-town charm, and exceptional food and wine. I also enjoy hiking the nearby coastal and forest trails—there’s nothing quite like a morning on the trail followed by an afternoon glass of Pinot Noir at one of Oregon’s world-class wineries. Hosting gives me the chance to share this incredible area with others and help guests experience the same warmth, adventure, and relaxation that make this region so special.
