Le Cowl's Bungalow a été rénové et comprend des planchers de bois franc d'origine, des boiseries d'origine, une nouvelle cuisine avec appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et comptoirs en béton, deux nouvelles salles de bains avec carrelage en sous-sol et carrelage. Perfect weekend getaway

The Cowls bungalow was lovely. Comfortable, clean and well-appointed as well a perfectly located for walking along the 3rd Ave retail and restaurant row. Very dog-friendly property as well. Couldn’t have been better for a weekend getaway!

Great location!

The location was just perfect for walking to restaurants and shops in downtown McMinnville. Yet quiet even sitting on the front porch. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Would highly recommend staying here during a visit to the Evergreen Museum and wineries.

Lovely home, great neighborhood, well stocked, comfy beds and nice linens.

Great walking distance to downtown. Lovely home with nice back yard for outside entertaining. Comfortable bed and nice soft linens. Well stocked kitchen. Easy check-in and check-out. Host quick with communication and lots of local suggestions. Safe neighborhood.

Wine tasting in McMinnville

The house was terrific, spotlessly clean, comfortable and just a few blocks from great restaurants, wine cellars and stores in downtown McMinnville. The kitchen appeared to be well supplied although we didn't use it because of all the fabulous restaurants close by.

Overall, this was an amazing stay! Close to downtown and grocery store, fully equipped kitchen, super clean bungalow, hostess was very friendly and easy to contact! Can’t wait to stay again!!

Wine Country Weekend

Great property! Charming cottage that was in exceptional shape. Perfect location for walking to local restaurants and shops. It was also walking distance to the shuttle for the McMinnville Wine and Food Classic.

Nice Bungalow in a Great Location

We enjoyed our stay here. Bungalow was clean and looked exactly like the posting. We liked sitting on the front porch. Great location - close to 3rd Street restaurants and tasting rooms.

We loved it!

What a great home! We loved the layout, the decor, convenience to everything, and it was spotless! The home was walking distance to shops, restaurants and wine tastings. Communication with Anita was excellent and everything went so smoothly. This was an annual girls trip with my friend from Portland. We would go back in a heart beat.

Super charming house

This is a great house in a fabulous location. Charming with nice furnishings. Walk to all the great restaurants and bars in McMinnville. The house is well equipped with everything you need. I will stay again!!

Delightful Stay!

I wish I could move this charming house East and live in it! My husband, daughter, son-in-law and I spent a wonderful 3 days in McMinnville, enjoying wineries and eateries, and friendliness of the town. The house was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable for the four of us. We would stay here again if we get back to the Willamette Valley!

Location! Location! Location!

Great place to stay close to 3rd St in McMinnville. After a day of wine tasting we loved being able to walk to dinner and more tasting rooms. Unfortunately, the weather kept us from enjoying the outdoor space so we’ll have to come back and hope the weather cooperates. One thing to note is the very tiny and not so private bathroom in the primary bedroom, which I didn’t realize but wouldn’t keep us from returning. Also, only Folgers was provided for the coffee maker so you may want to bring your own. I do highly recommend staying here.

Great bungalow in the Mac

This spot is great if you want an easy walk into town--literally a two minute walk to Third street. Our favorite spots were Harvest Fresh Grocery (great for food and wine selections, as well as premade meals), La Rambla, and the Cellar at Okta. It's a dog friendly house, which was perfect for us. Out pups were very happy to hang out in the fenced backyard, taking advantage of the cool floors in the carriage house. Super comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, AC, and all the amenities you'd expect. Would definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed

We were visiting our daughter and husband in the area, and for the most part just used the home to sleep. Home was very comfortable and well appointed. If we were to return again, this would surely be top on our list to stay once again.

Perfect location!

Stayed here for a birthday celebration/wine tasting weekend. The location was perfect. Easy walk to many delicious restaurants, great coffee & pastries, wine tasting and a cute grocer. The home had everything we needed as well as very comfortable beds, which is always a plus! As others have mentioned, the master bathroom was a bit tight, and could use a space to store toiletries, but it wouldn’t deter me from staying here again for a weekend!

She had the Wine Country Farmhouse, and he had the Walter Link House, which is how Anita and Larry met. Well.... it was at the UFO Festival, but that's another story. As a kid, Anita picked grapes during harvest on one of the first vineyards in Dundee. Larry was raised on a farm in what is now the McMinnville AVA.
