Situé à seulement un pâté de notre célèbre 3rd Street - notre Wine Country Ferme est parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent rester droit dans le mélange de tout ce qui est McMinnville.

À distance de marche, vous pourrez profiter de 17 caves et salles de dégustation, 34 restaurants uniques, 7 chambres et brasseries robinet et se promener 14 blocs strollable. Le musée en plein air, musée de l'espace et de l'eau parc Evergreen est moins d'un mile de là ainsi que Linfield College. Aussi facilement accessible en voiture ou à pied de la maison est le McMinnville Aquatic Center, qui a adultes / enfants de natation, un spa et une salle de musculation pour 4 $ admission.

Ce vers 1911 la maison a été amoureusement entretenu et dispose d'une belle cuisine de campagne, équipé de toutes les nécessités, aménagées dans la période de la maison et spacieux pour la cuisson et la cueillette groupe.

Il y a deux salles de bains dans la maison, une à l'étage et une en bas. Le bain en bas, a un / unité de baignoire-douche et le bain à l'étage dispose d'une douche carrelée spacieuse.

Trois chambres luxueusement meublées sont disponibles (deux lits queen, un lit king). Une chambre est située en bas et est équipée d'un lit queen. chambres à l'étage disposent d'une reine supplémentaires et lit king size.

La cour arrière bien aménagée est entièrement clôturée et est idéale pour les familles et les animaux domestiques. Il y a une grande terrasse avec une lampe gril à gaz, meubles de patio et le propane chauffé afin que vous puissiez profiter du plein air dans la soirée.

Les clients pourront profiter de cette maison décorées par des professionnels qui propose un mélange éclectique de nouveaux morceaux polis, art local et des antiquités précieuses.

Oregon Wine Country

The property condition and location were awesome! This was a quaint farmhouse one block off the downtown district of McMinnville. We made breakfast each day in the kitchen, ate in the dining room and left to explore wineries. The back porch was a favorite for evening activities like playing cards and having a beverage or two!

Amazing weekend getaway

We booked this place with some friends to celebrate some birthdays in Oregon wine country. The house was clean, cozy, had an amazing backyard, and the proximity to downtown McMinville was so convenient! We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Great location/ lots of amenities

Great location, easy walking distance to 3rd street. Host was very responsive, had a little issue with a tap & had someone over to fix it the next day. The kitchen & the rest of the house had more than ample supplies. I would definitely recommend staying here.

It was a girls weekend for us. We chose this location for its easy access to downtown and we truly were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit with no problem. We ate at a great little restaurant downtown with made from scratch food, two in fact. And, we found everyone to be really friendly. We took a private wine tour on our second day there which was really great. The house fulfilled all of our needs. There were four of us and two of us did share a bed. We love the plum tree outside and did partake of a few pieces of fruit. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio one evening as well. Everyone was very responsive throughout the process.The instructions were very clear and easy. We had no problems at the property. We were given all kinds of recommendations as well. We had one little glitch and we let the property manager know right away. It was immediately addressed overall we had a great stay here.

Fun Family Getaway

My family had a great time staying in the Wine Country Farmhouse. It is a short walk to great restaurants and shops. The home was cute, clean and had comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed sitting in the well-kept garden in the morning with our coffee. The home had everything we needed. We will rent again the next time in McMinnville.

Celebration time!

We were in town for a family wedding. We wanted a place close to town that would comfortably fit 5 adults. This place fit the bill! It was a very warm set of days and the air conditioning worked well. We were able to walk to town for coffee, lunch and browsing the many shops.

Fun wine tasting stay

Charming house, very clean and comfortable. Only a couple of things to note. Heavy street noise and the downstairs bedroom bathroom is off the kitchen. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the house.

Turkey Day Retreat

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving weekend. Cooked and baked for two days in the awesome kitchen. Spent time in town visiting pubs, shops and restaurants. We went to Grain Station twice! Great service and food. Enjoyed a performance of Beauty and the Beast at the local theater, saw the parade and tree lighting too. The Flight Museum was fun as well. We were able to walk just about everywhere because of the great location. The house was super clean, nicely decorated and the beds were comfy. We would love to visit in the summer to make use of the cute backyard.

Great house in great location

The house is exactly as pictured. It is roomy, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were cozy. The kitchen is huge and seemed to have everything one could want - though the house is so close to town we just walked to restaurants. Everything was immaculate. Unfortunately it was cool and damp when we stayed, but the outside patio area was lovely and inviting. We were sorry the weather only allowed us to enjoy it from afar. It would be terrific on a nice day. The owner was very prompt in replying to questions and providing suggestions for places to eat. The whole process could not have been easier or more enjoyable.

Stay at McMinnville Property

The stay was fine … I’d give it 3 1/2 stars if I could. The property had a great location, and it was clean. One of the couples who stayed with me said their bed was uncomfortable - ear plugs were provided by the property manager and were needed for that bedroom. The beds in the other bedrooms were fine. The living room was a bit small - not ideal for 5 people. Three of us hurt our fingers opening/closing the front door with the key … we all banged and hurt our fingers … it’s fine once you learn the hard way to be very gentle and slow. I think if it was only 2 couples were staying the bed situation and living room situation would have been much better.

The living areas were well set up and comfortable. We did not use the air conditioning, though it was available. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked with any thing we could ever need. Our host was responsive and answered every question we had in a timely manner. We will be back if we come this way again.

Farmhouse has the old character. Location is a block from the main downtown district. The street can be a little noisy. There are room air conditioners but not central air. But, The house was plenty cool for us even on hot day.Bedrooms and bathrooms very nice and clean. House is well equipped from cooking items to a private beautiful backyard with umbrella/chairs and patio heater. Nice grill too! Grill a couple steaks and have some Oregon wine!

Wonderful house and close to town

We stayed at the farmhouse while we toured wine country and it was simply perfect! The location was great - walkable to shops and restaurants and an easy drive to wineries. The house itself was very close and spacious for our party of 4 including a beautiful enclosed backyard where we often sat. Would definitely recommend if visiting McMinnville

She had the Wine Country Farmhouse…he had the Walter Link House, which is how Anita and Larry met. Well... it was at the UFO Festival, but that’s another story. The result was another Vacation Rental, and now another one along the way. Both are natives who grew up in the wine industry; as kids, Anita picked grapes during harvest on one of the first vineyards in Dundee, and Larry was raised on a farm in what is now the McMinnville AVA. Like Salmon, they returned after exploring the world to pursue their passion in their hometown: preserving historic properties and sharing Oregon Wine Country with the world. By joining forces—with Anita’s background in real estate and Larry’s background in construction—they have created a solid team in the growing family of Wine Country Properties.
