Master Bedroom: Spacious master suite with a king-size bed, a 50” smart TV and large walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower, dual vanity and a skylight.

Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed with a 40” smart TV and west-facing sunset views.

Bedroom 3: Two full-size beds, 32” smart TV, work desk and west-facing sunset views.

Guest Bathroom: Full bathroom with a shower-tub combo and single vanity.

Kitchen & Dining: A spacious kitchen stocked with all your cooking, baking and table setting needs. The large island accommodates four seats and is great for hosting and gathering. The table can be extended upon request, please message me prior to your arrival for it's setup.

Living Room: Vaulted ceilings, skylights and wraparound windows give beautiful natural lighting to the home. Comfortable seating to engage at or enjoy movie night on the 50” smart TV. Our family-friendly home is stocked with toys and games for all ages, and features a swivel rocker, perfect for soothing little ones or relaxing with a good book.

Garage & Trailer Parking: Guests have access to a 2-car garage, with space for 2 additional vehicles in the driveway. Off-street trailer parking is also available at the base of the property, featuring a graveled area measuring 12’ wide by 50’ long. The garage doubles as an entertainment space and is perfect for a competitive game of ping pong, darts, or cornhole. Relax and catch your favorite shows or sports on the 32” Smart TV, plus enjoy direct access to the backyard through the garage’s electric roll-up door.

Backyard: Accessible from the living room, the backyard is ideal for effortless indoor-outdoor living. Fire up the grill and enjoy dining under the pergola, surrounded by beautiful native landscape. As evening falls, enjoy the sunset and lake views while soaking in the jetted hot tub. Ambient lighting enhances the scenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

PETS
1 pet max. If you have a second pet you would like to bring please inquire before booking. Only about one-third of our guests choose to bring a pet. Rest assured, our dedicated cleaning team pays thorough attention to every detail, leaving the space impeccable for every guest, with or without a furry friend.

HOT TUB
Please help in overseeing the Hot Tubl's well being. If service is needed, please contact me immediately. Do not wait. We want you and our future guests to be able to have a clean and functioning hot tub to enjoy.

GRILL
Complimentary propane is provided. Please use propane responsibly and always turn the burners off and the gas valve to "close" position when done grilling
