The Perfect Desert House!
This private oasis awaits you! Desirable south side home with a rare, two-story backyard with cafe lighting offers an upper patio that is fully covered & perfect for watching TV or sunsets over the mountains. Lower yard has large pool, extra seating, a covered BBQ & 2nd patio. Spacious & cozy home with a large, well stocked kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, AND additional den! Large lot with room for RV, boat & car parking. Pet friendly home minutes from all that the city & lake has to offer!

All the comforts of home - plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals - coffee makers, pots, pans, crock pot, serving ware. House is stocked with all of the essentials to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

House includes fast, mesh network WIFI. Log into your streaming apps and stay up on your favorite shows and sports on the three Roku TVs. We also offer family board games, and USB charging ports in each room.

Large, step down main living room creates the perfect space for relaxation. An additional, separate den is off the kitchen, complete with a dart board game room!

Plenty of sleeping space with 3 bedrooms with comfy beds, a separate den off the kitchen, and a twin size fold out sleeper the living room. 2 full bathrooms that include soaps, shampoos, towels and upgraded showers/tubs. All bedding and linens provided!

Backyard is fully fenced for well behaved pet guests.
Laundry area contains washer and dryer available for guests to use.

Beautiful and relaxing home

Such a beautiful and relaxing home for our mini-vacation! It was a pleasure coming back from our excursions around town, kicking back on the porch and seeing the setting sun on the lake, and being able to actually see the stars at night! All 3 beds (1 king in master bedroom, 2 queens in other bedrooms) were extremely comfortable and we all slept like babies. Had we wanted, each of us had a room to go to (other than our bedrooms) for quiet time. The whole wall behind the dart boards in the Dart Room is covered in cork board - great for poor dart throwers like us! Although we didn't use it (too cold), the swimming pool was clean, sparkling and inviting. James, property owner, was very responsive to all our questions. Hope this home is available the next time we come to Lake Havasu City!

Highly recommended place to stay! The home is exactly what you see in the pictures and description. Our host James responded to any questions we had very quickly. Each room is very comfortable and just like Home. We certainly hope to stay here again.!

Owner was very accommodating. We had a car issue that needed a few extra hours in the home to deal with the issue. Owner was gracious and provided us with the time needed. Home was big and spacious.

Nice, clean and close to Riviera Marina

James was a good host and responded quickly to my messages. The house was clean, the beds were very comfortable and it was close in proximity to the Riviera Marina. I would recommend this house to friends.

Everything about this terrific house is just as described. The house was clean and comfortable with anything you need. The pool was great, we spent a lot of time in it. Everyone in our group was very happy.

Great Pool/Location

We had a lovely stay in town while visiting the grandparents! Our host was easy to contact and nice, and the pictures represented the house well. The Wi-Fi was really reliable, which was important for us since we were working while there. The pool was awesome, and there was plenty of space for us to hang out and work. All in all a wonderful place to stay. Thanks for the hospitality!

Thanksgiving Family Trip

Had a great stay for Thanksgiving with my husband, kids and dogs. I grew up in Havasu and my parents still live here but with our 3 dogs and the kids it’s nice to rent a bigger house so we can all be together. The house is spaced out nicely so I could go to bed and it be quiet while everyone else still played games on the other side of the house. The dart room was a huge hit and we also liked playing fuse ball in the garage. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could think of. We made breakfast for my parents and our family and a few items to bring to a friends house on thanksgiving. We had forgotten to buy foil but they had it there! The host provides a book with lots of recommendations in Havasu and easy instructions on how to care for his home. I’d say my favorite part was the couch on the upper deck. The Mountain View is beautiful esp for coffee and a drink at sunset. Pool is nice but it was too cold to use at this time of year with no heater. My son did one jump off the diving board but went straight into the hot bathtub I had waiting for him. Haha … he wanted to try! Definitely would recommend this home.

Pleased with the lovely space

Comfortable and clean property in a nice quiet area with ample space for our small family. Good communication with the host and easy check-in. The home is not too far from everything! We recommend it.

Came into town with some friends to enjoy the lake and celebrate a Birthday. The house was as advertised, James was very responsive to messages. Plenty of room for everyone, great internet, very comfortable and lots of extras!
