GREAT location 3.3 miles to Windsor. Built in 2013 this open floor plan home features all NEW interior, bedding, all new memory foam mattresses. The kitchen is fully stocked, upgraded and offers bar counter seating. Split style floor plan with 2 secondary bedrooms (Queen bed in bedroom 1) and (Queen bed w/twin trundle bed and twin overhead bunk) that share an upgraded hallway bath. The primary suite offers a King bed and on-suite w/walk-in shower, dual sinks and a large walk-in closet. The backyard is perfect for entertaining or an early day off the water. The California Patio offers an outdoor sectional, TV and bar seating for 5 and a dining table for 6 with ceiling fan, sun shades and market lights. The pool features a baja shelf and built-in seating w/table and umbrella stand. The terrace patio is the best place to enjoy a desert sunset with a peekaboo view of the lake. The terrace is complete with an outdoor sectional and propane fire-pit. The garage is air conditioned, perfect for cleaning out the boat after a long day on the water and our RV parking is gated (w/full RV hook-ups) and can accommodate any boat towers. If you're considering making a reservation, go ahead and do it! You'll be glad you did! This place is ideal for unwinding in the backyard, complete with a pool, jacuzzi, and fire pit. There's also a spacious garage that can accommodate a boat. Plus, it’s conveniently located near the launch ramp. The house itself is warm and tidy. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

1st time stay

The stay went smoothly and the home was the perfect size for my family. There were a few things that caught us off guard but didn’t put a dent into our overall vacation/experience. A more thorough cleaning before we arrived and sliding door blinds that closed properly would have made us feel more comfortable. The owners were very understanding and responsive when these things were brought to their attention. I believe they will make improvements accordingly. In the end, it worked for what we needed it for.

Annual Havasu Trip

This is our third year staying here. We love the house and really enjoyed the time spent in the pool and backyard.We will definitely be staying here again.

Great stay cut short

When we first went to check in we were really excited about the home. It was beautiful and had a great master suite. The outdoor sitting area was a bonus that we weren't expecting, pictures doesn't give this place justice. The problem occurred when previous renters apparently broke the hot tub and tried to patch it themselves, which didn't hold, so all the water leaked out. Having said that, the host, Ashley, was so incredible. Before the hot tub broke she was extremely responsive and very helpful. We asked her if there were things we should do whole visiting lake Havasu City, and she was full of knowledge and have us a well thought out response. She also was amazing to work with in all trouble areas. Honestly, she will be one reason that we would not hesitate to VRBO from her again and at this same place. The location was great, the house great. The one thing that would make us look elsewhere in the winter is that the pool isn't heated, so if you are looking for a polar plunge, this is the place, but aside from that we would be willing to go back for the hot tub and really everything else.

Thanksgiving

The house is just as shown, beautiful and very comfortable We were having Thanksgiving with my family(6) and Thanksgiving day (day 2) the dishwasher was leaking so no dishwasher. Used hot tub first day and 2nd day went out to it and it was totally drained. Had A 3” crack The owner did get back to us quickly that they would get it fixed but its a holiday so not during our stay. From living in a desert town I know the importance of running all your machines on a regular basis(once week)or the rubber seals dry up and things crack. the response from the owner was the tenants never said anything to them. I had actually asked 2 weeks prior if everything was working and was told yes. I can say the home has a nice layout and very comfortable. I would suggest they find a service that can check and run everything on a regular basis to keep things in shape. They sent me a 100 refund for the 3 nights we rented it, had we known this we would have chosen a different property with working amentities. .

Good times

This house added to the fun we had during our once a year boys only Havasu trip. Great communication, perfect location to stores, bars, gas, and the boat launch ramp. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, Cozy Home

We enjoyed our stay and didn't feel like leaving yet. We had to request for late check out. We enjoyed our backyard bonding w/ BBQ and pool. We will definitely come back. Thank you Ms. Ashley for having us!

Had a great time at this home. Beautiful pool, outdoor seating area with a view and outdoor TV was awesome! We actually watched a pay per view UFC event while sitting in the pool. House was really clean and comfortable! Beds were very comfortable, completely loaded kitchen and main suite bathroom and shower was nice!

Weekend Getaway

We took a weekend family vacation to Lake Havasu and stayed here. It was clean, had what we needed for cooking, and all needed supplies. As it was a short hot weekend, we did not use the spa or laundry. Not sure if kids were able to get service they were looking for on TV. I particularly liked being able to work directly with the owner. It was close to lake, boat rental, and grocery. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood and the people were friendly.

Great property and responsive owner(s). Very nice home with a great layout/floor plan. Only suggestions would be to have management/cleaning company make sure burnt out lightbulbs are replaced, enough garbage bags left on premises (only 2 under sink) as well as paper toweling (quarter roll), toilet paper 1 additional roll for 6 people for a 1 week stay. Or just remove them from advertisement. Great time otherwise and the availability of the pool and grill was really enjoyable. Thank you Ashley.

Hi, our names are Ashley and Julio and we are Realtors out of CA. My family and I have grown up in Havasu and always knew we would own property here someday. Our partners Nathan and Laurie have also spent their childhood years here and together we have shared this special place with our kiddos. We love the spirit of the river community, and the absolute magical scenery Havasu offers, so much so that we own several short term vacation rentals here in town. We are beyond thrilled to share our homes with you and sincerely hope you and your guests enjoy.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in LOVE with this backyard..... the sunsets off the terrace patio are just amazing. The bunnies and quails come right up to the back fence and the roadrunners from time to time. The backyard was just a vision of laughter and fun for our families and we just couldn't wait to hang out there in the summer after a day on the water or even around the firepit after a day of riding.

The view, oversize driveway and gated RV parking with FULL RV hook ups and our A/C garage were some of the unique features we really enjoyed about this home.
