POOL/ SPA Outdoor Bar w/VIEW & RV Parking

GREAT location 3.3 miles to Windsor. Built in 2013 this open floor plan home features all NEW interior, bedding, all new memory foam mattresses. The kitchen is fully stocked, upgraded and offers bar counter seating. Split style floor plan with 2 secondary bedrooms (Queen bed in bedroom 1) and (Queen bed w/twin trundle bed and twin overhead bunk) that share an upgraded hallway bath. The primary suite offers a King bed and on-suite w/walk-in shower, dual sinks and a large walk-in closet. The backyard is perfect for entertaining or an early day off the water. The California Patio offers an outdoor sectional, TV and bar seating for 5 and a dining table for 6 with ceiling fan, sun shades and market lights. The pool features a baja shelf and built-in seating w/table and umbrella stand. The terrace patio is the best place to enjoy a desert sunset with a peekaboo view of the lake. The terrace is complete with an outdoor sectional and propane fire-pit. The garage is air conditioned, perfect for cleaning out the boat after a long day on the water and our RV parking is gated (w/full RV hook-ups) and can accommodate any boat towers. Good times

This house added to the fun we had during our once a year boys only Havasu trip. Great communication, perfect location to stores, bars, gas, and the boat launch ramp. I would definitely stay here again.

Desert Storm weekend getaway

The house was clean and had everything we needed for oir group of 5. Plenty of parking and the garage was spacious. Back patio area was wonderful to sit and relax after a long day at the lake.

Clean and Lots of space

Place was very clean and had enough space 8 adults to eat and hangout. A/C garage was very nice to park the boat and unload out of the heat! Would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful, Cozy Home

We enjoyed our stay and didn't feel like leaving yet. We had to request for late check out. We enjoyed our backyard bonding w/ BBQ and pool. We will definitely come back. Thank you Ms. Ashley for having us!

Great Home

This house suited our needs perfectly. 2 adult couples each had their own rooms with plenty of space and the 2 kids had a perfect room with bunk bed. Living room and outdoor space was perfect for hanging out and the house had all the amenities we needed for when bwe were there. Nice long driveway on side of house for boat storage. Will look to stay here again when we come back!

Short and sweet getaway with friends

We absolutely loved our stay! It was a little early in the year to take full advantage of the pool, but what time we spent in it was great! The hot tub more than made up for it! Very well furnished, more accessories and accoutrements than other rentals in the past. The house was situated in a fantastic area, super easy access to main roads and close to several restaurants and mini malls. We would happily stay here again in the future!

Great Location

The house was clean upon arrival. We’ve stayed at several different houses in Havasu and all though the kitchen was not as stocked as other homes we still made it work. There were plenty of pool and bath towels. The house and especially the pool are much smaller in person than in the pictures. Very close to stores, gas stations and Windsor Beach.

Weekend Getaway

We took a weekend family vacation to Lake Havasu and stayed here. It was clean, had what we needed for cooking, and all needed supplies. As it was a short hot weekend, we did not use the spa or laundry. Not sure if kids were able to get service they were looking for on TV. I particularly liked being able to work directly with the owner. It was close to lake, boat rental, and grocery. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood and the people were friendly.

Rio Perfect

The home was much better than the photos showed. Nice new remodel feel. Great tiled baths. Kitchen super functional. We used the spotless pool every day of our visit. Very nice to have secure garage access. Big plus was the easy side parking. We have a 27' double deck tri toon. It fit easily on the side concrete drive. No difficult slope or too narrow space. Easy for your oversize vehicle or boat and trailer. Smooth booking and easy access.

If you're considering making a reservation, go ahead and do it! You'll be glad you did! This place is ideal for unwinding in the backyard, complete with a pool, jacuzzi, and fire pit. There's also a spacious garage that can accommodate a boat. Plus, it’s conveniently located near the launch ramp. The house itself is warm and tidy. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

1st time stay

The stay went smoothly and the home was the perfect size for my family. There were a few things that caught us off guard but didn’t put a dent into our overall vacation/experience. A more thorough cleaning before we arrived and sliding door blinds that closed properly would have made us feel more comfortable. The owners were very understanding and responsive when these things were brought to their attention. I believe they will make improvements accordingly. In the end, it worked for what we needed it for.

Great stay cut short

When we first went to check in we were really excited about the home. It was beautiful and had a great master suite. The outdoor sitting area was a bonus that we weren't expecting, pictures doesn't give this place justice. The problem occurred when previous renters apparently broke the hot tub and tried to patch it themselves, which didn't hold, so all the water leaked out. Having said that, the host, Ashley, was so incredible. Before the hot tub broke she was extremely responsive and very helpful. We asked her if there were things we should do whole visiting lake Havasu City, and she was full of knowledge and have us a well thought out response. She also was amazing to work with in all trouble areas. Honestly, she will be one reason that we would not hesitate to VRBO from her again and at this same place. The location was great, the house great. The one thing that would make us look elsewhere in the winter is that the pool isn't heated, so if you are looking for a polar plunge, this is the place, but aside from that we would be willing to go back for the hot tub and really everything else.

Hi, our names are Ashley and Julio and we are Realtors out of CA. My family and I have grown up in Havasu and always knew we would own property here someday. Our partners Nathan and Laurie have also spent their childhood years here and together we have shared this special place with our kiddos. We love the spirit of the river community, and the absolute magical scenery Havasu offers, so much so that we own several short term vacation rentals here in town. We are beyond thrilled to share our homes with you and sincerely hope you and your guests enjoy.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in LOVE with this backyard..... the sunsets off the terrace patio are just amazing. The bunnies and quails come right up to the back fence and the roadrunners from time to time. The backyard was just a vision of laughter and fun for our families and we just couldn't wait to hang out there in the summer after a day on the water or even around the firepit after a day of riding.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The view, oversize driveway and gated RV parking with FULL RV hook ups and our A/C garage were some of the unique features we really enjoyed about this home.
