Very nice home

January, 2025 Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The hosts were great and were willing to help with anything we needed. The view from the front patio was exceptional, and we were able to view many sunsets there. We would love to stay here again some time.

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our two-night stay. The house was very clean and comfortable with a nice view of the lake. It looked even better in person than the pictures conveyed. Spa was great and the beautiful kitchen had everything we needed to cook.

2024 Memorial Weekend

The property exceeded our expectations was very comfortable, clean, and had enough room on the side of the garage for our 32' boat. All beds were comfortable, garage was full access, very functional kitchen, very comfortable couches, home was remodeled was current materials, large master bedroom and shower, and the home is in a quiet cul-de-sac. We will recommemd this property to other people and will attempt to stay there for future visits.

The Happy Place

It is clean, well maintained and well stocked with necessities. It was better than expected in almost every way. It's 10 mins from the closest beach so it's a bit of driving back n forth but totally worth it.

Wonderful property and location. Difficultly with access code, delayed entry. Very clean. Minor maintenance issue with faucet in master bath and kitchen filter water faucet.

Passed the black light test with flying colors. Great stay

The property was great. Very clean and a great open concept. It had everything you needed for a relaxing stay after a day at the lake. It did have minor glitches with the Arcadia doors sticking but nothing thats going to ruin your stay. The beds were comfortable and clean! unlike some others I've stayed at. We didn't get to use the spa but it looked well maintained and clean. The host communication was good and responses were quick. My daughter loved the guest book. We'll definitely stay here again.

A summer trip to Lake Havasu is a tradition for us, and we are so fortunate to have run into this property for the past two years. David and Lisette are the perfect hosts. Everything is as advertised, and they are dedicated to making your stay the best it can possibly be. We will only stay here when we come to experience The Lake Life! Family getaway

We had an amazing time here. My son loved the hot tub and it was perfect for the weather during our stay. After we got both kids to bed we enjoyed sitting out on the front patio looking at the view. My in laws loved each having their own bed, our son was in a portable play yard in the other bedroom while our daughter was in a pack n play in the master. Everyone said the beds were super comfy and my son kept saying, wow it's so clean! We would stay here again.

The View!

The location was perfect. The sunsets over the lake, desert and mountains were magical. We loved the close proximity to so many fishing docks and launching sites for our kayaks. The home was just as described!

Perfect Vacation Getaway

Only great things to say about our family trip, and this property had alot to do with it! It was everything the listing said it would be, and communication with the owner was flawless. We arrived in 113 degree heat, and the owners had pre set the air conditioner to have a cool house for us :-) The house was very clean and organized and the beds were comfortable. It was a great place to relax after a hot day in the sun and on the lake. You will not be disappointed. Thank you David and Lissette.

Spectacular!

Everything that was on the listing was exactly the way it was at the house Perstine spa working amazingly cleaned the property was immaculate had all the amenities high quality there was nothing missed views are spectacular and management was amazing to work. We had a amazing time what a great vacation extremely comfy beds and and shower in the master bedroom was magnificent and the second shower in the guest-room was just as nice!
