Excellent Cabin

Perfect for cabin for weekend getaway. Cabin is located just a few minutes from all the great area attractions but is secluded from other cabins. Very nice place and amenities. Would definitely rent again if we return to the area!!

Quick weekend getaway

Sweet Retreat was a nice, clean spot to sneak away to for a couple of days. The hot tub was clutch and a great way to relax after a day at Dollywood. The road to the cabin is a little windier than we would have liked but otherwise, the location is good for easy access to Gatlinburg or Dollywood.

Amazing place

Can't say enough good thing. Everything was amazing , the location is great is private but still accessible to everything within 30 min max. Very clean and comfortable the best things is that is pet friendly. My husband and I really enjoyed the cabinet

The cabin was very clean. The location was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. Except that we prefer a wood burning fireplace for our winter visits we would always choose to retirn to this cabin.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I had a lovely time. The cabin was cozy. We enjoyed hot tub. And jet bath. The only thing missing was a perfect view when you wake or to see a beautiful sunset. Attractions, sights, shopping was all fairly close. Publix was the spot for all grocer needs.

Perfect cabin

Even with the weather being so bad with 30 below zero wind chill, we had a cozy stay in this cabin. The jacuzzi tub was great, shower was great and comfortable bed. Too cold to try the hot tub! Communication with management was open and easy and a great help when we had a predicament. Will stay there again!

Private and away from the crowds

We came for nature and saw a bear on the road. Very private and clean. Bed and sofa and rocker weren't real comfortable. Loved the swing and hot tub on the deck.

Cute cabin.

The cabin was very cute and basically clean. There were a lot of spider webs on the porches. We are not sure but I left with a lot of bug bites all over my body. Thinking it could be bed bugs.

Dear Wendy - we appreciate your comments. Because of all the rain we have had recently and continue to get, cobwebs are difficult to eliminate totally. Within less that 24 hours they will be back after we have removed them. in dry weather, we seem not to have the activity as we do in damp or wet weather. On your remark that there may be bed bugs in the unit is simply based on your opinion. This unit as with all of ours in under a Bed Bug prevention protocol. We have a professional Bed Bug control company equipped with the professionally trained "canines" that enter the cabin to determine and/or detect any activity. Thus far, this unit has not had any alert from the trained canines detecting any bed bug activity since your departure. Guest that arrived since your stay have reported no insect bites of any sort. You may have picked an insect bite outside the unit which is not uncommon when staying in or near a National forest. Simply making a statement about the possibility of Bed Bugs in a unit is serious to me personally and to our organization. We want everyone who stays with us to have a memorable stay with minimal or no issues. To make a statement that this unit may have bed bugs with no positive verification of the sort puzzles me further. We could have followed protocol if you would have contacted us and had verification of no activity/infestation while you were still here visiting, thus eliminating the bed bug statement altogether. Cozy weekend get away

It was nice to get away from the busier parts of Gatlinburg! The cabin is more spacious than I had anticipated, very clean! We spent most of our trip in the cabin! Other cabins I’ve stayed at had more supplies for you to cook at the cabin such as salt and pepper. Not this one. Just be aware if you plan to cook there. Also bring your own coffee filters if you’re a coffee drinker.

We were very happy with the cabin it was very very clean the hot tub was wonderful and the Jacuzzi bath. It is the perfect spot for A weekend getaway. There are a couple things that I would change nothing bad just maybe a different mattress or a mattress pad and the echoing if someone is sleeping and you were in the other room you can hear a lot.Like I said those are just very small things the one thing we really loud it was very very clean would stay again

Almost perfect

Beautiful property, so nice I contacted the owner to see if he might sell it. Not now anyway! Really quiet, peaceful, nicely equipped to relax. Once you get the lay of the land easy to get around. If I had to nitpick...time for new pots/pans/cutlery/kitchen knives. Buy a straw broom and knock down the cobwebs. I loved this spot. Highly recommended.
