Comfortable and enjoyable

We have stayed in this property a total of four times and have always found it to be very nice. We like the closeness to everything and the quietness also. Jeremy and Janie have always been extremely helpful and communicated with us quickly. Top tier place to stay.

Great location

We stayed for a quick trip to hit Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Both were an easy 20 mins away, very convenient location. Water pressure was low in showers but overall we had a great stay.

Perfexr Place to Stay

Everything was easy, clean, and as advertised. This is our 2nd rental of this property and we will definitely stay again Clean and spacious living area and great porch. Perfect for two couples or small family. Very close to restaurants and attractions.

Nice Cabin close to everything!

Very nice cabin in quiet area but super close to The Island, activities and Dollywood. Plenty of space and hot tub was so relaxing after a long walk at Dollywood to see the Christmas Lights! Plenty of towels and home was stocked with everything you'd need for your home away from home!

Pigeon Forge getaway

Cabin was well supplied with all the necessities. Nice deck with comfortable chairs. Owners were easy to reach and gave easy to understand directions for door entry and departure info. Will definitely stay again.

House was nice ,clean hot tub,clean showers,had some flea’s on furniture but house was dog friendly another people before us maybe didn’t care for there dog as we do ,was nice house in a subdivision not really a cabin in woods but ok .

Perfect Cabin

Cabin was as cleaner than any I have stayed in!! Loved the arrangement of master suites on opposite sides of cabin; living area was spacious. Porch was perfect and clean. As stated, 1.5 miles from main road. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to other family members.

Very nice location and cabin. Maintenance is not up to speed. Several lights were out and hot tub jets only worked on one side. Hulu live is the worst i will never get that service. Floor was in desperate need of cleaning. Location was close to all but the cabins were pretty much right on top of each other. Still, they get the maintenance up and and cleaner its a nice cabin that i would go to again.

Stay

We loved the cabin and had a wonderful stay. The only thing not working was the alarm clock in the master bedroom. The plug was broken so I laid it on top of the night stand. It had a USB plug and the plugs were broken and wobbly. Easy to fix. But everything else was great! Loved how you check in and do not have to call to get a code when you arrive you have it. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Good cabin for pet owners

Cabin was super nice and well decorated inside. I will say the pictures of the neighborhood were a little outdated or taken in the winter months bc you couldn’t really see other cabins for all the brush and trees. You enter through a normal subdivision and then once you turn on the road the cabin is on there’s a few other cabins. The location was great, short drive everywhere. I’m very sensitive to smells and noticed a slight dog odor when I entered the cabin and at night I felt the linens had a slight dog odor. I realize it is a pet friendly rental and I have a small dog but you.could tell there had been big dogs in there previous to our stay. I wasn’t crazy about having to back down the somewhat steep driveway. I feel the communication could be better with the hosts. It would sometimes take 1-2 hrs for responses. Maybe a number ppl could call or text for quicker response. Overall the cabin was good and the hosts were accommodating.

Property cleanliness excellent except one issue

The property itself was sparkling clean. However, it appeared like the main bedroom sheets had not been changed. They were wrinkly and not taunt. Sent an email to management and never heard back. Besides stripping the bed and washing the sheets, the rest of the cabin was spotless. It is very close to the parkway and to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. The driveway is a steep incline. But easy to maneuver. And it’s just steps into the cabin once you leave your car. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back again. We just wish that we would’ve heard back from management. Even just an acknowledgment would’ve been fine. As I stated this is a great place to stay. And we really enjoyed that both of the bedrooms were at opposite ends of the cabin. It gave us some space and quiet.

Great location

The location here can't be beat, especially if you have kids. It was so easy to do attractions and then come back for a break. Our kids also really enjoyed the arcade cabinet, and the fall colors were beautiful around this cabin. The cabin was also very clean, especially the floors. Great experience; thanks!
