Little Bear-NEW RENTAL-TRUSTED HOST! 2BR-Panoramic Views-Hot Tub-Updates
Little Bear – Where Panoramic Views Meet Luxury Finishes
Breathtaking Mountain Panoramas | Recently Renovated High-End | NEW to Rental 2026
If you've been scrolling through Smoky Mountain cabins thinking "they all look the same," stop here. Little Bear is *new* to our rental portfolio (January 2026), recently renovated with high-end finishes, and perched at an elevation that delivers the kind of 180-degree mountain views usually reserved for $500/night properties.
This is the cabin for travelers who want more than "rustic charm" – you want modern luxury, show-stopping vistas, and the feeling that you've discovered something special.
**Fair warning:** The access road is steep. But if you're comfortable with mountain driving, the reward is worth it: uninterrupted sunrise-to-sunset panoramic views that will be the background of every photo you take.
--- Why Little Bear Is Different
✓ Panoramic Mountain Views – 180-degree vistas from multiple rooms and outdoor spaces ✓ High-End Renovations – new flooring, stainless appliances, modern fixtures (completed 2025) ✓ 2BR + Loft +Game Room– sleeps 6, perfect for couples or families ✓ King and Queen Beds – no "one person gets stuck with a double bed" ✓ Hot Tub with a View – soak while watching the sun set over the ridges ✓ Pet-Friendly – zero fees
Perfect for: Couples seeking romance + views, small families who want luxury, photographers, anniversary/honeymoon travelers, anyone who values scenery.
--- The View (Why You're Really Here)
Let's be honest: the view is the reason to book Little Bear.
What You See: - 180-degree mountain panoramas (not just "tree canopy") - Ridge after ridge of Smoky Mountain peaks - Sunrise to the east (wake up to golden light) - Sunset to the west (evening hot tub with wine = perfection) - Valley views below (you're perched above it all)
Where You See It From: - Living room (floor-to-ceiling windows) - Loft king bedroom - Front porch (covered seating with rocking chairs) - Hot tub (best seat in the house)
What past pre-rental guests said during our soft-opening: *"We've stayed at 8 different Smokies cabins. This view is top 2, easily. And the cabin itself is nicer than places charging $300/night."*
--- The Layout: Luxury Meets Function
Sleeps 6:
Loft King Bedroom → King bed (memory foam) → Private balcony with seating → Shower-only bathroom → TV → Vaulted ceilings with skylights (wake up to natural light)
Main-Level Queen Bedroom → Queen bed (memory foam mattress) → Tub/shower combo bathroom → TV
Loft Game Room (Coming Soon!) → Currently open loft space → Game equipment being installed (check with us for current status) → Mountain views from here too
Living Room → Queen sleeper sofa (upgraded mattress)
Translation: - Couples: Each gets a king bed (take the loft for privacy + views, or main level for easier access) - Families: Parents in one king, kids in the other king or sleeper sofa - Small groups: Everyone gets premium sleeping arrangements
--- Inside Little Bear
Kitchen: Completely Renovated Brand new as of 2025:
This isn't a "basic cabin kitchen." It's a space where you'll *want* to cook.
Living Room: Built Around the View - New furniture (leather sofa, modern aesthetic) - Electric fireplace - Large smart TV - Queen sleeper sofa - Floor-to-ceiling windows facing the mountains - Open concept flows into kitchen
Design note: Everything is positioned so you can see the view from every seat. That wasn't an accident.
Bedrooms: Premium Sleep
Both bedrooms feature: - Brand new mattresses - New linens and bedding - Smart TVs - Private bathrooms - Mountain views
Loft King Bedroom: The crown jewel. You wake up to sunrise through the skylight, step onto your private balcony with coffee, and feel like you're floating above the world.
Main-Level Queen Bedroom: Perfect if you don't want to climb stairs.
Covered Front Porch - Porch swing (the official meditation position) - Rocking chairs - Panoramic views - Perfect for: morning coffee, evening wine, literally any time
Hot Tub - Positioned for maximum view impact - Seats 4-6 - Watch the sunset while you soak
Pro tip: Go at sunset with a bottle of wine. Trust us.
Outdoor Dining & Grill - Park-model charcoal grill (covered) - Outdoor seating - Dine with a view
Yard Area - Grassy areas for pets on leash - Plenty of parking
--- The Access Road: Let's Talk About It
We're going to be straight with you: Little Bear is on a **VERY STEEP mountain incline**.
What This Means: - The road to the cabin is steep (steeper than most cabins) - In winter (snow/ice), 4WD/AWD or tire chains are **strongly recommended** - Regular cars can make it in dry weather, but nervous drivers may not enjoy it - Once you're at the cabin, parking is level
Who This Cabin Is For: - Confident mountain drivers - Guests with AWD/4WD vehicles - Travelers comfortable with elevation driving - Anyone who thinks "steep road = worth it for those views"
Who This Cabin Is NOT For: - First-time mountain visitors who are nervous about steep roads - Guests with mobility concerns (stairs inside the cabin too) - Low-clearance sports cars
By booking this cabin, you acknowledge the steep access road and accept responsibility for checking weather conditions before arrival.
--- Why the Steep Road Is Worth It
- Zero neighbors in your sightline (you're above everyone) - Unobstructed 180-degree panoramas (most cabins show 30-40 degrees of view) - Sunrise AND sunset views (rare – usually you get one or the other) - Privacy (fewer people willing to drive up = fewer people around)
If you're comfortable with mountain roads, this cabin delivers views that rival properties charging 50-100% more.
--- Pet-Friendly
Zero Pet Fees: No surprise charges for bringing your furry family member.
No Breed Restrictions:* All dogs welcome.
Requirements: - Dogs only (no cats) - Must be housebroken (no pee pads) - Must be on flea/tick prevention - Leashed or supervised outdoors
--- Location: 15 Minutes to Everything
Little Bear is located in Sevierville, positioned perfectly:
Within 15 Minutes: - Dollywood (14 min) - Pigeon Forge Parkway (12 min) - The Island (13 min) - Downtown Gatlinburg (18 min) - Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrances (20 min)
Within 10 Minutes: - Kroger (groceries) (9 min) - Gas stations (8 min) - Local restaurants (10 min)
You're close enough to hit attractions daily, far enough (and high enough) to feel like you've left civilization.
--- Why Little Bear vs. A Hotel?
For a couple on a 3-night romantic getaway:
Little Bear VS. Hotel with View
Lodging (3 nights): $537-627 VS. $450-600 Parking: Free VS. $60-90 Breakfast (2 ppl x 3 days): $25 (cook at cabin) VS. $90 (hotel restaurant) Hot Tub: Private with mountain view VS. hared pool (maybe) Privacy: Entire cabin VS. Neighbors through walls View: 180-degree panorama VS. Small window Kitchen: Full-size, new appliances VS. Mini fridge TOTAL: ~$562-652 VS. ~$600-780
You pay about the same but get way more privacy, better views, and an actual romantic setting (not a hotel hallway).
--- What's Included
Starter Supplies: Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, laundry pods, trash bags, bar soap. (First round provided – restock if staying 4+ days.)
Linens & Towels: All beds made with premium linens. Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths provided.

By booking, you acknowledge and accept the steep road access.

Stayed 3 nights with my family and a dog. Property was very clean, plenty of amenities and supplies. There were plenty of seasonings, utensils, and other supplies that could be used. There was a chest of puzzles and board games we got to enjoy as well. We didn’t need to worry about anything but relaxing. Cabin is located in a very quiet mountaintop but still 15 minutes from the closest grocery. We enjoyed the stay and we had a great experience overall.

What a great cabin! All new appliances, and furnishings. This might be the cleanest cabin in the state. Very good communication with the host. She even contacted me to say we could check in early since the cleaners finished early. The driveway is steep but easily handled. We would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was exactly like the description. It was perfect for my husband and I and our dog. The views are amazing! We enjoyed the quiet and didn’t notice or really hear any neighbors from the cabins around us. All wheel drive vehicle or 4wheel drive are for sure preferred like they said in listing. Drive to get to cabin is extremely steep. Our host was very responsive to us when we had issues with thermostat. Overall we loved the place and would book again!

Very nice cabin, great job on updating it. Cabin clean and as described by owner. Good communication with the host. Quiet area and like in the description, steep, curvy roads for those that have never driven them. I never had issues, grew up in area like this, however, other folks around us in other cabins did and were driving cars that sat rather low to the ground. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Little Bear cabin for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. It was my boyfriend and I and our 2 dogs. The cabin was clean, felt newly renovated, and was aesthetically pleasing. Its about 15 minutes from the main drag in Pigeon Forge, but just about 8 minutes from a Dollar General and a general store. The view was perfect, especially from the loft. Waking up to a mountain view every morning was something special! The bed was very comfortable- we stayed there vs staying in the bedroom. There were arcade games and all types of other games in the loft! The kitchen was fully stocked; there was even a crockpot! The coffee maker was wonderful, the fridge had plenty of space, and the freezer has an ice maker. The washer and dryer worked perfectly, as did the vacuum. There was plenty of dish soapdetergent, and laundry pods. We brought one dog crate and rented one from BabyQuip. Since our dogs are bigger, we had to move the kitchen table to fit the crates, which wasn’t a problem. The host even had dog treats for them! There was plenty of grass outside for them to take care of business, and I didn’t have to worry about them falling off the side of a mountain! The living room was comfortable for us, and we were able to get onto our streaming services since the TV is a ROKU. The HOT TUB was clean and so relaxing at night. We truly cannot say enough about how perfect our trip was. We are so happy that we picked Little Bear for our trip! Angi was a kind and responsive host :)
