The host is extremely prompt to all inquiries. This beautiful home is clean, has plenty of linen/towels, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a nice family meal. It’s a great neighborhood for morning walks. I finally found my home away from home when in Clearwater visiting family. Will definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home. It surely was our sanctuary home for three weeks. The best part was the pool, although my husband could always have it warmer. It was set at 80 degrees which worked. We spent every warm day outside. The neighborhood is so quiet, it’s perfect. Everything one would need was available from towels to toilet paper. Thank you!

We had a great stay, the house was beautiful and well equipped and the pool was perfect. The only issue was that at one point the wifi alarm was going off and we didn’t know where the noise was coming from (sounded like a smoke alarm). Eventually figured it out and reset it. The next day it happened again and this time it took the tv down which we were unable to reset. Not a huge problem because it was late at night on our last night there. Overall great stay and we’d definitely go back!

We loved the house and the pool! Plenty of room for 2 teenagers and 2 adults. Everyone had their own space and the house was big enough we had room for other family to visit for the day.

Home Away From Home

Our family stayed at this house a second time and our experience this trip was just as wonderful as the last. The home is clean, open, and in a great neighborhood. All appliances, fixtures, and furniture were in perfect working order, the landscaping was well cared for, and we felt safe. We loved the pool in the back so our kids could swim and we could also get some time floating after the kids turned in. We look forward to staying again!

Beautiful home/nice neighborhood

Very nice property! Pool is heated, but wasn’t turned on until 6 days after we arrived when the pool guy came. So our kids that were there that first week didn’t get to enjoy the pool-it was too cold Once the heat was on, we all enjoyed the pool immensely! The code we were given for the door was the wrong one. Vacasa responded immediately with the correct one! There was absolutely nothing in the cupboards-not even salt & pepper. We don’t usually have to buy everything!Beds were comfortable, linens plentiful, TV worked well (brought our own Roku), few pool toys (we bought some & left them). All in all a beautiful home-we’d stay again!

It was just what we hoped it would be!

This is probably our 10th or so VRBO and one of our favorites! We are a family of four and it was more than enough room for us. Loved the pool with the covered porch area and furniture to sit and watch the kids swim. A lot of VRBO’s won’t give you access to the garage, but this one did complete with remote. They also had foldable beach chairs and about ten beach towels which was great. House was spacious and clean and about an 18 minute drive to Pier 60 and 25 min drive to the Tampa airport. If you plan on staying more than five days, bring your own soap and shampoo because the ones they provide are very small. The washer and dryer are front load and very nice and they provided us with three soap pods. Could use a few more dish towels for longer stays, but really no complaints. All necessary dishes were provided along with a Keurig/Coffee Pot combo. We had an issue figuring out the automatic deadbolt but Vacasa answered promptly and walked us through it. Great texting communication with us throughout the trip as well. Would definitely recommend for up to a family of 8.

Aufenthalt in Florida

Das Ferienhaus ist gut gelegen, in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Zum Strand (Sand Key Park) sind es ca. 15 min Autominuten. Das Haus ist insgesamt verlebt, die meisten Ausstattungsgegenstände müssten erneuert werden, weil sie abgenutzt sind. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, ein Highlight ist der Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelmaschine. Die Sauberkeit ist nur oberflächlich gegeben, unter den Betten und in den Ecken ist es wohl längere Zeit nicht gereinigt worden. Das größte Ärgernis war aber, dass entgegen der Beschreibung der Pool nicht beheizbar war bzw. nur gegen zusätzliche Gebühr an den Vermieter eingeschaltet werden konnte. Es ist eine irreführende Angabe, die korrigiert werden sollte.
