Ce condo a une belle cuisine ouverte qui est entièrement approvisionnée et prête pour vous faire cuire vos repas, a de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, la tanière a un ensemble de lits superposés pour dormir plus et vous pouvez facilement accueillir un groupe de 6 personnes dans cette unité , laveuse et sécheuse dans condo pour votre usage, belle taille et moustiquaire, belle et grande baignoire / douche dans la salle de bain principale, piscine chauffée sur un terrain pour votre usage et bien plus encore! Ce bâtiment est situé sur le sable de la plage de Madère et se trouve à env. 1 mile de la zone John’s Pass. Un très bon choix en bord de mer sur la plage de Madère !! VEUILLEZ NOTER: Ceci est une propriété non-fumeur à l'exception d'une zone fumeur désignée à l'extérieur.

La Villa Madeira est un bâtiment en front de mer situé en plein cœur de la pittoresque plage de Madère, une petite ville balnéaire longue de 3 km environ. Composé de 50 unités; toutes les unités font face à l'ouest afin que toutes aient une vue directe sur le golfe du Mexique depuis leurs balcons privés. Vous trouverez le village de John’s Pass à environ 1,5 km au sud, qui regorge de boutiques, de restaurants, d’activités nautiques et de divertissements pour tous. Envie de monter des montagnes russes en ville? Busch Gardens à Tampa est à seulement 45 minutes en voiture, ou visitez les parcs Disney et toutes les autres attractions d'Orlando en seulement 2 heures. L'aquarium de Floride à Tampa, l'aquarium de Clearwater (la maison de l'hiver le dauphin), le casino Hard Rock, de magnifiques parcs d'État et des kilomètres de plages ne sont que quelques raisons de visiter nos plages du comté de Pinellas !!! Juste en face de la Villa Madeira se trouve la célèbre Candy Kitchen pour les soirées où vous voulez vous régaler! Il y a des restaurants, des cafés et des cafés qui sont tous accessibles à pied depuis cet endroit, alors vous avez vraiment tout ce dont vous avez besoin ici. Accès direct à la plage, proximité des principales attractions et des kilomètres de plages à portée de main; C'est un vrai vacances à la plage !!

Nice condo in a fantastic location

We loved our stay in this condo. It was clean, had everything we needed and the location was great. Villa Madiera is a nice building and one parking spot was provided. The patio that overlooks the Gulf was setup with very nice furniture and we would stay in this unit again. Thanks Resort Rentals for a smooth rental.

Cooking with a view

The rental was the best equipped for some who need a break but want to cook their meals. Lots of pans and cookware to do what you need while looking at the beautiful waves on the Gulf. Large balcony to watch the sun go down every day.

This property was magnificent. The location was perfect. The size of the condo was well above average. The furnishings were very nice, the beds were great and very comfortable. All the appliances were new or recently replaced. This location was close to everything including many restaurants. I recommend this place without hesitation.

My husband and I were so pleased with the condo and the entire experience. We have used VRBO before but it had been awhile. It looked exactly like the pictures posted. It was very clean! I judge a place a lot by the bathrooms and they were shining. The condo was comfortable and was stocked with everything you would need. The view was spectacular and we saw dolphins several times. The location was convenient and close to John’s Pass. We are hoping to stay there again soon!

Plenty of seating on the balcony for Dolphin watching, although the screen cuts down the heat it also compromises the view.The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of closet/drawer space in the bedrooms.The down side is you have to go to the rental office to pickup and drop off the keys. Also the drapes/blinds really need to be closed in the afternoon or the Master and Living Room really heat up!

Good find on the beach

This condo was very nice; owner had binder with good local information; also information on appliances if needed. Our only negative was the cleanliness of the condo. Our toddler found an opened pack of cigarettes as well as a lighter in one of the bedrooms. The porch had not been vacuumed; crafting beads and food scraps were all over the rug. So disappointing for such a nice place.

Beautiful condo and perfect location

For the positives, it was a large, beautiful condo with plenty of bedding and space. The balcony was the best we’d ever had at a rental- it was relatively wide and even had a couch. The view was spectacular, also. There were 2 high quality reclining beach chairs in the closet for our use, plus we added a couple new camping chairs when we left. Now for the trouble we had: We arrived around 9:00pm due to a flight delay. There was no office on sight and couldn’t find clear directions to check-in. Finally reached someone on the phone who told me to drive to St. Pete to retrieve keys from a lock box outside of a closed office (had to return keys there upon checkout, also.) There was construction in the parking lot and way less spaces than number of guests in the building so we had to park diagonal across the street in another lot and walk back. There was no salt/pepper, Coffee filters, anything extra in the kitchen besides paper towels. The pool was closed for the month due to renovations:(Overall, we were still highly impressed with the condo itself and would probably stay again.

Perfect Vacation

Madeira Beach is a wonderful family oriented place to stay. For military retirees like myself, it is close to MacDill AFB, where we picked up some groceries at the commissary. The vacation rental was great. It was comfortable, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a week stay. The beds were comfortable, the furniture in the den was also nice. The rental was also very clean. The only negative comments are very minor. The locks on the door are very hard to open with the key. We would generally spend several minutes trying to open the lock and the deadbolt.. it also would have been nice to have a food disposal in the sink in the kitchen. Both of those are minor fixes. The only other item to mention would be the lone elevator. We had to frequently wait a while on it. The property could certainly benefit from a second elevator at the other end. My wife uses a walker, and it was sometimes hard to squeeze in with other people getting in and out carrying beach equipment and luggage.

Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in this area before and Villa Madeira is located in a grey spot because we don’t rent a car and like that we can walk to Johns Pass. The condo is very nice and well equipped with everything we need for a comfortable week’s stay. Only a couple of negatives that management and owner need to be aware of- when we got there and literally just walked in the door, the dishwasher was making an awful noise. I called management and they had me turn breaker off. We were without the dishwasher ALL week. It was disappointing but not a big deal. The dryer vent was so full of appears it hadn’t been emptied for a really long time. It posed a fire risk. Cleaners need to add this to their list to check. Lastly, the sheets on the master king bed did NOT fit the bed. It was really bad and cleaners should have been a aware of it. All of these things are fixable and I’m sure the owner would like to see these simple things addressed. The place is beautiful and we’d like to come back again. Will keep this place in mind when we do.

It did turn out to be a new part that needed to be ordered for replacement and we are so sorry it was not received before your departure date. The housekeeping items we will be sure to discuss with our staff and have that corrected as well. Outside of that, we are so glad you enjoyed your time and like the location, it really is an ideal spot with a number of things within walking distance!! Frustration with access to property!

The condo was very clean & in a great location. I did not like driving out of the way to check-in, drop off keys & make a 2nd trip because they forgot a parking pass in our initials packet. Likewise, I was very frustrated with the only elevator on the property! It was down 4 of the 8 days we were there including on check out! I was with my handicap mother who was unable to climb 5 stories with a Walker! Likewise, the stair well was extremely hot which caused her to over heat. I personally struggled making numerous trips up & down 5 stories with heavy luggage & groceries. Management said they were not aware of the problem yet maintenance had been there several times trying to repair the problem which was always a temporary fix! I did not pay that kind of money to do that kind of work on vacation & my mom was restricted every time the elevator was down! Very disappointing!!

Good location, plenty room, only issue hot water tank was bad and we had to spend one day waiting for it to be replaced, relatively clean except floor, walking barefoot made feet dark black, it appeared clean but evidently not mopped thoroughly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Before checking in to your unit, you have to go to St. Pete to pick up your keys and parking pass. You have to use keys for the lobby, access to the pool , access to your room and access to the beach. This needs to be changed to keypads. Extremely difficult if you have more than 2 family members. Also there was not a grill, hot tub or umbrellas around the pool.
