Bienvenue à Maderia Norte directement sur le Golfe, l'unité est Gulf Front # 310. Complet avec wifi et interurbains illimités à l'échelle nationale. Condo dort quatre avec un lit king size dans le maître et les jumeaux dans l'autre chambre. Deux salles de bains. Cuisine a mis à jour les compteurs et tous les plats et casseroles si vous désirez manger dans plutôt que de l'expérience de la grande salle à côté de la rue. Cafetière, grille-pain vous permettra de découvrir le matin du golfe regarder toute la faune.
Madeiria Beach est le cadre idéal pour la détente et le plaisir.

Great Vacation!

The condo had AWESOME views! The ocean front sunsets every night were fantastic! Condo was very comfortable and fully stocked (minus drinks). Even had beach chairs and an umbrella. We will rent again for sure. Location was great! Close to shops and food.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

The unit was very clean, neat and well stocked with linens, tableware and cookware. The view from the balcony is amazing. We spent hours listening to the waves and looking for dolphins. There is a pool on the ground level with chairs and an ample deck and a grill with a gazebo available to all. Parking spaces are clearly labeled. The beach is steps away and there are beach chairs and toys available. Joe clearly communicates check-in and check-out procedures and is responsive to questions. This is our second stay at Joe's unit and we have booked for next year - the best recommendation I can give!

This condo is very roomy and nice. The view of the beach and ocean from the balcony is excellent! Nice walking distance to John's Pass and restaurants. I would definitely stay again!!

This is my second time staying in this unit and we loved it just as much this year as we did two years ago. Some updates have taken place since our last stay, and this unit only gets better and better as time passes. I will be looking to stay here again for future vacations to Maderia Beach.

Great location and beautiful property

Everything was perfect- great communication with The owner. Loved being within walking distance of lots of entertainment. The property was well maintained and very clean. Condo had everything you would need for your stay and the place was spotless!

Beautiful!

This condo was Just as advertised. It was right on the beach, with all the shops and restaurants directly across the street. It was very well stocked, with everything kitchen appliances, to beach, chairs, toys, and an umbrella. We are thinking about booking again next year.

Love staying here! The views from the master and balcony are amazing! The sunsets I live for! This year we could get out to the sand bar and hunt for. shells and sand dollars which was a great adventure for the teens! Johns Pass right across the street walkable. Close to many great restaurants! Even had dolphins swimming in the area beaitiful site! We will be booking again soon! Host is very responsive with inquiries!

Amazing Omaha Beachfront Property

We just adored this rental property. Very elegant but practical. Wonderful finishes and well designed for hosting our extended family with small children through teens and grandparents. The kitchen is large and well appointed with all the pots and pans and equipment for cooking and hosting a large group. The bunk room is perfect for the kids. The beds were comfortable, linens top quality and towels abundant. We really appreciated the laundry facility and downstairs outdoor shower for after the beach walks. The nearby town is so cute and has lots to explore.

Breathtaking Gulf Front Property

Madeira Norte was exactly as described. The convenience of being able to walk across the street to John’s Pass was perfect. We enjoyed dolphin watching from our balcony daily. The sunsets on the beach were gorgeous. The property was secure and clean. There was everything you need for a day at the beach, including, chairs, towels, umbrella and a cooler. The pool area was very relaxing. We will definitely book again for our next trip down. Thank you for a relaxing, memorable last Spring Break with our oldest daughter before she leaves for college in the fall. Wish we could give it 10 stars!!

We highly recommend Madeira Norte #310 and hope to return.

We enjoyed our stay at Madeira Norte #310, May 15-24, 2021. The condo was well kept and clean. The furniture was comfortable and in good condition. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped and all appliances were in good working order. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and we rested well the entire stay. Internet service was fast and easy to access. The building and public areas were clean and well maintained. Mr. Laszo, maintenance man, was very attentive to keeping the public areas clean. Owner and Mr. Laszo were very helpful and quick to respond when we encountered a lock operation problem upon our arrival. We were very appreciative for his quick and friendly response, and the instruction he provided. The condo has a magnificent view of the gulf and beach and we especially enjoyed the sunsets every night. There are many restaurant choices within walking distance or a short drive. We highly recommend Madeira Norte #310 and hope to return.

Location, View, and John's Pass

This was a nice unit. We've stayed in this building before and love the location. This unit had the best view of the Gulf and Jetty. First, the very few minor Cons: sliding glass doors were difficult to open and close and a handle broke in my hand. The kitchen area is very tight but looks to have recently been redone. No broom to sweep with. ( pro/con)There were some broken beach chairs in the balcony storage that were rusty but also had two very nice beach chairs which we used. Lots of pros with this Unit. The location was great. We could walk to just about everywhere we wanted to go. The view looking straight out at the Gulf was amazing. The furniture was very comfortable. Though the Kitchen and Laundry areas were tight, everything was very functional. The Property Contact Joe Worrell was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We look forward to renting this unit in the future.

I won’t stay here again

The property is in a great location right beside John’s pass. My family enjoyed the short walk to do the stores and restaurants. However, my family won’t be back to stay here for vacation. When we arrived the floors were so wet you could barley walk on them. The towels were not done and ready to be used. The dishes still had food on them. The A/C did not work for the first couple of days. And the elevators at this place worked only a couple days. So staying on the third floor and having to walk the stairs with beach gear was very inconvenient. This would have been nice to know before we got there because when talking to people who live there they would tell us it’s been a problem for awhile. But to really top it off, after we leave the owner emails me and tells me that nobody has left this place in bad shape like I have. He shows me pictures that his cleaning lady sent him and I’ll tell you what they are. A smudge of sunscreen on the mirror. Some sand that I swept into a pile on the floor for the cleaners to get (I would'v swept but the vacuum is in the guest bedroom closet all the way in the back where nobody seen until we were leaving) and also I did leave a little sand on the counter where the beach toys were left. A bag and a bottle were left behind which is the only yeah I forgot to get. And a strainer was left on the floor because I didn’t realize it was there because my 1 year old liked to play with. Good location, but not a good overall property. Stay somewhere else!

Condo Review

Upon arriving at our condo we had a difficult time with the front door lock. Each time we left we had a hard time with the lock. The living room was very comfortable and decorated well. I think the rest of the rooms had too many pictures on the walls. The cleanliness left a bit to be desired. The cups and glasses in the cupboards were still dirty and there were bits of garbage and plenty of dust under the beds. Although we had a wonderful time, I don't think I would stay at this property again.

I bought my condo in 1998 and every year have added something to make it more comfortable. The unit has tile throughout, the kitchen has been upgrade as has the baths. Doors and window were replaced a couple of years ago. We love to come here to relax and enjoy the gulf. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
All stays are Saturday to Saturday

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

You can't beat the location, there's dining, shopping and the greatest beach around. If you don't like the sand there's a heated pool with lots of chairs and umbrellas.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You don't have to drive anywhere if you don't want to there's plenty of variety in dining and shopping. There's two grocery stores within five miles Winn Dixie and Publix. If your into water sports there's charter fishing, dolphin watching, parasailing, jet ski rental, and just swimming in the gulf.
