Cottage est tout nouveau et charmant, Ă  quelques pas de la plage.

Cottage Juste à cÎté de la plage, à quelques pas du Riviera Village, avec d'excellents restaurants et boutiques. le Redondo Beach Cottage a un temps parfait jamais inférieur à 40 ° jamais supérieur à 85 ° tout l'hiver et l'été. Si vous venez pour une semaine ou deux ou pour affaires, c'est parfait. Si vous venez en vacances, vous allez passer un moment merveilleux! Il y a tellement d'activités dans ce domaine: marcher sur la plage, faire du vélo, du yachting, observer les baleines, etc. ainsi que de merveilleux restaurants à quelques pas. Tout cela et pas de frais de service. Plus un parking privé.

I was recovering from surgery and this place was charming and very close to the beach. I found it perfect to suit my needs. A few pots and a pan would have been appreciated.

Great 3 day stay in Redondo Beach

This cottage is an awesome place for a couple to stay for a little beach getaway. Our luggage even got lost and the owner was able to receive it and put it in the cottage while we weree out.

Lovely cottage within walking distance to the ocean

We highly recommend this lovely cottage! It is very clean and cozy. We enjoyed our daily walks to the ocean and the pier. The owners were very kind and accommodating the cottage was perfect!

Perfect place to stay

This place was so perfect for my husband and I to stay for the long holiday weekend. It had everything we needed, was so spacious and perfectly located in the downtown Village Riviera area. A block from the beach to take a walk and close to so many places to eat and shop. The checkin process was so simple and the hosts were so friendly and communicative. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Redondo Beach Cottage

It was a delightful stay. So close to walk the beach boardwalk, beautiful area. We enjoyed nearby golf courses, restaurants, shops, and of course waiting for granddaughter’s arrival. Close to Torrance Medical to help out the new parents! Lynn, hostess, was great, very friendly and personable. Heard about her golf enjoying husband too.

Cottage by the Sea in Redondo Beach

Fantastic stay at this cute little place. Everything we needed while visiting family in the area. One and a half blocks from the beach with beach chairs and towels provided. Large closet with lots of storage and hangers. Walking distance to Riviera Village with shops and restaurants. Loved it!

Can’t believe our week is already over!

One of the best trips we planned this year! The cottage was perfect for our needs and we lacked nothing. The central location made our day trips a breeze. Great place to relax

Just as described, will come back. Went to Hamilton at Pantages and Wicked at Segerstrom. Suggest renting a car if going to events in LA but really would recommend just staying and walking around the area. Many things close by. An endless beach about 2 blocks away. Enjoyed it immensely. Thank you!

Absolute perfection

Truly, everything about this place was perfection. 1-1/3 block walk to the Redondo Beach, everything you need in the unit, immaculately clean, parking space, lovely neighborhood and outdoor space, perfect host, comfy bed with quality linens, spacious bathroom with plush towels, walk to The Village, restaurants and coffee shop. Perfect for 2 people. (It was me and my 17 year old granddaughter who slept on a blow-up bed the host provided). Don't pass this one up!

Revisiting Redondo

The cottage and the hosts were first rate. Everything was as in the listing, cosy comfortable, clean and convenient to the beach and Riviera Village. We had a few days at the end of a 5 week vacation visiting family in the US. After growing up locally, I moved to Australia 45 years ago and apart from class reunions have spent little time in the area. We could not have wished for a better, quiet, private, cosy cottage. It made sharing my hometown with my husband of 35 years extra special. Thank you to our wonderful hosts.

Quiet gateway to South Bay and L.A.

Lynn communicated well and was quite helpful. The ADU is clean and cute. Remember, there is no stove, but a toaster oven and microwave. Off street parking right next to your unit makes coming and going convenient. And the neighborhood is great for walking, the location is a short stroll to the beach, and Riviera Village is a convenient walk for morning coffee and pastries at the Little French Bakery and many restaurants and bars, as well as groceries. Was perfect for our week in L.A.

Great stay with nice people

We were a couple of blocks away from the beach and had parking made available. The property was generally clean but could use some care (bathroom ceilings, small holes in spots, hand washing the older eating utensils), dusting and some uniform toiletries would be nice although we weren’t far from a target. The owners were very nice and welcoming although I wasn’t prepared to interact as much as we did and didn’t know that the cottage would be right behind their home and facing the alley- could be my fault as I’ve only ever stayed at hotels when visiting California and I’m not keen on the general neighborhood layouts. I would stay here again and think it’s a great spot for one person or a couple. The area was a great surprise
 very relaxing and safe with a nice coffee shop, burrito and taco place within a few minutes walking time.

Wonderful Property

First, let’s start with location. This property is in the heart of the beach community and just blocks from the water. Ideal location! Secondly, the owners were very nice and promptly responded to questions and requests. Finally, the space was nicely decorated and equipped. The only issue we had related to a dirty air conditioning unit. Its filter was dirty and there appeared to be some black spots in the vent. We thought it may have been the onset of mold. The owner disagreed and thought it was just buildup. Regardless, we didn’t use it and thankfully it was not too warm a night

This is an excellent option

Renting this property could not have been easier. The owners live in the main house. They were just the right balance of available and out of sight. As a true introvert, it completely worked. The property itself is lovely, relaxing, and a very close walk to the beautiful beach. Walking distance to the nearby village which has excellent restaurants and some shopping. There is also a Trader Joe’s close by if groceries are needed. Having a dedicated parking spot at this rental and being able to walk to most things is a huge plus. An awesome surprise was the encouragement from the owners to pick and eat fresh tangerines growing on the patio, right outside our door. Delicious! I highly recommend this rental without reservation.

A respite after rough days

Sometimes traveling isn't always for vacation but to take care of hard things. This trip we were certainly thankful that at day's end we could arrive to our cottage, get warm, have some hot tea or coffee and, for a few hours, leave our worries outside the door. We got out for coffee and/or breakfast in the morning - there are certainly a number of cozy eateries within walking distance. We walked the beach - again, within walking distance. We had all we needed in the kitchenette. We only wish we had the chance to walk to some of the great looking places for dinner. Maybe next time. Can't imagine that there would be any disappointment during your stay here. Leave any stresses in the car as you get out and absorb the comfortable home waiting for you when you open the cottage door. Oh, and the owners, well, they were helpful, responsive, and kind. We'll be back to the area again and hopefully this home-away-from-home will be available. Enjoy your stay!
