A cozy quiet get away spot. Just like a hotel stay at half the price. One and a half blocks from the beach and Pier, prime location for either vacationers or execs. 15 minutes from the airport, close to Hermosa/Manhattan Beach. 5 minutes from the quaint Riviera Village.

Perfect place! Spotless! Excellent location. I really appreciated the responsiveness of the host. Nice coffee bar and Kim had all the necessities for our stay. The perfect space for 2! She made use of every nook and cranny, the bed and futon couch were very comfortable and the kitchenette had everything we needed. The only thing we couldn’t find was an iron which would have been nice. Would stay again when in Redondo!

Beautiful Suite

We spent 3 nights at this beautiful Guest Suite. Location is terrific and suite was clean and very comfortable. A great spot if visiting Redondo Beach area.

Relaxing Stay

Very convenient location to shops and the beach. Had no issues with street parking. The host was very kind and informative. I enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood, made for a tranquil stay.

Visiting our grandson

We have stayed here 3 or 4 times and will come again. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and in a great location. Above all, Kim is a very gracious host and goes above and beyond to help! I highly recommend this spot.

Cozy and quaint

We were visiting my son and his family and wanted to be able to walk and explore the area. This little gem was perfect! It was close to the high school where my grandsons ceremony took place and walking distance to the boardwalk and places to eat. The bed was very comfortable. Clean and quiet. Had everything we needed. The grands loved to come visit us too. Will definitely book this again whenever we go out to visit our son.

Great place!

We had a wonderful stay in Redondo Beach. The condo was perfect for the two of us. Very clean and well decorated. We didn't do any cooking, so the little kitchenette worked out great. Location was great. About 3-4 blocks to the pier. Close enough to walk and easy drive if you're lugging some beach gear. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Perfect location, safe and convenient area, easy to find a parking. The kitchen is small but it's no problem for a short stay. I arrived at night, so first I couldn't see the keypad but it actually was above the knob, lol. The bed was so comfortable and everything was well organized. But when we arrived, we found eggs in the fridge. Maybe someone who stayed left them there. I thought if I put them into a trash can, it would smell bad, so we kept them in the fridge because we only bought a little groceries. Overall, that was a perfect stay. Thanks Kim!

South Bay Retreat: Comfort and Style close to the beach

I recently enjoyed an 8-night stay in this lovely South Redondo Beach property and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hostess has created a very cozy and welcoming space, thoughtfully equipped with all the necessities. The fully outfitted kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and having 2 bikes available was a fantastic bonus for riding along the nearby beach strand and welcoming neighborhood. The location is assuredly magnificent— close to a bike path along the strand and serene neighborhood. The property was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and designed with comfort in mind. Every detail felt well-curated, making it feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. It’s the perfect combination of charm, convenience, and comfort.

Perfect Spot

My wife and I visit Redondo beach a few times a year but we typically stay in a hotel nearby. Prices are crazy high so we decided to venture out and try this place. We won’t be staying in a hotel again. This place was perfect. It was clean, stocked, had everything we needed to spend a couple days at the beach. It’s a short walk to the beach/pier. There were sand chairs, towels, and bikes to ride. It’s not a huge space but bigger than a hotel room and it has a much nicer feel. Definitely recommend this place and we hope to stay again soon.

Better than a hotel

We stayed here for a 5 day trip. We had our own entrance and it was very clean inside- I work for a company that cleans hotels and businesses, and I was very impressed. We had a last-minute change and had to bring our three year old with, and it was still great. There were bikes, beach towels and chairs to use and lots of clean bath towels. Great coffee, hot water, comfy bed, everything we needed! Lots of street parking, we never had a parking issue. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner who gave us extra toys and items for the beach. The ocean and pier are walking distance through a nice park. She made us feel so welcome. I would highly recommend this property.

Cozy is right!

The place is very clean, well decorated, and properly supplied with toiletries. It also has a nice coffee bar. The size of the unit is smaller than what we thought it would be, with little room and only one chair besides the day bed to sit in the "main area". The day bed and the bed in the bedroom were very comfortable. The refrigerator is very compact, so it couldn't accommodate some of our items, but we managed. Occasionally we were able to hear the person in the unit above walking around, opening drawers, etc., but it wasn't an issue for us because it didn't last long when it did happen. Access to the beach is more than one block away, but within walking distance. The host gave great instructions on how to access the unit upon our arrival. The area is very nice and we felt safe. All in all, we had a great time and I would stay there again if it was just me, but it's a bit small for more than one person in my opinion.
