Notre unité d'une chambre dispose d'un lit king size avec des draps de luxe. Deux SmartTV à écran plat avec DirecTV et WiFi.
Les canapés recouverts de nappe croustillante incarnent une atmosphère décontractée de chalet de plage, comme font toutes les touches nautiques bien nommées partout.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un service pour quatre. Achetez des fruits frais, des légumes et des fruits de mer au marché fermier hebdomadaire juste devant votre porte et faites un dîner à la maison ou faites une courte promenade en bord de mer à l'un des nombreux restaurants à quelques pas.

Prenez un café le matin et un verre de vin le soir sur votre grand balcon meublé donnant sur l'océan et la jetée. Ou prenez les chaises de plage, le parasol et la glacière fournis et profitez du soleil sur le sable ...

This was our fourth stay here...love the location, views,ease of check in. Get to park very close to the condo. The condo is stocked with everything you need...lots of extra towels, shampoo, dish soap, etc..Will definitely stay sgain

The property and hosts reviews are spot on, 5-star. The property, views and service are 5-star and more beautiful in person. Walking distance to Redondo Landing restaurants and Bars and shops! Sunset spectacular!! Many thanks and look forward to staying every time visiting Manhattan Beach!

Wonderful Accomodation in an amazing spot

We had such a great stay here. Jimmy was accommodating and available at check in. Great view of the beach and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again.

Hear the waves!

This was a great find in Redondo Beach. The location was perfect, the complex quiet, the condo was super clean and well equipped, and the host was available and went above and beyond! If you’re looking for a great place on the water, this is the place for you!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Jimmy’s place. He met us at the place and showed us everything. It’s so cute and the view is amazing. The condo came with all the essentials and then some. We would definitely stay again and recommend the place to others.

Amazing

VRBO very accurately described this condo. Wake up to the sounds of the ocean and beautiful view of the beach and park from the large balcony. It’s very quaint and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The hosts were wonderful and very accommodating. Easy walking distance to the pier and beyond.Return visit a must!

Wonderful stay!

Jimmy and Marisa are wonderful hosts who went above and beyond for us. Parking was very easy and close to the unit. The location is fabulous: ocean to the left, a park to the right. We spent hours watching all sorts of people and dogs going by having a great time. The unit was very comfortable and well-stocked. We are already looking at the calendar to see when we might return :-)

Home away from home

This is our second stay at this property and we weren’t disappointed this time either. Jimmy and Marissa make us feel valued as their guest. The place is well kept and well appointed with everything we need and then some. Their place works out perfectly for us because it is only a few blocks away from our daughter and about the same distance to the Pier for restaurants and shops. The view from their balcony of the ocean and beach is spectacular. The place is a true gem and you need to look no further when your travels take you to SoCal. We love it there and plan to return in the future.

3rd time’s a charm … and actually the first and second times too! This was our 3rd stay at Jimmy & Marisa’s beach cottage apartment and we so enjoy it. From the warm & easy welcome to the preferred parking space to the well-stocked kitchen to the whimsical (but not overdone) decor to the huge balcony to the comfy bed to the… I could go on and on. Suffice it to say, we’ll be back - as we have been. Thank you!

Wish we could stay forever!

As much as I want to have a clear calendar for when we want to come back, I guess we can give other people a chance to stay at this lovely spot. It was so well supplied there was everything we needed. Our two sons, their wives and our first grand baby fell in love with being so close to the beach. The view, people watching and the large balcony were a respite for all of us during this difficult time. Thanks to Jimmy and Marisa for being first rate hosts. We will be back! Absolutely Perfect!

I can't say enough about how fantastic our stay was. We visit California at least once a year. We've stayed in a lot of different vacation rentals. The one we stayed in during our last visit was booked, so we picked this one. This one is our new favorite. It is small, but so cozy. It was very clean, and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. But the location is what makes it top notch. You just can't beat being right on the beach. I could look out at the beach while making breakfast. We listened to the surf while playing board games. We watched the sunset every night. It is a quick walk to the pier. We also appreciated Jimmy meeting us on arrival to show us around. It was a nice welcome. There is zero doubt we'll stay here again on future trips.

Beautiful Location and Wonderful Host!

Where do I begin?! This condo is the best of the best! Not only are the host(s) the sweetest but this condo really does hit all the marks! Beautiful location, clean and inviting condo, condo is equip with everything you could ever need for the perfect beach vacation. We came into town for my 4 year old son’s birthday celebration and the host(s) made the personal touch of getting him a sweet little cupcake, balloon and monster trucks as a gift! Boy, he was soooo thrilled since that’s why we came to California, for the Monster Jam Finals at SoFi. This condo is the true definition of perfect for us, it was close enough to our event but far enough away to be outside of the hustle and bustle of the city. The views from the balcony are unmatched. We really enjoyed being walking distance to the beach, the pier, and the beautiful park with a nice playground. Thank you so much to Jimmy and Marisa for the perfect location for our California trip, this was one of the best locations for a vacation, truly a gem. We will be back for years to come!

Location, Location, Location

This was a lovely one bedroom apartment at Redondo Beach. And I do mean at the beach. The location could not be better. You have a view of the ocean, the pier, the beach and watch the boats going out of the marina. The balcony was a nice size, as some locations you can barely get one chair out on the deck. Watching people walk by with their dogs was enjoyable to. My friend called it "doggie nirvana". There were several nice restaurants near by, all within walking distance. And the interior of the apartment was comfortable and well decorated. The kitchen had everything you need to fix meals when and if you want to. The property owners Jimmy and Marissa could not have been more accommodating or helpful. I had to postpone my trip back in Dec and they were very understanding, which made me want to confirm another date as soon as I could. Sometimes half the concern of booking someone else's home is the owners. You could not ask for more from these two! I've stayed at many VRBO properties across the country and this one is a favorite. I hope to return next year! Please consider going and enjoy!

Jimmy is an outstanding host and we absolutely loved our stay. Our goal was just a few days of relaxation with an ocean view and this place was perfect. The home was equipped with everything we could have asked for including some great snacks, and the patio was the best - spacious and newly equipped with nice high-end furniture. I could have spent all 3 days on the patio and nearly did! Can't recommend Jimmy's place enough!

With my 20+ years as a Hotelier/Real Estate Broker with Property Management Certification, I understand the needs of people and will do everything in my ability to make sure your stay in our unit will exceed your expectations.
I currently live in Redondo Beach with my wife, Marisa (who helps with guests needs & decorated the unit) and our 3 boys ages 14,16, 21

I also Produced a movie called Local Color, which I am very proud of and can be watched on several streaming media platforms.

Hotel versus Private Residence, it's a personal choice when its all said and done. Fact is, you get more bang for your buck with our Oceanfront unit than you will with any hotel room on the water. We have great amenities like a a kitchen, two smart tv's and a large huge balcony with a dedicated parking spot and no extra charges.
