Condo calme avec vue imprenable sur la montagne, à proximité de VTT

Ce spacieux condo de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain est situé dans un quartier calme et isolé du complexe Mammoth West. Il dispose également d'un accès skis aux pieds en hiver (si le temps le permet) ainsi que d'un accès au parc à vélos en été. Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 70 ", poêle à bois / cheminée, table à cartes, plafonds voûtés, et de nombreux sièges pour tout le monde. Le pont surplombe les montagnes et est parfait pour se détendre et profiter du paysage.

La chambre principale à l'étage principal a un lit Queen, 40 "TV à écran plat et salle de bain complète ci-joint. Le reste des trois chambres sont toutes en bas. La deuxième chambre a un lit King avec 40 "TV à écran plat, tandis que la troisième chambre a un lit Queen également avec 40" TV à écran plat. Les deuxième et troisième chambres partagent une salle de bain complète. La quatrième chambre dispose d'une salle de bains privative complète avec deux ensembles de lits superposés, d'une télévision à écran plat de 20 pouces et d'un lecteur DVD. Un lit superposé a 2 lits jumeaux, tandis que le second lit superposé a un jumeau sur le dessus et double en bas. Tous les clients de Mammoth Sierra bénéficient d'un accès complet gratuit au Snowcreek Athletic Club pour profiter des installations comprenant une piscine couverte chauffée, un hammam / sauna, un centre de remise en forme complet, des cours de yoga, de pilates et de cyclisme, etc.

Ce condo peut accueillir un maximum de 8 personnes et est livré avec 2 places de parking extérieures. Vous recevrez deux laissez-passer de stationnement. Si vous avez besoin de plus de places de stationnement que ce qui vous est alloué, n'hésitez pas à appeler notre bureau pour connaître d'autres options. Le condo est à 10-15 minutes à pied de Canyon Lodge. Il y a 3 étapes à cette unité, 2 niveaux à l'intérieur, et ne pas fumer ou les animaux domestiques sont autorisés. Nice Mammoth Condo

This condo is an end unit, with excellent access to the Canyon Lodge. Comfortable beds, ample space. Stayed with my ski buddies - 6 of us in total. I would stay here again.

Appreciated the response time and positive, nice attitude of the gentleman who came out to fix the few issues we noticed when we first arrived. Condo is in a great location, beautiful views, and was very quiet. I wish the tennis court was operable and the internet was intermittent, had an inconsistent signal throughout our stay. Rattan dining chairs and rocker are worn and the sectional sofa bottoms out a bit.

Mammoth Vacation

We loved the condo and it was a perfect location for our annual family trip. We usually camp, but the snowpack this year caused our camp sites to be canceled so we rented the condo instead. It was nice to be so close to the village and all the things we like to normally do. Since we're campers, the more "rustic" amenities were just fine for us. I would say the condo was very comfy, as someone's vacation home, but also a little tired in need of updates including new chairs. The bunk room seemed larger in pics and it is in fact a little cave of a room with no ventilation. Parking was a challenge with 4 cars, it would be nice for the leasing agency to recommend other places to park when you only are allowed two spots on site. All in all, it is a perfect spot for people who are not intending to stay inside, and we really enjoyed it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and views are great. We enjoyed our stay and were able to cook easily. Lots of windows on main floor. Direct view of Canyon Lodge. Quick walk if you take the short cut (would have preferred some guidance on best options to ski in/ski out). You can ski down the hill to with good coverage. Coming back you’d have to hike the hill. Downstairs kids room is dark (might want to bring a nightlight if have kids). The furniture is dated: dining chairs were not very sturdy and sofas sink in. The main TV is not a SmartTV. Parking is very competitive. There are 2 parking permits but it seems like not enough parking in proximity to the condos is available. Overall, the rental company was very responsive and tried to accommodate our requests, like staying an extra night and getting more firewood.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this condo for three nights, there were two of us. As we pulled up to the condo, we were greeted with a broken down table on the front porch. The front door was “beat up” and the porch was unkept. As soon as we entered there was a foul smell. (We reported this). The living room couch and chair were well used and uncomfortable because of age and use. We ended up putting towels on it to sit.....cushions worn out and we sank way down. The kitchen table chairs were broken and not safe. However, the smaller table with the four chairs were fine so we switched them up. The deck had four very worn out lawn chairs, two had torn straps.....very dirty. Firewood was on this deck as was a large bbq so only two chairs could fit on the deck anyway. This unit was very outdated and overly used with little or no attention paid to it. The gym is 10 minutes away, not on-sight. The location is good however. The condo was very “dark.”

Property was spacious but a bit dated. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, cabinet space etc. Fourth "bedroom" with bunk beds not truly a bedroom as there was no window for emergency egress. This room was particularly cold and required use of a provided space heater which was concerning with young children using the bunkbeds. Slow leak under sink in 3rd bathroom.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay and intend to return. However, the room with the bunk beds, clearly intended for children (we had our 8 and 9 year-old grandchildren), had essentially no heat. Also, the coffee pot must be replaced--after one pot, it flavored the coffee with melted plastic.

We absolutely loved the place!!

The property manager was very accommodating and communicative. The location is great- just a 8 minute walk to Canyon Lodge. Perfect for a group with the rooms and bed configuration. The king bed room felt really “luxurious.” Very clean, No problems at all.

Needs a lot of work for the price!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Don't get me wrong, we had a great time but for the price they are charging per night this place needs some serious TLC! The oven didn't work so we used the BBQ and the convection oven but for a large group, it's pretty hard to cook something in a tiny convection oven!. The heater in the bunk bed room did not work, the front door jam was broken so cold came in, the heater in the downstairs master clicked all night because it is super old so that kept that couple up. Overall, house needs some work but location was great! The rental staff was very helpful and tried to fix some things but the owner needs to do something if they want to charge this kind of money!
