Les soirées peuvent être dépensés autour de la cheminée à regarder la télévision et des films ou écouter de la musique. Les repas peuvent être préparés dans la cuisine et servi chaud au bar de petit-déjeuner ou table à manger. Profitez du grand balcon pour regarder les étoiles ou profiter d'un bon dîner au barbecue. Nice condo, comfortable beds, good communication from property management company. Large closets good for gear storage. The only negative is the limited parking of 2 vehicles for 8 guests.

Got Bed Bugs

Everything was great except for the bed bugs which one of us got severe allergic reaction from and we’re still waiting to hear back from them on protocol.

Perhaps the allergic reaction and rash was from something else, possibly another type of bug bite, but we have confirmed with the professionals they could not find anything present. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The blankets were dirty with stains on them. The heater took over 24 hours to get warm in freezing temps. The king mattress in the Master was old and you would sink into the mattress. Unit did not have a shovel to clean walkway. Firewood outside was not accessible due to piled snow on the balcony.

Old and dark

Our stay at this property was a little disappointing. The listing and other reviews mentioned the cleanliness which I found lacking. The carpets in the bedrooms and downstairs area were stained and appeared dirty. The bedding in some rooms seemed dingy. The bath linens were a bit thin and scratchy. Overall a dated unit. The microwave was so old it took us a while to figure out how to use it as were the heating elements in the bedrooms. The dishwasher was also old and terribly noisy. It being next to the master bedroom made it difficult to use at nights. WiFi was slow and pretty much useless. Plenty of kitchen supplies though and the fireplace were nice. Nice big balcony facing the street. Not likely to stay here again.

Spacious 4 and 3, but needs improvements

Making sleeping arrangements for a family of 10 was not a problem. All hanging and chatting it up in the dining and living room was fun and easy. Here are the challenges. WiFi needs help. It was the slowest, spotty-est internet service experienced. Cooking in-house was challenge. The exhaust fan area would drip oils. If not careful, your foods will be tainted. We lost a couple meals and spent more monies on take out. It turned out to be pretty pricey. This may work for other families/groups if there are minimal needs for kitchen use. Last, the sight of multiple spiderwebs in different rooms and areas upfront and afar, gave the feel that cleanliness was not top priority. With the aforementioned corrected, we would revisit this unit. As of today, it felt like a money pit.

Don't forget next time we have maintenance 7 days a week and would be happy to resolve any issues like this during your stay so that it was less of an inconvenience and you could enjoy the home. The internet unfortunately in Mammoth is very spotty, and generally slow. This is particularly the case when town has over 20,000 visitors and is at full capacity, which it was during your stay dates. Good location, ok stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon first arrival- It smelled like wet dog on the first floor especially the back bedroom. The downstairs carpet was pretty soiled. The place is in a great location and the property with pool, hot tub, and grills are great. The dvd player didn't work and the wifi was really spotty. Luckily we had a hotspot on someone's phone to get a few things done. I did tell the woman about the issues when I checked out, but she didn't even write it I don't know if Mammoth Sierra knows about the problems.

The kitchen was fully stocked so we could cook at home, there were enough bathrooms for the group size we had (6), it’s close to everything. The only complaint was that the beds were not the most comfortable. The master has a memory foam, which I really don’t like, and the other guests said the beds weren’t the best. But after long days of boarding it’s still easy to fall asleep! The condo was very clean, everything worked well. Despite the beds, I’d stay here again.

Slightly disappointed all the firewood was wet and we had to go into town to purchase dry wood. Appreciated the 3 bathrooms. Location to an early Red Line stop is very nice, guarantees as seat up to the hill. Beds were comfortable.

Our only 2 complaints were, [1] the house was freezing cold when we first arrived and it took half a day to heat the house. After that, the temperature was fine [2] dishwasher was not washing the dishes well. But overall, we had a great experience.

I consider it a home away from home. #1 condo is by far the best condo in the complex. Would recommend this condo to everyone. Lot more expensive but worth it.
