Cette charmante maison de ville d'angle avec 2 chambres et loft 3 salles de bains à Mammoth Lakes en Californie est juste en face du parcours de golf de Snowcreek et juste sur la route de la navette d'hiver, cette maison de ville bien aménagée et chaleureusement décorée avec laveuse / sécheuse et accès Internet sans fil haut débit . Adjacent à la piscine et au spa et non loin des courts de tennis, ce condo bénéficie d'une vue partielle sur les montagnes Sherwin. Tous les clients du Mammoth Sierra bénéficient d'un accès complet gratuit au Snowcreek Athletic Club pour profiter des installations, y compris la piscine intérieure chauffée, le hammam / sauna, le centre de fitness complet, le yoga, le pilates et le studio de vélo et plus encore. Environ 1450 pieds carrés Ft. Salon: Canapé-lit queen, cuisine avec de nouveaux appareils haut de gamme, coin repas, haut comptoir avec chaises de bar, foyer en pierre, laveuse / sécheuse, terrasse et salle de bain complète (TV LCD 42 ", DVD et magnétoscope). Other than the a stove top burner not functioning and the shower doors not sliding very easily, the condo condition and cleanness was good. Access to firewood was also a nice touch.

Great Place for a Family/Friends

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One issue, we checked in, got the keys, and upon opening the front door of the unit, there was a gas smell. We immediately called Mammoth Sierra Reservations. Long story short, we called AmeriGas ourselves as an "emergency." Amerigas came out, and there was a propane gas leak outside the master bedroom window which runs to the community jacuzzi. Initially we were told by Maintenance that the smell was a dead rat in the unit. It was unbearable. AmeriGas fixed the leak and called us letting us know that it was ok to return to the unit. It took over 24 hours for the smell to diminish.This unit, after our 24 hour checkin, was a great set up and we'd probably stay again due to it's size and accommodations.

Also if you plan on doing any cooking bring your own pans, the cook wear seems like it has been there since the 70’s. It was nice having 3 bathrooms though. Had a great time of course.

Stay if you don’t mind sitting on old & broken chairs

My family stayed here for 3nights for thanksgiving and none of us could shower due to limited water availability. At first we thought the faucets in the bathrooms didn’t work then we realized that there was barely any water coming from the showers too :( The water was so little we could hardly wash our hands in the bathrooms so we all washed in the kitchen. Kept calling the management but no one answered so we assumed it was due to a long weekend. All the furniture is extremely outdated, a few of the chairs are falling apart, the pillows on the couches are old and smelled bad. Kitchen is poorly equipped for meal preparation. Laundry in unit was convenient, but thats about it. We visit Mammoth 3-4 times a year and always book a different condo to stay, if we cannot go back to our favorites, but we’ve never stayed in a place like this and will never go back to this unit. It needs a lot of remodeling and maintenance.
