Notre maison de luxe, très spacieuse, calme, moderne et joliment aménagée, est nichée dans un ruisseau pittoresque et une prairie, avec la montagne Lone Peak et les pics espagnols à une courte distance. Situé dans une rue calme, notre townhome (duplex, unité finale) est idéalement situé à Meadow Village, Town Center, un parc et des sentiers de randonnée. Vous serez à quelques pas des activités formidables comme le tennis, le golf, le pittoresque Historic Crail Ranch (construit en 1902) et la randonnée pédestre. Le parc récréatif de la ville (soccer / softball / aire de jeux / planche à roulettes et plus encore) en été et en luge, en patin à glace, en ski (XC à proximité et en descente) en hiver est également une promenade très courte.

La retraite large et ouverte de 3500 SF a de nombreux «endroits amusants» pour se détendre et profiter de magnifiques vues de montagne et de pré avec votre famille et vos amis. Notre maison a de nouveaux meubles, soigneusement choisis par le meilleur décorateur d'intérieur dans la région, transformant notre nouvelle maison en une belle maison 4 BR et 4 BA. Prix 20% inférieur aux tarifs facturés par notre gestionnaire immobilier.

Niveau principal
En entrant dans notre maison de vacances luxueuse, vous serez accueillis par des plafonds voûtés, de grandes fenêtres avec une vue imprenable et de magnifiques planchers de bois franc, offrant une grandeur et une tranquillité. Un plan d'étage ouvert au niveau principal comprend un grand salon avec une cheminée en pierre spectaculaire, avec une table à manger en bois massif adjacente. La cuisine dispose d'appareils haut de gamme et de comptoirs en granit. Quatre tabourets de bar, une barre humide et une île de cuisine offrent beaucoup d'espace pour se rassembler et profiter d'une conversation agréable, un café le matin ou un verre de vin le soir.

Niveau supérieur
Une table de jeu et des chaises assises adjacentes donnent sur le salon, offrant une zone séparée pour admirer les vues majestueuses qui vous entourent en lisant ou en jouant à des jeux / cartes avec votre famille ou vos amis. La grande chambre des maîtres est meublée avec un lit king fabriqué localement, assorti d'une commode / des tables de nuit et des lampes. Vous apprécierez une baignoire principale attenante et un dressing spacieux.

Niveau inférieur
Une grande salle familiale séparée en bas avec une cheminée de propane noir pittoresque offre un espace de rassemblement supplémentaire pour profiter de la compagnie de l'autre. Trois chambres décorées individuellement sont réparties sur le niveau inférieur.

Perfect vacation home for families

We were in a great spot for our trip! While some of us skied the rest of us enjoyed cooking and scouting out nearby restaurants for dinners. Convenient to the grocery store and lots of places to eat. The house looked brand new and was very comfortable for our stay. We could not have been happier!

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious meadow village condo!

This condo was beautiful, spacious and very accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels/linens for all our guest. Jay (the host) was easy and quick to communicate with. It’s a less than 10 minute walk to the shuttle and super short drive. Definitely would recommended this stay.

Fantastic property and a great value!

We recently stayed at this property over the 2016 spring break; two families with three teenage boys, so seven total. The space is perfect with plenty of room for combined interaction and privacy. All the amenities are great, especially the steam/sauna shower bathroom. The location in the meadow allows the most flexibility and a nice big garage for cars and ski equipment are perfect. We will be looking at this for a return trip in the future!

Great home and location

Wonderful time. Home was exactly as described. Kitchen was fabulous. We saw the neighborhood moose just about everyday. Easy entry and exit from the home to the slopes. Local restaurants were delicious. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to experience Big Sky.

Great property; close to mountain for skiing

We came to a Big Sky for the annual convening of Black ski clubs across the country. This property was great - welcoming, comfortable, well-appointed, well stocked for the cooking thta we did. We were near the Big Sky mountain base, but you do need a car. There was ample room for our group to be together as well as have your own space. There were 2 couples and 1 single. There was another bedroom with two twin beds that we didn’t even use.

Big Sky = BIG SKY!

This house was all we could have asked for …and more. Fabulous location, super-comfortable & clean easy living and beautiful amenities. I can't think of a better way to spend a glorious week in August --- unparalleled mountain views everywhere, spectacular hiking, rafting, zip lining, fly fishing and golf all right from the door or within an easy 10-20 min drive and great restaurants within walking distance. I feel like we experienced the best of what Big Sky has to offer and can only imagine the beauty it holds in the winter. Great find! Totally recommend! We will be back!

Even Better Than Advertised

The home exceeded our expectations and Jay was very responsive and accommodating. Jay was more than fair from time we booked and even followed up to make certain my security deposit was refunded properly. The sauna/steam shower was a hit. The kitchen was perfect for entertaining and the huge windows in the living/dining area made this the perfect hangout spot. Easy walk to Lone Peak Brewing and other meadow village shops. The large double car garage was invaluable given zero degree temperatures. Bottom line, our whole family was super cozy/comfy and we hope to stay again sometime soon.

Great vacation rental

We just rented this property for a week of skiing at the Yellowstone Club, which is adjacent to Big Sky. Our group included 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 14, 11, 9). The house was a perfect size for us, and very comfortable. The beds, bedding, and other furnishings are all high quality, and the kitchen is very nicely appointed. We particularly enjoyed the large family / dining room on the main floor, which has large windows and great views, as well as a wood-burning fireplace. The two car garage is a nice bonus in snow season – I didn’t have to use the ice scraper in the rental car all week. The house is also very convenient to ski areas, grocery stores, and restaurants. If you prefer to be in the valley, as opposed to slope-side, as we do, it’s pretty much ideal. We will be back.

Beautiful and Excellent Location for Skiing

We had a lovely stay at Crail Ranch. 10 minute drive to Big Sky ski resort which was very convenient. We also skied the cross country trail system just outside the back door. We had convenience to everything we needed skiing, stores and restaurants. The sauna and steam room were nice after a long ski day. Crail ranch is a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need. The heated garage was a plus when you don't have to scrape off a vehicle prior to heading to the mountain. The only issue we had was trying to find a comfortable sleeping temperature. The heat seemed to be a bit touchy. We went to bed at a comfortable temp and in the middle of the night we all became excessively warm when no one touched the heat. As if the temperature would escalate on its own. As an added extra perk we woke up one morning to find a Moose exploring the backyard by the creek! Overall beautiful place and great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Stunning Big Sky Meadow Views

What an awesome home to ring in the new year! Our family of 7 spent a week skiing in Big Sky this season and we really enjoyed this home. Spacious and well laid out. Clean with plenty of towels. Comfortable beds. Water pressure out of this world. Spacious laundry room. We enjoyed the 2 moose in the "backyard" golf course all week! The beautiful snowy view from the dining room captured our attention every morning. The Big Sky Chapel across the meadow. LOVE LOVE LOVE! We even had some friends over for wine and cheese before going out to dinner one evening - what a great place. This was the first time we stayed in town and drove up to the mountain to ski each day. We found that because our skiers are old enough to manage their gear, it worked out fine for us. The drive up and down the mountain each day was actually quite lovely. Close to all the restaurants and the clinic and the grocery. Thank you for sharing your lovely home Jay!

First Class

We really enjoyed our stay at this home, really first-class accommodations that exceeded our expectations! We had a party of seven that included 3 children and 2 seniors and there was plenty of room to spare. Having the upstairs master separated from the downstairs and living area allowed us privacy when necessary. We enjoyed having the deck doors open so we could hear the water rippling in the creek just outside. Great views of the golf course, creek, and mountains from the den and kitchen. Very open with high ceilings in the living area and kitchen with furnishings to fit the space nicely. The kitchen had everything we needed and more including tons of storage space and a large capacity ice maker that made it great for filling the ice chest for long day trips. Having the separate living area downstairs with the big screen TV was a great space for our children to hang out; they loved it. We had two vehicles in our party so the double garage with remote opener was a great feature we didn't expect. There is also a very large laundry room downstairs with full size washer and dryer and cabinet space to work on (and we used it). This was an excellent home base for our trips to Big Sky resort and Yellowstone, very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was a pleasure to work with as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and look forward to coming back!

Beautiful high-end property in prime location

This very spacious, immaculate and well-appointed home was perfect for gathering for a Big Sky ski week with our adult children and their spouses. The view of the river and meadow is spectacular, there is lots of natural light, and the huge gourmet kitchen is well stocked with high quality kitchenware and appliances. The living room, bedrooms and bathrooms are all large and luxurious. We appreciated the use of the two car garage. We would love to stay in this home again.

We had a terrific holiday in this beautiful place. Great location for easy access to the town and mountain while also allowing for a feeling of remoteness with wildlife walking by just outside the window! Would definitely stay here again.

Exceeded Expectations!

Exceeded expectations on all fronts! Great communication from the owner, sending detailed check in directions well ahead of arrival. House was great, very spacious and immaculate. House is very close to town center and 10 min drive to the resort (free bus also available from town center). Management company was very responsive to a blown fuse in the sauna (wonderful amenity) and fixed immediately with no disruption to my day. We'll definitely be back, this place is a gem!

We were born in Philadelphia and Arlington, VA, and now live in Boston. However, we have always been able to get away from it all by hiking and skiing in the beautiful Western mountains. We have visited many places in the Western US, but have always loved Big Sky the most.

Our family first visited Big Sky in 2007 and immediately fell in love with the town, community, scenery, and people. We have gone back every year since, and decided to buy our own home to enjoy in all seasons. We love the outdoors: hiking and rafting in the summer and skiing (both downhill and cross country) in the winter. After spending time in a number of different locations on the mountain and in the meadow, we centered our search to Meadow Village and found the best property on the market...in upscale Crail Ranch. We bought the barely-used townhome empty, allowing us to put all new furniture in it with the help of one of the best local interior designers, allowing us to truly call it our home. We hope you will consider sharing this special place with us.

Our property is one of a handful of properties in Big Sky right on the West Fork Gallatin River (the size of a creek), allowing you to be soothed by the sights and sounds of water as you relax in our home.

You can walk out the door and hop on XC ski trails, or head to the playground or hiking trails in the summer, all by foot!

After a great day outdoors, enjoy our sauna and/or steam shower. We have hired the best property manager in town, that will provide you with 24/7 services and discounted ski rentals, shopping, restaurant, and spa services available only to our guests.
