Four bedrooms each hold a queen bed and its own full bathroom, providing privacy for up to eight guests. Fresh linens and towels are stocked, so you can settle in without unpacking more than a suitcase.

A full kitchen offers all the basics for simple meals or takeout feasts, with a dining area that comfortably seats the whole group. The space is arranged for easy movement, making breakfast prep or dinner clean‑up straightforward.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.
Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard. You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
The Neighborhood:
Suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk! Though Tampa Palms’ wooded streets give it a suburban look, the numerous apartment complexes, restaurants, shops, hospitals, and various businesses add some urban flair to the area.
Just south of town, discover University Mall with all of the mall classics—from a delicious food court and large movie theater to major department stores and popular retailers. A few miles further south, you’ll find Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island.
Getting Around:
We are located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. Our ideal location is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. The excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

The property was in a nice location and we had no issues with check in. However upon entering the property we noticed it did not look like the pictures in the listing. The unit was dirty, did have bugs and had multiple other issues. Despite following instructions for the ways to report issues it still took multiple attempts over few days before any issue was acknowledged or addressed

Posting indicated pool and gym access only to later be told those amenities were not included. Photos showed porch with seating but in actuality it was a porch with no seating. Only two of the beds had a comforter while the other two had the equivalent of a sheet. Beds were hard as a rock. Each bathroom had just one roll of toilet paper and no extra. Only two laundry detergent pods were available and no dryer sheets. Minimal kitchen utensils available thus making use of kitchen impossible. Entrance to complex was supposed to be secured with required PIN code entry, but in fact no code required for entrance thus decreasing safety. Bedrooms have two deadbolts on the inside of each room which lends way to question overall safety. Showers had no water pressure thus making it impossible to wash hair and barely able to wash body. In short this is an apartment complex that is clearly not full and they did the bare minimum to put the cheapest bedding in so as to take advantage of families seeking a spring break trip.
