Sleeping Arrangements
Four queen bedrooms each open onto their own full bathroom, giving every guest private space while keeping the home together. Fresh linens and bathroom essentials are provided, so you can settle in without missing a beat.
Living Space
A generous living area anchors the second‑floor retreat, flowing naturally into the dining space and kitchen. Large windows let natural light fill the room, and a TV offers relaxed evenings after a day of exploring.
Kitchen & Dining
The full kitchen is equipped for simple meals, from quick breakfasts at the kitchen nook to family‑style dinners at the dining table. A washer and dryer sit within the unit for added convenience on longer stays.
Outdoor & Community Amenities
Step outside to a small patio for a quiet moment, or head to the shared community pool and gym for a splash or workout. A BBQ grill and outdoor common areas invite casual meals al fresco. Walking and biking trails, a basketball court, clubhouse, and lounge round out the amenities available to guests.

Access & Parking
You have exclusive access to the entire unit and the shared amenities. Free parking is available on the premises in visitor‑labeled spaces on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
Pet Policy
The property is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions to enjoy the same comfortable base.
Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, this home offers a relaxed rhythm for families and groups looking to settle in and enjoy Lutz at their own pace.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.
Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.
You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
