The Space:

The open living area welcomes you to stretch out, drop your bags, and settle into a space designed for easy days and relaxed evenings. A gentle breeze carries the scent of nearby gardens, setting the tone for a stay where gathering and privacy coexist effortlessly.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms each feature a queen bed and a full ensuite bathroom, giving every guest a private retreat. The layout comfortably sleeps eight, and fresh linens and bathroom essentials are provided so you can travel light.



Living space

The spacious living room offers ample room for everyone to gather, whether you’re winding down with the TV or sharing conversation after a day out. A small patio just off the living area provides a quiet spot to sip coffee or enjoy the evening air.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen is equipped for simple, everyday cooking, and a breakfast nook within the kitchen makes morning meals convenient. A separate dining area gives you space to enjoy meals together, with everything you need close at hand.



Laundry & work

An in‑unit washer and dryer make longer stays practical, and a dedicated workspace with reliable Wi‑Fi lets you handle remote work or plan your next outing without missing a beat.



Outdoor & community amenities

Step outside to a shared patio, then explore the community’s pool, gym, clubhouse, and grill area. Walking and biking trails wind through the grounds, and a basketball court adds a playful option for light activity without leaving the neighborhood.

The unit sits a short drive from the University of South Florida, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and nearby parks such as Lettuce Lake Park. Whether you’re seeking local attractions or a relaxed day close to home, the location serves as a convenient base for exploring the area.

Families, larger groups, and guests planning extended stays will appreciate the clear layout, private ensuite bathrooms, and access to shared amenities. The home is pet‑friendly and welcomes stays of 28 days or more, offering flexibility for a variety of travel needs.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
