You step onto a quiet patio and feel the gentle Florida breeze while the neighborhoodâs palm silhouettes sway in the distance. Inside, the spacious living area invites you to unwind on plush seating, and the soft hum of the community pool nearby promises easy afternoons. Whether youâre here for a weekend escape or a longer stay, the firstâfloor unit feels like a simply designed paradise just for your family.
Sleeping arrangements
Four queen bedrooms each open onto a private full bathroom, giving every guest their own space to refresh. The beds are comfortably sized for a restful night, and the layout keeps the family together yet offers quiet corners when needed.
Living area
A large, comfy living room accommodates the whole family, with a small patio just off the main space that holds outdoor seating for two. The breakfast nook in the kitchen and a dedicated dining area make it easy to share meals and morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the gated community.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked with everything you might need for simple meals, from cookware to basic utensils. A convenient breakfast nook lets you enjoy casual bites, and the adjacent dining area provides a place to sit down and savor dinner together.
Community amenities
Your stay includes exclusive access to a range of shared facilities: a sparkling community pool, a wellâequipped fitness center, a clubhouse and lounge for relaxed evenings, a basketball court, walking and biking trails, and a grill for outdoor cooking. A nearby gym offers additional workout options, and the gated communityâs security guard ensures peace of mind throughout your visit.
Parking & access
Three visitorâlabeled parking spots are available on a firstâcomeâfirstâserve basis, giving you flexibility without assigned spaces. The unit is on the first floor, making entry effortless, and youâll enjoy complete and exclusive access to the entire home and all community amenities.
Neighborhood
Located in Lutz, the home sits just five minutes from the University of South Florida, eight minutes from MOSI, and eleven minutes from Busch Gardens Tampa. Nature lovers will appreciate the short drives to Takomah Trail Park and Lettuce Lake Park, each offering scenic trails and wildlife viewing. With easy access to local attractions and a tranquil setting, the space feels both connected and secluded, perfect for creating lasting family memories.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and community amenities.
Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.
You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (maximum $150 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not oversee their operation, cleaning schedule, availability, or maintenance. Access to these amenities is subject to the communityâs own cleaning, upkeep, and operational hours, and they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other factors outside of our responsibility.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
