The Space:

Morning light filters into a calm, comfortable space where everyone can spread out and settle in at their own pace. After a day exploring nearby parks and attractions, you return to a quiet setting designed for easy downtime, shared meals, and unhurried evenings. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, the layout makes it simple to be together while still enjoying privacy.



The space

This entire rental unit is set up to host up to 8 guests with ease. The home features four spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed and paired with its own full bathroom, allowing everyone to enjoy personal space throughout the stay. A generous living area anchors the home, giving your group a comfortable place to relax, watch TV, or gather after a full day out.



The living space flows naturally into the kitchen and dining areas. There’s room to prepare simple meals, enjoy breakfast together, or sit down for a shared dinner. Just off the living area, a small patio offers a spot to step outside and enjoy some fresh air.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking and casual dining. Whether you’re making a quick breakfast before heading out or preparing a simple dinner at home, the space supports easy, practical meals. Dining areas nearby make it easy to come together without feeling crowded.

The unit includes air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort, along with a washer and dryer for added convenience during longer stays. Bathroom essentials and fresh linens are provided, and a dedicated workspace makes it easy to stay connected or work remotely when needed. High-speed wifi is available throughout the unit.



Outdoor & community amenities

Guests have access to community amenities, including a pool, gym, clubhouse, lounge, basketball court, walking or biking trails, and a grill area. These shared spaces offer extra options for staying active or unwinding during your visit.

The property is conveniently located near popular local attractions, including USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and several nearby parks and trails. Easy access to major roads makes getting around simple, whether you’re planning short outings or longer day trips.

This home is well suited for families, small groups, longer stays, and guests traveling with pets. With self check-in via smart lock and parking on the premises, your arrival and stay are designed to be smooth and flexible from start to finish.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard. You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



The Neighborhood:

Suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk! Though Tampa Palms’ wooded streets give it a suburban look, the numerous apartment complexes, restaurants, shops, hospitals, and various businesses add some urban flair to the area.



Just south of town, discover University Mall with all of the mall classics—from a delicious food court and large movie theater to major department stores and popular retailers. A few miles further south, you’ll find Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island.



Getting Around:

We are located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. Our ideal location is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. The excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

This unit was wonderful!! We were here for 10 nights.We didn't have the warmest weather during the second week of January but we made it work.4 bedrooms with bathroom attached to each room.Our family had their own personal space.The living room area was great with the Roku TV. We were able to watch all of our favorite shows.The kitchen worked great. We made breakfast each morning, sandwiches for lunch and several evening meals.Laundry room was perfect for not over packing.The outside screened in patio was great.The water pressure and water heater worked great with three people showering.The A/C was good and cooled all the rooms. The kids didn't want it quite as cool, so we closed the vent and that worked out.The complex pool is huge!!I was only able to enjoy it on two days. The water was a little chilly, but I got used to it and sat ony floaty for about an hour.We had a great time.
