âą The full, updated kitchen has modern appliances, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top, and ample cupboard space. Basics supplied - oil, tea, coffee. There is also a barbeque in the rear yard to cook up a storm!
âą Adjacent to the kitchen is an open plan dining/informal lounge and through double period glass doors is the formal living room - this faces east and is a great spot for a coffee in the morning sun!
âą Small but functional central bathroom, with shower, vanity and toilet, and second toilet in the laundry space.
âą There is a separate study (with desk/chair/computer monitor) and Wifi provided.
âą Separate laundry at the rear of the house (with washer, dryer and foldable drying racks).
